AC was reported to the clerk the next morning and she did seem concerned to get it checked out. Location was pretty good. The continental breakfast was minimal, but it is next door to McDonald's, so my husband was satisfied!

It was clean, smelled nice and quiet. It had the amenities that I needed (fridge, microwave, TV and wi-fi). Very nice for your basic hotel.

This was a fine place to stay for a night while traveling for business on my own dime. Not fancy, but also less expensive than nearby options. It was a bit noisy near the street, but the room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Room was dirty, bathroom was not clean. Says they have an exercise room. When asked they said they haven’t had one in years.

The room smelled horrible had to buy air freshener to kill the smell. If you just need a place to sleep that’s all you will get. There are no amenities at the hotel.

It’s an older place but the people working there are so very nice and friendly and helpful. It’s clean and everything works. It was very reasonably priced so I wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely try to stay with them next time I’m in the area.

Looks nothing like the pictures, rooms are nasty, smell like smoke, have roaches in the rooms stains on the comforters and sheets. Only 2 towels. Wouldn’t recommend to a homeless person.

This place is in a decent location, about 10 minutes to downtown. That's the only positive. First, I think a breakfast was advertised as included but I didn't see absolutely anything available for breakfast. Worst of all, this room was nasty! I had to get my own blanket and things from my car to try to cover the bed. The linens were so worn out that the fabric was fraying and wearing thin. Plus, it smelled old and musty. Then, I got out of the shower and grabbed a towel the next morning... there was other human hair on it, including smaller hairs I mean... I read the reviews and thought, "oh it looks sketchy but they actually maintain it". I will tell you that was NOT my experience. They got my money once for an unsanitary room and I highly recommend NOT going here.

Room is very clean!!

I wasn’t sure about this place at first glance. After parking and actually looking at it, it’s a very pretty property. The staff were all super nice. The room was clean, and so was the bathroom. Right near many places to eat and the highway. It was perfect and affordable and I would definitely stay here again

I was in the room only five minutes and killed two roaches. The toilet seat was filthy and had pubic hair on it also. The tv remote appeared to have blood or something on it that had been partially removed. The refrigerator had roach debris in it and the electrical outlets were not working properly. The shower was dirty enough I didn’t want to use it and the hairdryer was broken. When I spoke to the manager she offered to go clean it but it was already late when I arrived from a long road trip and didn’t feel like waiting for her to re-clean the room. I had made a reservation and the Inn was filled up so no extra rooms available. Convenient location and the manager was friendly and the air conditioner worked good but I will not book it again.

My room was very clean, including corners! And the bed comfortable.

Rooms are not cleaned. I walked on the carpet from the shower and I dried my feet and by the time I got to the bed. My feet were black. You never notice any maid when I was checking in or checking out? Found hairs on the bed and a bug in the bathroom. Give it one star for cleaning and no, we will never ,Ever go back.

The West Bank Inn exceeded our expectations! Exceptionally clean and well kept with a very friendly staff.. When on a trip this is what I look for and what I got! .

Property is a little dated but most furniture appeared new and room may have been painted recently as well. The room smelled clean and was surprisingly quiet for being near a busy road.

Good, clean place for the night. The only problem was a VERY NOISY HVAC unit. It kept cycling and would periodically make a noise like a distant jet engine. But we were still able to sleep. Everything else was good for the money.

Very nice room, in town to attend the Womens National Amateur at Augusta National. Door and rooms newly painted, new sheets, great shower water pressure, quiet location, nice breakfast, and shuttle to the golf course. And the young lady who checked us in was very pleasant and informative and the “maintenance man” stopped by to insure things were up to expectations. Hope to get tickets again next year.

The room was way better than I expected it to be. If you were going by looks alone you would pass by it but the inside was magnificent. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and for once I found a shower in a hotel with an excellent water pressure.

The expression - "You get what you pay for" says it all. The room was clean but it needed fumigation as there were a few wall bugs in the room. We bought a bug spray and took care of that in a jiffy. The Inn is located on a very busy thoroughfare and the noise at night was awful as our room was at the end of the structure.

Pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the room was. Microwave had the correct size plate in it, fridge was cold, A/C was quiet.

