It took almost two hours for check in. The electronic keys were not working in any of the doors. The one person on staff did their best, but we were checking in family members so that we could leave for our vacation with our Grandchildren. This caused everyone to sit in hot cars for almost two hours, and delayed our getting to our location and the kids being unable to enjoy the water park we booked for them that evening. That there were over six rooms tried, none of them would work. Additionally, we booked a hotel with a pool, the pool was shut down.

Very friendly young man at front desk. Room was clean. Older hotel. Had to get key card re-keyed a couple times. Large mini fridge. No microwave or coffee pot in room. Coffee available near front desk as was microwave. Pool looked clean. Very few lounge chairs. Hot tub not working order. For cleanliness and price I would stay again!!! Denny’s restaurant on site.

Great staff. Free 24 hour coffee. A/C. Nice view of sunset. Free parking in front of window. Fitness center. Quiet. No remote for tv. No pool. It's being renovated. It was chill. Slept great. Left early to drive. The price was unbelievable.

Hotel needs cleaned and rooms need some upkeep. Maybe remodeling, not sure. Ice machines didnt work. Wasnt worst hotel i have ever stayed at, but definitely not best.

Staff wax not real friendly. Keys to the room didn’t work. No remote control for the tv in the room. Ice machines don’t work. Outdoor doors don’t work with the room key. Bathroom ceiling is moldy. Needs an overhaul!

No microwave allowed in rooms or any other electrical goods . Pool was closed. House keeping was extra charge. None of this was mentioned in the listing for this hotel when booking. Cockroachs were coming up through sink so had to shut off plug all the time. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have stayed here in the past year prior to this visit. Lots of remodeling seems to be in the works. The room was OK and the bath and beds were clean. The bad was housekeeping needs to step up on cleaning the entire room. There was misc. paper and trash behind the TV stands in both rooms. Parking is easy and the area seems to be safe. The pool was closed while we were there.

Do not stay at this hotel!!! I counted at least 20 cockroaches in my room with the lights on… within an hour of being in the room. The whole building smells dirty, the bathrooms are moldy, mattress was dirty, I’m confident there is probably bedbugs as well. Very ghetto and run down and just not safe do not bring kids and honestly nobody should come here and this place should be condemned…

I checked in, after an hour i checked out and left to another hotel. Could not stay here. Had a musty amell coming from i believe mold, their pool had algee problem so they shut it down, the pillows were sofa pillows and not actual full size pillows, toilet had #2 stailns and worst of all bed sheet had brownish stain! Could not stay here with family and i didn't even ask for refund or anything. Just booked another hotel and ran!

Our room was dark and had a musty smell, carpets were dirty and there was sticky dirt on the bathroom door. I don't mind dated decor as long as it's clean but this clearly was not. We found a cockroach in the bathroom during our stay which made it hard to feel comfortable in the room.

The room was cheap so my standards weren't up there especially after reading the reviews.. you can smell the mold when you walk in the building, I dont believe the ac works in the hallways but the room was cool. Rooms have roaches and there are sketchy people walking around outside all night so lock your vehicle.

Do not stay here!!! Bugs! Smells bad!! Staff not willing to do anything! We left after one night into our 7 night stay after my husband had a roach crawling on him while sleeping! The management was unwilling to refund for the unused nights.

When arriving, I walked the hallway to my room, and the carpet was absolutely filthy and there was a strong smell of marijuana. The room was fair for my needs, the bathroom was in disrepair the bath fixtures were broken and the sink was clogged and would not drain. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel. One of the bath towels had a hole in it and should have been replaced 100 uses ago. I should have spent the extra $20 and stayed somewhere else.

There were several items I found that needs to be fixed. 1. the bed is too high. the top of the mattress measured 30 inches off the floor. being a short person it was difficult to even get into the bed. 2. the water in the bathroom was constantly running which I know drives up the cost of water for the hotel. 3. The USB plugs on both available lamps did not work so I was not able to charge my telephone overnight. 4. the door did not close properly so I did not feel safe leaving my belongings in the room while I was away during the day. My room was 231.

This is a very old facility. The rate was reasonable and check in went fairly well. They have signs taped everywhere about what not to do...don't stand here, don't use these doors. The key cards did not open the side door near our room. The ice machine was in another building. The area did not look safe. The upholstered chair in our room was too soiled to even sit in. The carpeting was really old and soiled. Old thin towels. Torn shower curtain. Rusted faucets, furniture handles, shower head. I would not choose this location again. Other reputable hotels in the area have comparable charges.

Halls and room had a very musty smell. One lamp in room light bulb was very dim, and a light bulb in the bathroom was out. We had 1 large pillow and a very small pillow for the king bed, but asked for another which was delivered quickly. Carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Room was very outdated and found no usb outlets to use. Had to unplugged the lamp to plug in a phone charger by the bed. I will pay more somewhere else to get a place that doesn’t make me nauseous when I smell.

I had made reservations for 2 days at this property. I contacted the hotel, and said I would be coming in late the first night. They said my reservation was good until 2 a.m. I arrived around 12:30 a.m., and the desk clerk told me there were no rooms available because they double booked for that night. She said I would have to contact Expedia to resolve the problem. She didn't even offer to find another hotel locally for me. So I went out on my own and found one. The cost of this hotel was double for the night. The next day I went to check in at the original hotel, and told the desk clerk what had happened the previous night. She said the other clerk should've called around and found me another hotel that night (which she didn't do). Of course the Manager was not around either day to resolve this problem. They of course have not refunded me my funds for the first night, and should've offered me to pay for the other hotel, since it was their fault in the first place. Needless to say, I wasn't a happy camper. Worst experience I've had in a long time with a reservation.

Paid for 5 nights. Had a family emergency missed first 2 nights. Came to check in. Was told it got marked a no show and they were fully booked and could not accommodate me. Still charged for all 5 nights plus a fee. Emailed management per front desk. Never responded. Dylan at front desk was great though

Listen, for budget travel and the price this place is great. It’s not 5 star but you’re not paying 5 star money. It’s across the street from beef o Brady’s, attached to dennys n Starbucks. Everyone was nice, yes it’s dated n smells a little moldy in the hall but for budget travel this place was great. It’s close to a Walmart n several bay front restaurants. About 20 mins driving to the beach. I will def stay again for my next cruise!

They said that they had a hot tub a pool ice machine and a washer and dryer washer clothes I got there just to be informed that everything was closed and then there was no breakfast they left out the part where there was a free breakfast there was just Denny's breakfast next door that you had to pay for You're supposed to update everything that you have in your facility and they had nothing All it was was your bedroom at least the bedroom smelled nice but you get what you pay for

The place desperately needs attention. The a/c unit in the room was loud and the filter was clogged with dust. The fixtures in the bathroom were all loose and the room was none too clean. Various doors and services were "out of order". To top it off, there was no coffee offered either in the room, or anywhere else in the hotel. When asked, the receptionist pointed to the restaurant next door. Only stay here if there are no other options.
