Loved the 2nd floor pool deck (with hot tub) overlooking the ocean. How beautiful!!! From the game room to the rooftop bar to the free breakfast and the quick walk to the pier and many restaurants, shops, and beachside, there was something for everyone in my family to enjoy!!! Also, ALL of the staff was great!!

I would have given more stars except for the issue I had every night using the EV charger. Every day there were non EV cars parked in the EV chargers and it seems like it is not enforced that those parkings are only to charge EV vehicles. Everytime I left and came back to charge i had to wait and have the front desk call the violators and wait 40 mins to an hour to be able to charge.

I enjoy staying at TRU hotels, I particularly liked this one because of its rooftop bar and everything was close for walking distance. I was staying here to see a friend so I didn’t really get to enjoy most of its amenities that it had to offer but the bed was comfortable. It comes with a pool and a hot tub connected to the pool but unless you are a morning bird for the hot tub, be prepared to almost always see it full at night. I think it should be some kind of limit for how long people can use the hot tub as there are many guest that want to get in it as well. I also saw a bug crawling in my bed which was a huge turn off for my comfort. I wouldn’t mind coming back to this location I just hope I get to change my review when I do. Thanks for reading!

We stayed in room 216 which was a hand - capped room with no furniture. When we arrived the bed was not made , someone had been sleeping in it and he left one of his pills on the bed . There was also garbage on the floor. The staff did come up and cleaned the room , but I would have preferred another room , but they did not offer. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and I liked the roof top bar . Not much clear English was spoken for instructions. I would not care to stay there again.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful. Our room floor was dirty and sticky, bathroom shower had mold growing in several places and it was dapped over to try to cover up. The shower has been leaking out the sides of the shower for a while and they tried to repair it but it looks awful. The walls had a lot of scratches and dents. Location was nice, close to beach.

As soon as I got into the room, the bed looked like somebody was sleeping in it. The sheets were dirty the pillow sheets were dirty. Also when they cleaned the room they never change the pillow case or bed sheets and didn’t replace all of the towels I will not stay there again

The breakfast was ok, but not a lot of option. The room was dirty and not really inviting with footprints all over the walls. The shower wasn’t clean. We were short on towel pretty much everyday. Staff were friendly

Honestly for a Hilton hotel. Let’s start with overpowering smell of cleaning agents in the hallway. In front of our door there was food crumbs etc. the door was painted in over in swirls looked a renovation door other doors were fine. The floor in the room was sticky, there was stains and spots on the comforter and sheets. The ac puts out a weird smell. Very disappointing for $300

The hotel left a very unpleasant impression. The ceiling in our room had stains, the balcony floor was covered in sand, and the glass doors were dirty and smudged. The pool was in terrible condition - the water looked dirty, with sand all over the bottom, clearly not cleaned properly. Housekeeping in the room itself was okay, the bed linens were clean, but that didn’t make up for everything else. Breakfast was awful. Everything was made from frozen products and cheap pre-cooked items, even the boiled eggs were the packaged ones from the store. After eating there I even started feeling unwell. It really felt misleading rather than real service. I don’t mind if a hotel is simple or doesn’t have certain amenities, and I wasn’t expecting luxury. But dirt and poor hygiene are unacceptable. Overall, I was very disappointed and would not recommend this place.

The hotel overall is nice. The rooftop has a very nice view, it’s in a good location and the staff is nice. Our room however, was not the cleanest. The bathroom shower and sink was dirty. The pool was also kind of dirty.

For the daily price they ask per night I could have stayed at a 5star hotel. They floors are so filthy that when you walk around in your room, the bottoms of your feet are black. We had used bedsheets and a dust ruffle that was actually used underneath the comforter to cover up at night. Excuse after excuse but nothing was done. Not to mention no parking

Our toilet was clogged for the first day and half. We had to complain 3 times. The room floor was full of hair and one day our room was never cleaned.

TV NOT WORKING I ADVISED STEPANHIE AT THE DESK AT 625 PM 905 PM I ARRIVED BACK TV STILL NOT WORKING NO NOTE/CALL /MESSAGE ADVISING ME OF SUCH. I HAD TO CALL DOWN AGAIN STEPANIE STATED THE TECH COULDN'T FIX IT UNTIL TOMORROW STEPHANIE HAD THE MANAGER CALL AMELIA MANAGER OFFERED ME 30% OFF I SAID NOT ACCEPTABLE WHAT DO YOU WANT SHE ASKED I RESPONDED 100% SHE SAID OK AND HUNG UP I TOOK THAT AS THE ENTIRE BILL WILL BE REFUNDED BUT FOR THEM NOT TO CALL AND ADVISE ME IT WASN T FIXED AND THEN SHE HANGS UP ON ME TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL

Walking distance to beautiful beach. But breakers poor and room had no closets or drawers..and not very clean

Room was king size deluxe, but was very small, with no closet for cloths.