Blindsided by the 8.2 rating and actually seeing the property. There was a blood stain on the bed cover, filthy trim on the walls, the office chair in the room was heavily stained on the back rest, the carpet had torn up areas, and the curtain was broken so it didn't close all the way. It was detached from the track. Someone could have easily creeped into the room at any time. I tried to hang the curtain on a lamp to cover up the window a bit more and it just wouldn't stay. I was honestly afraid to walk around without shoes or socks on. The door wasn't super sealed, so there were little (what I think were) fruit flies hanging around. Any little bugs could have gone right under the gap under the door. This sufficed for a place to sleep over my car for this roadtrip but I heavily debated sleeping in my car and just using the shower here. Never again lol

Convenient location. Clean on the outside. Falling apart upholstery in the room. Hard bed. Found a drop of blood on my bed sheet that wasn’t mine. Nearly non existent breakfast and the coffee was cold at 6:15am. Wasn’t the worst but wouldn’t choose again.

Management takes pride in making sure your stay is pleasurable. Rooms clean. Great location. Peaceful atmosphere on property. My go to spot from now on when visiting Augusta. Thank you West Bank.

There was a mixup with the rooms but the staff made accommodations and did a great job fixing the issue. Will stay again when in town

The front desk lady was very rude. I requested a handicap room online and when I got to check in she refused me and put me on the THIRD floor.

I was really concerned when I saw the price, however, with over a thousand reviews, I figured I would try it. It was a wonderful stay. The room was clean, smelled disinfected and even the sheets had a hint of bleach on them. It is older but it looks well maintained. Surprisingly, it was very quite when the doors were shut. I would happily stay there again.

Everything went smoothly and great. They even upgraded my room to the first floor because they saw all my bags. Front desk women was wonderful and helped me out so much

I’ve stayed at this location multiple times and I always ask for a late check out! It’s never once been an issue before. Until the last time I stayed there. For whatever reason they were banging on the door at 11 am telling me it was time to check out. I informed them I requested a late check out and I was told that was okay and the lady was friendly with me and said she would be back at 12 after late check out time. Well me and my fiancé were loading our car and was out of the room by 11:50. For whatever reason the owner decided to come out to our car being extremely disrespectful and rude. Then proceeded to tell us that we were not allowed to ever come back and stay there. Well I’m not going to lie, he set me off and I got rude back. Either way I’m not at all sure why we were told not to return. We checked in late around 11:30 PM and asked for late check out, we were out of the room before 12 and we also were staying at this hotel about 3 times a month for the last 5-6 months. But this place has lost my business. There was no need for the disrespect or for us to be told we weren’t allowed back. ABSOLUTELY NO REASON.

The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress on the bed wasn't the best, but it was okay. The staff was helpful. The location was excellent! It is located in between many eating places which provided great variety. It was also very convenient to the interstate onramp.

The wife (owner) harassed us for 3 nights. She said we smoked inside the rooms and we didn’t. I have given this property so much $$ per week and to be treated as such is an understatement. She told me she’s blocking me from staying there and I said ok because this will for sure be my last stay. I also was given a room my last 2 days that smelled of a very loud Odor of urine and the carpet was wet of it. I never was given another room and they wouldn’t allow a refund. My room had roaches and also two rooms down they were not BLACK and they allowed them to smoke their cigarettes and stand out and drink their beers but she told me and my boyfriend not to smoke on their property at all. They should be shut down for the racist rude behavior as if my money isn’t what helps keep them afloat. Customers is what help you keep your hotel. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone of the African American community.

This hotel is in a great location and was clean and had everything we needed, but be aware that although every restaurant you could want is close by, there are no sidewalks! And it's on a very busy road.

Clean and well located, next to 2 fast food restaurants.

It’s an older bldg which did not bother us at all. When I walked into the office they said hello Judy as if they knew me. The rooms are nice new carpet fresh paint well done microwave and frig. The only thing that someone should consider is the noise from the busy road but we always turn on our white noise app even at home so it didnt bother us at all. We’ll stay here again when we come to Augusta. Very nice!!!!!! Felt safe.

Location, 1 mile from Augusta National, great. Price great. Tv selection on premium channels off the chart. Water pressure on shower also great. Look it’s an older hotel. But for the price and location plus the other stuff, I would stay there again no problem.

For the price, it's very conveniently located, with slot of food options in walking distance. Will be my go to for College Homecoming yearly.

Rooms do not reflect the cheap price per night. The. Real fast in the morning was decent. Rooms are clean. D staff was very helpful!

Hot water, cold AC, clean sheets. Trip to Walgreens to get some lysol as the room had a terrible small, breakfast was “not so good”. The motel served its purpose, would never stay again. Not sure why it had a high rating as it’s really nice a very nice place. Have some pride

This is a small hotel and not a big chain and everyone was pleasant. Great value all the way down to the free breakfast. The staff was very accommodating and I was able to rest well while here on work.
