schönes großes Appartement, Küche vorhanden mit allem was man so braucht, wir hatten vom 10. Stock aus eine super Sicht aufs Meer und Fort Lauderdale. Personal sehr freundlich. Allerdings sind jetzt 10 Dollar pro Nacht fürs Parken fällig, was letztes Jahr noch nicht war. Bei den hohen Preisen für die Appartements müsste das Parken inclusive sein.

Das Hotel ist schon ein bisschen älter aber gut erhalten. Große Zimmer. Obere Stockwerke haben einen besonderes schönen Ausblick. Man hat hier alles was man braucht. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter! Wir sind schon öfter hier gewesen und ich würde es immer wieder buchen.

Deandra checked us in and she was fantastic. Professional and fun! Upon finding out it was my fiances bday, her & the entire front desk crew sang happy bday to my fiance. The fun energy, welcoming nature and personable experience was top teir. Theu magocally sent a bday basket to the room before we got there within like 5 minutes. By far, my favorite club wyndham!

was informed during check in that my reservation had been “canceled” even though it was showing as an active reservation on Orbitz and Expedia. resort did not try to accommodate me. they claim the reservation was canceled on 3/17 @ 2:38 am although there was not an email or notification of any kind confirming a cancellation. There was no refund processing, if the reservation had indeed been cancelled 2 weeks prior to me arriving and trying to check in. Check in was 3/29. Resort claimed the reservation was cancelled even after calling and confirming the reservation on 3/10, where I agreed and also confirmed a time to check in. Resort was NOT ACCOMMODATING AT ALL even though the issue was clearly on their end. Reached out to the resort on 3/30 and the representative said that they would have manager reach out and as of 4/01/24 I have not received any contact from said manager. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 0/10

I really liked this hotel, however the person who works nice is not very friendly. I thought it was just over the phone, but he was just as hostile the following night (late in the evening) when my 81yr old mother went to ask him a simple question. The check in staff, and concierge person were both very pleasant, and made up for the poor impression of the previous gentleman. I would still recommend this property.
