I booked here because it was central to my son and my drs office , but mainly because I have been in Illinois for a year working and the site stated it had a hot tub. IT DID NOT! Very disappointing.

Fast and friendly check-in. I was given a choice of room, which is greatly beneficial. The pool area was clean, as was the laundry facility. The room was also very clean and extra towels were promptly provided upon request

The pool was closed and rooms were getting updates including work that they said they might do during the day with all of your stuff in the room. Staff was irritated when we asked about the pool and took 1 cookie per guest.

Expedia shows there is a hot tub, main reason we booked here.. There is no hot tub, which was definitely a let down. However, the hotel was clean, beds were comfy, we enjoyed the pool and hot breakfast and the staff was courteous.

The Tesla charger was very useful. The ground floor room was a bit dark and claustrophobic. It did not feel as large as I am accustomed to at this price point. The free buffet breakfast was similar to other Hampton Inns and quite a bit better than most free hotel buffets although more gluten-free options would have been appreciated.

Only 11 miles from Kennedy Space Center- walked to Cracker Barrel for dinner- pool was cold and was told it would not be heated because the days are warm. The days are warm but the nights are cool so the pool does not stay warm. It should be heated in December.

Loved my one night stay here!! The front desk staff were so nice and personable, the room and entire hotel was very clean and well kept, super convenient location for traveling, the hotel is right off of I-95. Nothing much to do right around the hotel, there’s a Cracker Barrel within walking distance and some grocery stores, hardware stores, etc nearby but no attractions or anything. Pool is a little small on property but is nice and clean. Would absolutely stay here again if needed! Overall just a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff!

I have been staying in Hampton Inn hotels for 30 yrs and I have to say the smell in this hotel room and hotel was so musty , I couldn’t wait to leave , honestly it was so bad . I was told it’s a very new hotel. You really need to fix this

Booked a king sized bed and was put in a room with two queens. Toilet seat had feces under the lid. Free breakfast was a joke. Opened at 6 and at 8 everything was out. Didn’t stop until 10 and was told that they would restock at 9. Ridiculous.

Found a bed bug in the morning crawling on the top sheet. Went down and talked to the front desk and showed them a picture. They apologized and when we said we wanted a refund, he said I would have to talk to the manager the next day. On our way home, we received a call, again apologizing saying they would issue a refund in the next week. Two and half weeks go by and no refund. I call the hotel today and they said there were no bed bugs in the room when they inspected. I told them we had pictures and they argued it wasn’t a bed bug and it must be something else. I wasn’t going to give a bad review if they were going to take care of the issue, but to basically be called a liar, after having 5 -7 bites, I have to post this.

Room AC made loud noise because of which we were not able to get good night sleep. Room too was not properly clean as we saw dust at many places. Window curtain was horrible as it was not covering the window completely allowing sunlight in morning. Overall it didnt meet our purpose to get some rest and good night sleep after our NASA trip. Would have expected better from HILTON.

The property has been renovated in recent years so it looks clean and new. I used the app for check-in but when I visited the desk with a question, the staff member was polite and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I hate barn doors especially in bathrooms because it provides no privacy. The bathroom did not have a fan so it steamed up immediately with the shower on.

The AC in the room was loud and didn't work as expected from our last visit. Sounds like the compressor is going bad. At checkout the attendant had nothing to say about nor did he offer anything while I was asking other than check with Expedia.

It was a great hotel, close to everything we wanted to do. Very clean and quiet. Only thing i didnt like was not much lighting in the room. My husband and i like to read and had trouble reading without bright reading lights. However i would stay here again. Very friendly staff, clean and great location. We will be back for a werkend getaway.

Nice pool. Close to Kennedy Space Center and easy drive to Orlando.Plenty of restaurants to choose from. No room safes which was disappointing. Tv did not work. Reported to front desk twice and problem not resolved.

There was a light as bright as the Sun seemingly shining right into our room. The shades did not block it completely and it made it difficult to sleep. I understand that they need to keep the parking lot lit but perhaps don’t shine it at the rooms? Also we could hear every rustle, step and cough in the hallway from our room. I read somewhere that the rooms were soundproof but that is a lie.

