Don’t let the exterior fool you. My room was very clean and comfortable. The rooms appear to have been updated recently. I was pleasantly surprised to find a mini kitchen with all the necessary utensils.

Hotel was adequate for what was needed. Air conditioner took a long time to cool the room and the room has a stale smell. Clean though but very basic. Good parking and walkable area. Would stay again if in the area, but only for a night or two.

Just remodeled so it smelled a little of paint. No dresser, no place to hang clothes, no coffee maker, no hair dryer, no iron. Walls are pretty thin. However, if all you need is a clean bed and a bathroom in a safe environment it is ok. Great diner attached to hotel

This property fits my needs every time i stay. They're always flexible to my travel needs and accommodate my last minute changes if needed. Plus they have regular room and some with kitchenettes for my longer stays. This Hotel is right on US1 so motorcycles going by at times is just like bedtime music!!!

This Inn was very well maintained, the staff were friendly. Just a few downsides: The TV picture quality was poor, I think it's because of the distribution system for the DishTV provided channels. For me the bed mattress was too firm making sleep uncomfortable. I also wish there were coffee makers in the rooms.

One of the few motels near Merritt Island. Clean in room. No extras- no coffee maker, no ice machine, no coffee in office that I was told. Back part of place is where people looks to like here. I was put in a safe room near the front. I liked it ok but wish it had a working ice machine.

A small beach town motel with outside entrances to rooms. The road out front is not a very busy road but there was still a bit of noise from the cars that were passing by. The front desk gentleman was friendly. He told us all the rooms were redone last year (2024). We had a king bed room that was very clean. The bathroom was really nice with a walk in shower with tile floor and marble walls. There was a refrigerator, microwave and table and 2 chairs in our room. It looks in the pictures like their rooms might have different bathrooms and different layouts from room to room. It is about a 5 minute walk to downtown Titusville where there were cute places to eat and a delicious ice cream shop. We were passing through just for the night on our way to Port Canaveral for a cruise. We will be back.

No carpeting. The bathroom was very nice with a tiled walk in shower. Location is very close (walk to in minutes) to downtown Titusville. Front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful in answering questions. Nothing fancy but very clean. The road out front can be a little noisy at times if you are staying in a room on the front side of the building.

Great basic accommodations. I would stay again. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Price was great. Bright lighting all around the property. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you are light sleeper, unfortunately both the fire and police stations are located nearby so there were some sirens from the emergency vehicles. Didn't really bother us as we just used the fan from the AC to create white noise. S

Our room was newly remodeled and clean! We were traveling through down to Lauderdale. Perfect property to stop in for an overnight stay. Property has all the simple amenities that you would need. Cute diner at the front of the property and a short walk to an awesome coffee/bakery shop.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice, I can't remember his name, older gentleman.. The room smelled like mildew and the couch had a lot of stains on it. I saw a couple roaches in the bathroom, It's the furniture was cleaner or not there at all, it would have been better. If I wasn't so tired, I would have left.. It looks like they have a few permanent residents that live there, nobody gave us a problem and I never felt unsafe, I guess you get what you pay for... But like I said the gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating when I needed a hair dryer, If the place was cleaner And maybe hired a pest control company, I would have given more stars....

They said the rooms would be cleaned daily the cleaning staff did not work all weekend! We had ants all over the bathroom sink . and walls and floors. Do yourself a favor DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!

Nice affordable hotel with many names: Sunrise Inn or Budget Motel but don't let it get in the way. Rooms were fully renovated within 6 months of our arrival so all surfaces were quite new. Staff was nice. You can hear trains and car traffic inside quite loudly so make sure you have plenty of beer or at least traveling without nagging people.

Nice stay. My only complaint, and there’s nothing anyone can do about it, is the street noise from traffic, first responder and law enforcement sirens and the nearby train.

staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Only thing was no coffee maker in room(I'm being picky here). This is a hidden gem . I wish all my stays were this easy . Just be warned hours are 8am to 10pm. But that helps keep things quiet I'll bet.

The owner was just delightful and made the check-in wonderful. I also thought I left something in the room and I called to ask if they had found it. The woman answering the phone said she would be happy to go look and call me back. And she did call back! Could have have had better service. And the room was perfectly clean. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

The owner is new & a very nice man. Still getting up the new sign. There's know coffee in the room but the restaurant right there opens at 7. Excellent food & you can go in & get a coffee to go. If you need a coffee before 7 there's a 7 Eleven just up the street. There's a distillery you can walk to for an excellent dinner. You're also only 10 min from Kennedy Space Center.

I stayed for three days to attend a conference at the space Center. It was a pretty easy 20 minute drive in. The hotel itself is located within very easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The room I was in was newly renovated, very modern looking and very clean.

We weren’t sure when we arrived, but the room was affordable and nicely renovated. The area is walkable to the quaint downtown where there are restaurants and bars. The property also has a cute diner where we had a delicious breakfast.

Everything in the room was clean. Great to have a refrigerator. Nice bathroom. Enough towels. Felt safe. Friendly check in. Convenient to bakery just down the street and to Merritt Island. A bit noisy for me. And could use another blanket.
