I am still getting used to the absence of a closet in current day hotels. True of this hotel also. Excellent breakfast, good customer service all around. Not as clean as my wife would have liked. Property and parking was also excellent.

The hotel was perfect. Clean and quiet and an upgrade from our usual hotel when visiting the area. The workmanship with the bathroom construction was much better and did not have a rushed, don't care, appearance. There was not any riff raff hanging out at this hotel. Everything was fine with our room. The ice machine worked fine and wasn't far away from the room. The light cancelling drapes worked fine. The a/c and heat worked well and quietly. The tub was definitely clean and there wasn't any questionable caulking etc. The refrigerator and microwave were fine. There were not any questionable corners to the room. Everything appeared to be vacuumed well. There was a restaurant and bar attached, we didn't use but can see how it could be a great convenience.

We arrived to a clean room with all the amenities we needed for the night. We ordered take out from the restaurant downstairs and were happy and full. We also ate breakfast before we left, service was good. We travel with our dogs and this is a dog friendly hotel. The parking can become limited as there are a lot of large trucks and trucks with trailers (including us) parking in the lot. Hotels need to take this into consideration when along a major interstate.

First, they added a 20 dollar fee, when I checked in that they said was a key deposit. The room smelled like garbage, until I set the 3 bags of trash in the closet, out in the hall. And they never picked it up after I informed them in person, because the phone was not working. I will not be staying there anymore.

Check in was easy and the lobby was attractive. Staff was courteous. Our room was very spacious but the bathroom was dirty, and the toilet had not been flushed after the last use. There was also an issue with humidity in the room and it was so muggy that the pillows and bedding felt moist to touch.

This place was cheap compared to the other options around, which reflected in the beds cuz they were really hard. But other than that everything else was great, the fact that they don't include a continental breakfast a little weird. Anyway, recommend 10 out of 10 would stay again

Easy on and off Rt 95. Set back from road so very quiet. Rooms were big and clean. Need to update tv’s and more outlets would be nice. Real creamers vs powder would be nice too

what was unique was the front desk girl had an opportunity to impress and do the right thing but instead she stood behind "oh our corporate policy is a florida drivers license is required to check in" i had numerous other forms of id but no, not good enough. the front desk girl was absolutely horrible at business relations and if she worked for me would immediately be fired. we did not stay at this hotel as we were turned away. i have to date told 30 people how horrible my interactions with this hotel was. never, never again will i consider holiday inn. Fortunately the hotel across the street was much more accommodating. Towneplace Suites by Marriott Titusville can teach holiday inn how to run a front desk and retain clients. Im going to be sending them an excellent review and request that the front desk man get a raise. he made a judgement call and took care of his clients. hoilday inn just blew it all the way around. im still pissed about it.

Poor customer service and property could be a little cleaner. The first encounter was with the check-in process they had a problem with finding our names in the system. After proof of reservation was provided, the staff states our name was entered backwards in the system and that this happens all the time. We requested washcloth and face towels because they did not have the correct amount in our room. After 45 mins we didn’t receive it, we called the front desk and they told us it was sent to the wrong room. We waited a little while longer but still no towels so we decided to go down and get them instead. When we opened the door we were surprised to see that they delivered our face towel and washcloth in front of our room door on the floor. When asked, they responded that this was normal process. I think that is unacceptable. We will be happy to take our business elsewhere.

The double queen rooms are pretty big. The AC worked great unlike most of the other places we stayed. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is pretty convenient for heading out to Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach, and even Orlando. We went to Universal and it was about a 50 min drive but with hardly any traffic. And we could get into any restaurant with either no wait or a minimal wait. In the past, when we stayed very near DisneyWorld, just getting into a restaurant after the park closed was ridiculous.

Staff very friendly and responsive. This hotel has a restaurant which is open for breakfast and dinner. We ate breakfast on a weekday twice and our meals were awesome and very reasonably priced. We decided to eat dinner there our last evening (a Sunday) and our orders were very disappointing. No sure what the cut of meat was but it wasn’t the ribeye steak we ordered and paid for. My wife could hardly cut or chew it. I on the other hand am retired military and hungry so managed to eat some. There appeared to be only one employee, a young lady, tending the bar, waiting on tables, and may also have cooked our meal. The restaurant manager needs to check into how his night crew is representing his business when he’s not there.