Bed was harder than we liked. Also, the shower door has green mold or mildew on bottom of door. Guess maids dont see that.

We really loved the location. The pier was across the street. Great food options that were also walking distance. Room was okay. Beds are on the firm side and pillows were very thin/flat and only 3 per bed. Overall, we would stay here again for the location.

This was a new hotel with some pros and some cons. Pros: Hotel was in good condition in a great location although not directly on the beach as the description states (1 block walk) Great rooftop bar (even if the prices were a little expensive Very friendly staff! Cons: Rooms are very small (Stay at the same hotel on the Suites side for bigger rooms) No in-room coffee, closets or clock. Cleaning only once every sixth day unless requested.

I will say overall this place is nice. It is a little loud for 2 reasons 1) main roadway is right there you can hear the outside noise, maybe a lack of insulation. Probably only a problem because my air did not cool so I did not sleep soundly. 2) they opted for wood floors in the rooms, great for cleaning as little to no dust in the room, however the room echos, they should consider at area rugs in the room. Things drop on the floor above you are also louder for this reason. I am not a fan of all wood floors in a bedroom area so this is a personal thing not a dig on the hotel other than the need sound absorption if this is how they want to set them up. The staff was friendly. The breakfast bar was very adequate, unfortunately there was a group of swimmers there for a meet and it was mobbed and they had a hard time keeping up. Hopefully this isn't the norm, but I would say all in all they were hustling to get it done. The location was great as it was right in the middle of a little shopping area, several restaurants and the pier was walking distance. I finally figured out the wall unit meant nothing and I had to turn use the window unit, but it still did not cool my room to a temperature I am used to sleeping at. While I am sure the hotel would have fixed it, not at 2am, so I didn't bother. The coworker I traveled with had a balcony, the handle was broken and he could not open it. Likely wouldn't stay again, but for the reasons of the flooring which are personal.

Location is great, direct access to the beach and shops. Hotel was lacking, broken lights in the room hanging off the wall, bathroom counter was broken, housekeeping didn’t refill towels in room, no towels available at pool. Just very poor upkeep of rooms and service.

Close to dining and beach. Thought expensive for room. Very sparse design - no closets or drawers. Scandinavian style. Parking down the street but great nice rooftop bar.

Called in on 9/10 asking for early check-iin. told rto call uon arrival on 9/12. called @8:15 am upon arrival… they would work on it… missed call from hotel@11:26 Hotel called back.. room teady. upon arrival to hotel… they gave room away! Had to wait for another room… got room… only to notice there was no black out blnds… just sheer. reported t to the front desk on way out for evening… sent maintenance to room to fix… upon return front desk informed me that blinds could not be fixed… no rooms available THAT ROOM SHOULDvNOT HAVE BEEN ISSUED in the first place. They agreed to room compensation, but would have to contact thrd party that I reserved wth. No sleep that night …like day in the room. Complained to front desk… and told them that I had been ip 33 hrs no sleep… activities were planned for whole wedding weekend… I wanted my full stay comped… hotel had room avaiable… would have to pack and move upon my days return. Did so @ 10:30 that night! No drawers for clothes… 4 hangers… no ice bucket… no DO NOT DISTURB signs they ran out…. lived outta my suitcase for 4 days Not once did I have to use my room key for the elevator as stated… was not secure as stated fir single woman. would like my stay comped… NOT just the first night! I came to enjoy my friends wedding… as others that stayed in thr TRu. They ruined an enjoyable stay for me

Check in was TERRIBLE! Front desk is not properly trained and genuinely DO NOT CARE TO BE THERE! Customer service is TERRIBLE!

At check-in, we were forced to wait for 50 minutes under the pretext that the room was not ready. I have a suspicion why. The receptionist at the time was finishing her shift (at 3 PM) and likely didn’t want to deal with our registration, so she asked us to wait 15–20 minutes. My patience ran out after 50 minutes. By then, a different woman was at the front desk, who had no idea about our situation. When I expressed my frustration, instead of apologizing, she merely asked if I had been drinking. That’s all you need to know about the competence of the hotel staff. Thanks to the Expedia managers, we were granted a one-hour late check-out, but we deliberately chose not to use it on principle. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a situation in my life, despite my extensive travel experience. But the staff on breakfast was very kind. Thank you so much for that!

