The staff could have cared less about us. The elevator was out and we were told they only had available rooms on the 6th floor. We both had a large suitcase since we were there to stay prior to a cruise. Luckily a female employee stepped in and gave us a room on the 2nd floor.

Nice hotel. Despite other reviews, the bed was too hard for us. Staff offered money back but we decided to stay. Besides that, everything is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Another problem was lack of parking spaces on one of the nights.

Room clean 1 elevator is insufficient for the amount of traffic, lobby internet pc access down for the entire week. Was told i dbl booked my room and waited to late to drop the 2nd booking. Don’t know how 2nd booking occured

Everything was just fine, except tue elevator was VERY loud like something is wrong with it. Maintenance needs to be done. 7 floor building... hope that particular doesn't go put and hurt someone.

Carpet was wet in the room below the air conditioner. I asked for a new room, and that room was the same. I’d never stay again. Too many things not working properly, including the thermostat in the room.

The stay was really good better than what I've had in a long time. The room was comfortable the bed was comfortable however I do feel like there was a stench in the room. I believe it could be the carpet needs to be cleaned or the couch. They're also was a pillow that had a couple of stains on it that I did not feel comfortable using. When leaving the room and coming back in it hits you like a ton of bricks in the face. When you turn on the AC it seems like maybe it goes away a little bit. The concierge was very nice anything that we needed they had it and they were very courteous and friendly and not to mention the breakfast was awesome I loved my stay other than the room stench everything was fine.

This property looked very clean but I went into the bathroom at night and there was a roach in the bathroom. I had to call 3 times for new linen and only received it at around 11:30pm at night!! Unacceptable. I would not recommend this particular location to anyone.

This was an interesting stay. My floor smelled funny and when I mentioned it to the front desk they just laughed it off. My check in felt rushed because I’ve stayed at Hamptons before I had an idea what to do but it would have been nice to be told. My TV stopped working the first night, the maintenance man was the nicest person my entire stay. It was never fixed so I kept it off the rest of my stay. Overall, I give it a 3/5 stars.

The room was fantastic! Spacious, comfy, but very poor lighting. Easy to find, easy check in and parking. Bathroom was spacious and great for women. Bed was a bit uncomfortable but i spotless definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and the view from the 7th floor was nice. The bathroom was big and the towels were plentiful. Didn't like the soap options in the bathroom. The pillows were very flat. Was hard to get comfortable while using all 4. Parking is a plus. Temperature control in the room was restricted. Felt cold in spite of raising temp to the max allowed.

The hotel is fine as far as it goes. The walls are paper thin and I could hear across the hall as well as next room neighbors. TV was fine, bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows! The thermostat didn't really work. I could go down as far as I wanted, but I was just trying to go up a little and I could go to 75 and no further. Breakfast was meh.

Maria and the crew were wonderful. I had to stay at this local Hampton Inn because of an emergency and Maria and staff were above and beyond kind. She was super nice and professional and very understanding. She was the nicest person I have dealt with during my personal crisis. Thank you!

The room was excellent very clean breakfast was good. Okay did not like my encounter at all when I first got there my fiance and I went to the counter it was her birthday we were unaware of the $10 fee for parking he told us that we can park somewhere else if we don't want to pay the $10 I'm talking about your employee named Zack he was very disrespectful , then he told us about the $100 fee that my fiance must have overlooked on the website cuz she was very excited book in the room cuz it was her birthday in fact on Sunday we were able to check in a little early cuz the room was already ready so around 1:30 or so we checked in and that's who was at the front counter first off he did not have a name tag he said what can I do for you and I'm thinking of myself we're at the count of a hotel room what the hell do you think you could do for us he didn't say Hi how are you welcome to Hilton my name is Zack nothing then the worst part of it is when he told us about $100 deposit which was no big deal, I told him I was unaware of that and then he replied maybe this is not the hotel for you. See the thing is you don't know who you're talking to on the other side of the counter and I just happen to be a combat veteran and a convicted felon not bragging just saying that little white dude came very close to getting laid out behind that counter for disrespecting me and disrespecting my fiance on her birthday. I'm going to report him to corporate Zach should not be working there at all .

Staff was super friendly and helpful, we stayed for about a week and we didn't have any problems just small things but the staff was able to quickly resolve it. Bed comfort was great, lots of pillows, parking and locations is prime if you stay around Pompano Beach, quick access to I-95. Internet was a little on the slow side but did the job and we didn't spend much time in the room.

Toliet stopped up every day while we were there and shower pressure was terrible. Diego's customer service was horrible at the front desk. He was never at the desk at night time, never answered the phone, and gave me a plunger to unclog my own toliet. Granted it was 12am, but he never told me they didnt have 24 hour maintenance. He walked away from me and said he was not unclogging my toliet rudely. He left a bad taste in my family's mouth about this hotel. We will never stay here again! And the manager, tried to downplay his attitude towards guests. Before that, the other staff was nice and pleasant.
