Phone didn’t work. TV remote didn’t work. Complementary breakfast was pitiful. Coffee wasn’t very good . The staff did not acknowledge us at the buffet.

The room was great. The staff didnt have breakfast ready and blamed it on the nite girl calling off. We forced them to try and find us something because the breakfast was one selling point.