Lovely hotel, all the staff were wonderful especially the reception staff each member was attentive, professional and helpful and more importantly really really nice. I shall definitely be returning.

We loved this place! They took us in at night after a bad experience at another place. The kept their professionalism, friendliness, and wonderful service. Breakfast was a variety and great! Products in the room were sufficient and they refilled when asked right away. Everything is close by walking distance. Wonderful places, live music at Luckys! We are coming back again!

Great hotel with walking distance to beach, good restaurants and shops. Vance at the Front Desk was very welcoming and cheerful and was able to check us in earlier. We had a nice ocean view room. The floor was still sandy and probably needed another good swipe. But overall, the room was nice. The ladies at breakfast very friendly and breakfast was good. Parking is just around the corner in a parking garage for $25/day. But there are parking fees everywhere in the area!!!!So, compared to the $49/day we paid in Miami, this was ok and one can go in and out of the garage. Overall, would definitely stay again as it made our stay easy, convenient and comfortable.

We were there for 4 days and did not receive housekeeping services and we requested it each time. I had to call everyday for fresh towels, toilet paper and tissues. When i called the front desk one of the girls on the days shift was very condescending

Horrible stay overall with several instances: At check-in teens running around in the lobby who were not hotel guests. Gentleman who checked me in informed me that one of the rooms would have ocean view and a balcony. Turns out it did not have either At 8.30am we had a heavy knock on the door from housekeeping asking us to checkout. I informed that we have until 11am at which point she tells me with attitude that I should put the do not disturb sign if I am not checking out now. Breakfast staff was rude to everyone. No regular coffee available only decaf and hot water I informed the assistant manager of all the issues and I only got a ”oh sorry” Please stop hiring people to work in the service industry if they have attitude towards guests.

Perfect location. Lovely pool and rooftop lounge. So close to the pier and eaferies! Terrible lumpy beds ans worn out pillows. Hard to get rest. Breakfast was poor. Please considwr having at least one kind if gluten free bread.

Terrible experience — I do not recommend! My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. To begin with, the service is outrageously expensive and doesn’t deliver quality to match. Breakfast was a disaster: several basic items were missing, including fruit, bread, and even coffee at times. The shower in the room didn’t work at all — an unacceptable failure that ruined any sense of comfort. And to make matters worse, the parking fee was double the price that had been advertised, which made me feel deceived. I will definitely not return and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values transparency and comfort.

Nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. Staff and service are excellent, and rooms are modern and spacious. Food and drink prices are ridiculously high (particularly at the rooftop bar), but the free breakfast was excellent daily. The location is also great - steps to the beach and there are a handful of restaurants within walking distance. There’s also a handy free shuttle service (circuit) that will pick you up and drop you off anywhere in town - which is good if you want to go across the bridge to Publix or the handful of other restaurants/bars in the area.

The staff at this location was the best I’ve ever experienced. The breakfast had so many choices. We were able to borrow chairs for the beach and had just a short walk over to get there. The gym was nicely set up with basic equipment to complete most any workout. The pool area was always nicely setup with plenty of chairs and clean. Towels were provided for the gym and pool area. The rooftop bar had amazing views and many drink choices. One of the biggest things was the room actually looked like the pictures and was extremely clean. I honestly can’t even be a “Karen” and think of anything negative. The location around within walking distance had shops and restaurants. I felt very safe walking everywhere. The parking garage was convenient. Overall 10/10, highly recommend staying at this location.

THEY DIDNT CLEAN OR MAKE OUR ROOM FOR TWO DAYS! THE BREAKFAST TASTED LIKE CARDBOARD AND WAS COLD. THE SINK IN THE BATHROOM WAS CLOGGED AND WE ASKED FOR BODY WASH BUT ONLY RECIEVED IT ON THE LAST DAY..... NEVER BEEN IN A HILTON HOTEL LIKE THIS ONE.... ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE LOCATION.

Very nice infinity pool, nice rooftop restaurant. They were out of some of the menu items. The waiter was still amazing. Remembered us all by name. They do serve continental breakfast. Very clean and all staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Nothing mentioned about additional parking costs. Very unhealthy breakfast and terrible coffee.

Nice hotel, great location, clean room. Front desk staff was awesome… very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was a little chaotic and probably not prepared for the amount of people that showed up to eat. The girls working breakfast were very loud and a few guests all agreed that they were a turnoff on a Sunday morning … a lot of yelling back and forth to each other and then yelling “last call” above all of the noise. That was my only negative. I’d stay there again, just skip breakfast.
