The outside of the facility and the pool area was clean and neat. Soda and snack machines are in two locations on the ground floor. The staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was good and replenished frequently. Our room had very comfortable beds. Unfortunately the tub was very dirty and had not been scrubbed for weeks. I spoke to the woman at the front desk and she was thoughtful apologetic and resolved the issue. I would stay here again.

Clean room. Bed was comfortable. No coffee maker in room, 1 bar of soap, no shampoo, no plastic glasses, had to get toilet paper from front desk because there was 1/4 roll in room. Good price for location, but do not expect much.

Our room was very clean, had good bed and had exactly what we needed. Some people who checked late were a little noisy but that's not hotels fault. Breakfast was good. We have stayed here before and will again. Staff friendly.

I love the ihop. Hate the roaches and bed bugs. Love the staff. Unfortunately the room we stayed in was infested with roaches and bed bugs… and yes, them came home with us. 😿
