Excellent five star rental. This two bedroom apartment was located on the 50th floor of the Santander building with incredible views, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Also included a full kitchen. I highly recommend this rental. It is centrally located and has the typical big city homeless people on the streets so be aware if you are walking at night. Check-in was easy and there are two restaurants located in the building.

However, we encountered a concern regarding soundproofing. Despite staying on the 49th and 50th floors, we experienced significant noise from street-level activity including sirens and motorcycles as well as audible sounds from adjacent rooms and the corridor. It was unexpected given the high elevation and impacted the overall sense of tranquility. Lastly, pre-paid parking would be a wonderful accommodation.

I loved being on the 50th floor. The city view from the room windows was AMAZING!! I also like how Mint House has a bar and food lounge on the 48th floor. Definitely worth the stay.

Check in and check out process and texts were very helpful. Facilities were very clean and upkept. The only thing is the building’s gym was closed and we weren’t told. Overall great stay!

I was pleased to see security guards on duty around the clock, the concierge responded promptly to any assistance i required. The room was clean with a breathtaking view. The fitness centre was well equipped and quite spacious. I love the idea of having a pin code instead of a key.

The Mint was great. I would definitely stay here again. It did take some time to get used to since everything is virtual. Very modern. All the amenities were clean. Had to take 3 elevators to get up the 50th floor which is wild! We didn’t have any problems at all. Only concern, if there was a situation or concern due to no front desk or clerk wondering how that could be improved. Needing a little more clarification on the parking situation in the garage with better signage. Overall great stay. Close to eateries and bars in downtown.

The tower club was amazing. The elevator situation was a little confusing, but we navigated it. The hot water took quite a long time to come on and be aware that there is a significant of charge for housekeeping. The views are amazing and it is walkable to some great restaurants.

Very nice property. They had us on the 50th floor with beautiful views of Downtown Dallas. Pros: Views of all of downtown. Very quiet couldn’t hear anything which was nice. Very luxury feeling in the apartment we had. Staff were super nice and friendly. In great walking distance from everything. Cons: Slightly off smell in the apartment. Shower could’ve been cleaned better prior to arrival. Lots of mildew on the shower head and in the tiles. It didn’t make sense that only one of the bedrooms had a tv in it while the other one didn’t so I couldn’t enjoy any of my shows while laying in my bed. At random points the power would go off then come back on which was weird. Overall it was a nice stay and I would stay here again.

View was amazing! Walkable to dining areas and 5 minute drive to deep elm. The cleanliness was good except with the shower area. There was still a ball of hair in the drain so I just wore my flip flops when showering but everything else was perfect. The service was impeccable!

Perfect space for 5 guests (family) in a 2-bedroom apartment. Comfortable beds, large bathrooms, enough towels were provided. The only negative was the foul / musty / moldy smell from the clothes washer. It must have been a known issue since two different "Febreze" air freshener sprays were left out near the washer. We would stay again.

Located on the 49th and 50th floors of Santander building mint house feels like a luxury hotel with the best views i have experienced. I have stayed in Mint house nashville before and loved it but this was a step above. The only negative for me was the shower was a nightmare to get temperature right and i had to duck to get under it. Im only 6ft not a giant.

The view from the corner suite is stunning! I would give it 10 stars if I could!!! The suite was spacious and appointments adequate. However, it should have been made clear that noise is a massive problem from Wednesday through Friday. The Mint is built above a club with pounding music from 7-11:15 PM those nights. If you need rest or have small children, this will be a problem, hence the 3 stars.

Check in at first was a bit confusing, particularly since i tried to check in early. But once i was able to get in touch with Al, the GM, everything went great! A wonderful "Boutique Style Hotel". I will definitely return.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Here for a work conference. Spent over 45 minutes on hold while waiting to get access instructions. Reservation on Expedia came with free parking and I was told I had to register my vehicle. In order to do that I was forced to a screen that said I must pay $30. Room and building smelled strongly of weed. Homeless people at entrance of garage and people screaming and yelling in garage. Trash in parking garage. Overall I feel unsafe and absolutely wish I NEVER would have picked this. Do not stay here!

I have been staying at this property once per month for the last 8 months this year and it's been fantastic each time. The rooms are extremely clean, neat, organized, well equipped and never an issue with the building or the guests. Great value, and the guest service managers go above & beyond to make sure you are comfortable.

AC was not functioning and room was hot. Made several attempts to have concierge address, but it was not. Guests in the adjoining room were in a domestic dispute, but no front desk to call. Police eventually arrived and resolved it. Not an experience I would recommend.

We arrived about 15 minutes prior to check in and our room wasn’t ready. The staff member on site was very helpful and assured us we would have a room available soon. He kept his word and even upgraded us to a larger room as our original room still wasn’t ready. He was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable and welcome. The place was magnificent! Clean, spacious, and had a very nice vibe. The bed was super comfortable and the available amenities were a plus. We loved everything about our stay. Parking was easy and the views were amazing.

The ability to check in with the front desk attendant is essential for a positive hotel experience. The relationship between the guest and the front desk staff sets the tone for the entire stay. Great location and beautiful room! Only downfall is the lack of onsite support, it was frustrating when our code to enter our room did not work and we were stuck on the phone with the customer service for 30 minutes, causing us to cancel our dinner reservations.

This was our first time staying at Mint House and we were very happy with the stay. We came from the Houston area to attend a concert in Deep Ellum. The location in downtown was very convenient and accommodated us walking around to local restaurants and pubs. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location and beautiful room. View from the room is fantastic and the shower was brilliant. We had a slight issue/ confusion with the parking access and there was nobody on the front desk when we arrived, however upon emailing the hotel they replied immediately and answered our query. We liked the key code access but it was a little tricky to navigate the elevators on the first time. It was completely manageable after this however. Would recommend for a very central location.

The room was amazing! The view was amazing! I will book this hotel for every one of our couple's night out. We enjoyed the restaurant Sage on the 48th floor. Dinner was delicious. I was a little disappointed that the sushi was not there but I found other options on the menu.

The hotel is at the top of the building with great views. Our room overlooked the city. Everything is done by text msg, they don’t have a front desk. The room had a couple issues they took care of timely but the mattress on the bed was too soft for us. Sink to the floor soft. Restaurant was upper scale, bring a jacket. There’s no room service, either have something delivered or use the restaurant.

Truly an outstanding property. Excellent value. These are full apartments on the upper floors with an amazing view. Well stocked and nicely furnished, clean and comfortable in a great building. Plenty of parking in the building garage. You also get access to the private and exclusive tower club. Super neat. Drinks, food, amazing view - just outside your door. People pay good money to be members, but you get free access! A total winner and for sure where we will stay when visiting Dallas.
