Filthy floors, loud highway noise, non-existing "gym". The floors in the room were fake hardwood. They were so dirty that the white socks were brown in just one evening (picture attached). The room faced an interstate highway with heavy, loud truck traffic throughout the night. The "gym" had nothing besides a treadmill, a bike, and an elliptical. The treadmill was the only piece of equipment that worked.

We arrived for Memorial Day weekend to find out that the only elevator was down. Supposedly the person at the front desk said they called everyone the day before to “confirm your stay” or to “let you know that you could cancel your room.” There was no message left on the answering machine, and the day before your stay on Memorial Day weekend is very hard to find another room. The continental breakfast consisted of yogurt, breakfastbar, and muffin. (No Juices of any kind). There is only one ice machine in the building. It is by the front desk, so each time you needed ice, you had to walk down three flights of stairs to get ice. With all of the other options around, you would be better off finding another hotel.

We we're informed the only elevator in the hotel was down and had been for sometime. We had to carry our luggage up stairs. Would not discount the room or any other offer to try and accommodate for the inconvenience. The breakfast was not good, grab and go, not good options. Manager refused to come out of the office and had the young lady tell us she was not there. Obviously a lie. The room was okay.

This room was very dirty and the floors were so sticky that we had to spot mop with one of their towels. Also, the shower floor towel had a huge dirt spot on it. So gross! The lady that checked us in was very nice and pleasant to interact with.

I stayed one night but if I had a longer stay I would have had to get my money back. There was several cockroaches in the kitchen area and the sides of the fridge and crack in between the counter was utterly disgusting.

We had cockroaches in room 225. Vent in bathroom has enough dust on it that it looks to never have been cleaned. Grab and go breakfast is pretty sorry. Hope you’re not really hungry.

There was dried urine and pubic hair all over the toilet seat as well as fingernail clippings on the floor. It was very noisy because of the flooring. Could hear every step the people above us made. The front desk staff were very nice though. Only positive point in staying there.

The hotel facilities and decor are modern and new. It doesn't have carpet, which is ideal. The bad experience is that the air conditioning doesn't cool, the blinds don't go down and we had to sleep with bright light and the bathroom smelled bad (urine).

It was clean, but the conditions of the room was a little off. A chair with visible stabs in the upholstery. Weird paint over job on mildew on the ceiling. Calking coming off. We were supposed to be in a different room but the door to that room was swelling so it wouldn’t open. I wonder if we got a worse condition room because of this. But because we couldn’t get in that room we were moved to a different room.

A convenient spot to stay during a two day visit to the Kennedy Space Center. Upon checking in the overwhelmed clerk asked if we received a courtesy call from the manager. We had not. The manager was supposed to tell us the elevator was out and our room was on the 4th floor. We were shown a call log for the courtesy calls. Our name was checked off. There were no calls recorded on my phone. We are 72 years old. Fortunately we are fit. It was still inexcusable that we did not get a call and that we were not offered assistance getting our bags to the fourth floor. Oh, and if you like breakfast don’t count on enjoying the “free breakfast buffet”. It is a poor joke. And one last thing. I was a road warrior for over 40 years. When I dropped the key card on the front desk the clerk did not look up from whatever they were doing. Nor did they offer any greeting whatsoever. I have never had that happen before. Caveat emptor!

We waited outside the locked property for over 20 minutes for someone to arrive to check us in. I used the phone provided to call with no answer. I called the corporate number and they called the desk and then the manager. Finally, the front desk person showed up to let me in. She had been sitting in her car. We had 2 rooms and one of the rooms we were given was already occupied!! I went back to the front desk where I waited for her to figure out what other room she had available. I asked for a refund and said we would share the one good room we had, but she said she couldn't do that since we booked with a 3rd party. I was very disappointed with the whole process. We arrived at 12am, but it was close to 1:30 am before we had our rooms. Totally unacceptable situation.

Beware to those who seek to check in late. This hotel let me down harder than you could ever imagine. Their lack of flexibility combined with their misorganisation has left me stranded with NO WHERE TO SLEEP because my room apparently got overbooked by multiple other parties despite the fact that I literally prepaid AND left a note I will be late AND called in to insure that the hotel is aware that I will be late. Their own software does not allow flexibility and my room got like or given to someone else. I was confident when they reassured me I will get my room, but that was a lie. At least Expedia refunded me a portion if not all of this hotel, but the money did not fix the fact that I did not sleep that night. Stay the hell away from this place if you seek accommodation

We stayed overnight prior to a cruise from Port Canaveral. The hotel is very convenient to I-95 and SR 50, and only about 25 minutes from the port. It was so bright and clean that we thought it was brand new! The staff were very pleasant and the bed was very comfy. With the included express breakfast, the Extended Stay was a terrific bargain! We will definitely book there before our next cruise out of Florida!

Place was conveniently off the highwa surrounded by gas stations and fast food options, only 10 minutes from Kennedy Soace Center. Includes little kitchen with induction top so great if you want to prepare your own meals. Alsp has small basic desk for working. It was pretty updatesld, in good shape amd clean. But there was a strong smell in the room, possibly the cleaning product or deodorizer that was used. We checked in late and were tired so we did not ask for amother room, specially since we were only staying for 1 night. Although we tried to acclimate to the smell, it was still there when we woke up. Would just caution in booking here if you are sensitive to smells.

There is no breakfast included as posted. There was no coffee in room or downstairs. My husband checked 3-4 different times thinking maybe they ran out & we’re just making more but no that wasn’t the case. We were there at different times from 7-8:30am so we didn’t miss breakfast hours! There is a very very small breakfast area but there wasn’t any food there, except muffins in wrappers for take out or nutri-grain bars. No paper plates or silverware, cereal, milk, juice, or coffee. Hardly nothing. Advertising breakfast is very misleading!

Decent room. Check in clerks were okay. Breakfast was horrible. Coffee, had to ask for creamer ( it was powered), only had coffee, oatmeal instant pkg (no milk), cocoa mix and blueberry/ chocolate muffins and blueberry granola bars. Nothing else. Worse “grab & go” breakfast I have ever seen. No juice, milk, fruit etc. We won’t stay here again since there’s too many other hotels in the immediate area.

The staff was friendly when you can find them. It's ring a doorbell setup cause the front desk isn't staffed. The towels and wash clothes feel substandard but otherwise the room was nice and clean. The free breakfast has to be the saddest breakfast I have ever seen. Breakfast started at 6 and i was down there at 6:37. I wasn't expecting much but things like yogurt, boiled eggs, a fruit bowl, some bread or bagels, cereal and milk. When I got there all the had were tiny prepackaged muffins and some type of health bars. Then a lady that works there comes out looks at everything and says ok everything looks good. Thankfully there was at least coffee. I definitely wouldn't say breakfast in any definition! Feels like Expedia lied to me about what this hotel actually had to offer. This is the saddest extended stay I've ever been too. The best way to describe this hotel is expect the bare minimum.