Great easy check in. Room clean and quiet. My special requests that I made upon booking was met. A slight ding on service due to breakfast. We went down for breakfast around 815 or so. Wasn’t to busy at the time, just a couple of tables of people. The eggs and breakfast potatoes trays were empty. I did not see an attendant the 10 minutes we were there so I just got some fresh fruit mix to take back to my room. The grapes and cantaloupe mix tasted as if they had gone bad. They were not edible and got trashed. Ended up across the parking lot at Cracker Barrel. Very disappointing as we budget breakfast with our hotel stay when on long trips which is one of the factors in choosing Hampton Inn.

It would be helpful if Expedia would indicate additional fees upon check-in. We booked this as a pet friendly hotel. It was nonrefundable and upon checking in we owed another $85. I would have done my research and stayed elsewhere for the price.

I reserved one night, which was excellent. I checked out the next morning but after a long day at the wildlife refuge I returned for a second night, which was not as pleasant. Big difference staying on the first and third floor, most notably the hallways were very hot and stuffy, While the ground floor was a comfortable temperature since it contained reception, the breakfast room, and community rooms. Reaching my third floor room through the warm hallways, I found that the TV did not turn on with the remote. I called the front desk twice, but no one answered, so I put my clothes back on to go downstairs. No one was at the desk, so I called out. I was told the remotes don't turn on the TVs, however the one in my room the previous night worked just fine. That was followed by “oh, most of them don't work". You must push the on button on the TV. What could have been an easy fix by phone turned out to be a hassle. The night attendant was too busy to pick up the phone and say, "hold on". The next morning I had an issue with the remote again, and after calling the front desk with an immediate response someone was knocking on my door in seconds. That was service! The second room towels were not in the best of shape. The bathmat was unraveling on the edges. Perhaps the third floor room wasn't used as often. I would stay there again but reserve a room on the first floor. And compliments for the great hot breakfast and fresh cookies in the evening at reception!

Found this hotel had rooms available to stay during hurricane Milton. My daughter stayed Monday and checked out on Friday. Hotel manager Kelly had staff come around to all the rooms and have people sign a paper with her staff explaining “in case of a power outage would happen, people will need to evacuate the hotel.” My daughter was upset thinking she would have no where to go if this happens. I called the manager to find out exactly what she was having the guest sign. She explained if power would go out “post hurricane” people will have to leave. I asked even if they have booked their room for so many days to stay there. She replied “yes and no refunds will be given.” I then asked if people don’t have anything to go back to because of hurricane damage, how they can make people evacuate? She then went on to say, the hotel is in the path of the hurricane and I should have done my research before booking a room at this hotel. I told her my daughter had no where to go. Her apartment was in direct impact of the hurricane. Manger then went on to say, your daughter could have went north or south of Florida. I told her I did try to get her a room north Florida and even into Georgia. No hotels were available! I told her she was not very sympathetic to people staying at her hotel, for the extreme disaster that was going on. Manager then replied “this isn’t my hotel.” What do you mean, you are the manger, this is your hotel you are managing! I am beyond speechless of the attitude.

Kids or whomever above us kept us awake til the wee hours of the morning with running. We realize that’s not the hotel’s fault. However, the breakfast was not good. The little omelettes look like they were made out of egg whites and had no flavor. The sausage links were cold. The waffle and coffee were good.

I did not understand why people were raving about cookies in the reviews. And then I tried them! Wow they were good!! The customer service here is excellent and every single staff member we encountered was super friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean. The kids were happy that they could easily hook the tv up to the laptop, and they were so sad when it was time to leave. Breakfast had little extras to make it delicious, like strawberry compote for the waffles, and lemon scones. Parking was easy. This place exceeded my expectations. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

At breakfast, there was only one gal and she running off her feet. It was busy and food was lacking because of it. The one gal was doing her best. Meanwhile , I told the girl on the front fest who too busy chatting loudly with her colleague, that the garbage was over flowing and that the one and only gal need help. All she said that I will get someone for the garbage. She should have helped. She can clearly see that the place was extremely busy
