The ice maker near my room was missing. The refrigerator in my room was not working but was still so noisy I could not sleep. The room heat was not operating properly. The dining room had construction debris scattered in the area. For some reason I was asked to leave a $50 deposit at check in. I think I should have a refund.

The hotel is in the process of updating all the rooms. We stayed in one that had been updated. The furnishings were new and the unit was clean. There were a few amenity problems when we checked in, but Raj, the manager, took care of them for us. There were cigarette butts on the ground around the common areas, but some of them could have been from workers that were upgrading the rooms. The continental breakfast could be a little better, but it is included in the room price.

No elevator and it did not tell us in property description. Did not like area of town it was in. Early morning before we got up to get ready to leave, a lot!! of noise from room next door and outside of room. As we left we found out workers were tearing out furniture and beds in room next to ours and taking them down steps to throw in parking lot below our room. Very noisy. The room we stayed in was fine. Will not be staying at a Days Inn Motel anymore.

Renovations happening that we were unaware about, the room didn’t have a lot of things in it, one light didn’t work, only one normal size towel, tv wasn’t working properly. It was convenient to walk across the street to the concert we were attending.

Trash on steps going up to room beer caps paper, cotton swabs poor lighting in the room also could hear everything going on in the adjacent room tv, kids screaming alarm going off at 5am. Wouldn't stay there again.

This hotel was disgusting! The mattress and box springs were sitting on the floor with a bedskirt between them. The bedskirt was filthy and ripped. The quilt on the bed was filthy. There was no Wi-Fi, the small TV gave us problems, the shower was gross and the refrigerator was rusted. The pool was closed and the water was green. There was a large pet fee for four nights that was charged twice and they said they would refund us but we haven’t gotten anything. We stayed only 1 of the 4 nights. Hotels.com tried to reach the hotel to get a refund for the three nights for us, but no one would ever answer the phone! Now we have disputed it all through our Capital One credit card. Hotels.com should not be offering this hotel!

I'm writing this review as a warning to others: avoid this hotel at all costs. I checked out a day early due to unsanitary conditions that made me question the safety of my health. The bathroom was a nightmare - mold creeping up the walls, a grimy bathtub with mysterious stains, and a sink that looked like it hadn't seen a cleaning product in years. The showerhead appeared dirty, and I couldn't bring myself to use it. I was appalled by the state of the fixtures and the overall filthy ambiance. The door itself had issues, with a wonky lock that didn't inspire confidence in the room's security. Given the condition of the bathroom alone, I wouldn't trust brushing my teeth there, let alone consider using other facilities. Needless to say, I won't be returning and would advise others to steer clear. Terrible experience, poor hygiene, and unacceptable for a place calling itself a hotel. One star, and that's being generous.

Upon arrival, my initial room had a strong sewage odor, and the sheets and pillows were visibly dirty. The bathtub also had red stains. I was relocated to another room, but the door was broken, requiring me to place a chair in front of it for security. Additionally, the sheets, pillows, and washcloths in this room were also unclean. They need to shut this place down ASAP!!

Disgusting roach motel. We checked in, went to dinner, got back and checked out. Just couldn’t stay there. The room reeked of urine. Dead roach on the night stand. Sink had no drain stopper. We got a room at a much better establishment. When we booked this motel all others were sold out because of the event in town that weekend.

There were roaches crawling all over in the rooms . People were fighting from 10:30 till after midnight outside by our rooms . The staff did nothing about it and when I told them about the horrible roach issue they said "OK" !!! I went there for a funeral, and the whole experience at this hotel was horrible!!!! DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL!!!!

This was, by far, the nastiest experience I've ever had at a motel. We reserved two rooms for my husband and our daughters for two nights (we only stayed one). In both rooms, there were towels with pubic hairs on them. The furniture/lamp/mattress in our room had visible stains, including a chair that had clearly been colored on all over by a small child. The door handle and lock for the room next to our daughter's room had been smashed in by what looked to have been a baseball bat. There was no phone in the rooms. During their "renovations", they had not covered anything and there was overspray of paint on every door handle, faucet, hook, counter, etc. Our sink was missing the drain stopper. That's just the room. In addition, there was a large crowd of people blaring loud music right in front of our room (I had to ask them to move so I could gain access to our room). They were loud, yelling, and playing music until at least 2:30 am. We determined these were not customers of the motel, just loiters using the space. When we told the front desk the next day and asked to be moved, he blamed it on the workers who were doing the renovations. He agreed to move us, but we were not convinced the new rooms would be acceptable, so we did not go back for the 2nd night. The breakfast? We didn't even try it, because it looked old, there were gambling machines in the "breakfast room", and just a random loaf of bread and some pastries. Do NOT stay here.

This hotel is extremely dirty. The room had mold in the bathroom so I requested a new room. The second room didn’t show mold but it reeked of marijuana. The towels were stained and the room was nasty. You can see that it isn’t properly cleaned. The lock on the door feel out the door frame when we went to lock the door. The breakfast wasn’t clean or suitable at all. Would not recommend staying here.

The room was very clean. My husband had a little trouble getting around in the restroom but overall the experience was great. The bed was VERY comfortable! The work trucks outside were loud and we could hear the people in the room next to ours. Otherwise, a great experience.

I liked the upgraded rooms and nice TV. The room was clean and tidy. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel was a very nice location to the venue we were traveling to attend. The only complaint that I have is that the heating and air unit needs to be ungraded as well. It was noisy and didn't heat that well. However overall a comfortable and clean place to stay for my visit Statesboro GA.

No WiFi for iPhone…. Front desk says something about tech connection problem and they don’t know when a fix will be….. front desk suggests I use as android……. Nothing is mentioned about this prior to check in and payment. Front desk says refund is up to Expedia….. yeah good luck with that….. Another Expedia ripoff, beware!!

The management at this hotel had terrible customer service. They were not able to accommodate an elderly couple and their caregiver in a first floor room. While checking in I requested a copy of payment for the deposit and was reassured I'd receive the same copy when I check out. They never gave me the same copy. Shower curtain failed to expand; thereby water practically flooding the bath area. I asked for towels and a resolution. I had to get towels from the front desk...no room service. My first room had a strange odor of smoke and the next door person had a dog, so i requested another room and the hotel assistant was able to immediately find me a room upstairs that was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

They gave me the key to someone else’s room, I unlock the door and opened it to find someone’s belongings on the bed. The TV was on, and the person was in the shower. I went back to the lobby and told them what’s happening and they didn’t believe me. Then they gave me a room that had not been cleaned and also did not have a shower curtain.

The hotel is very dirty. We moved out of our first room because the room was covered in dust and just nasty sheets, dirty dusty molded curtains. The next room was not as bad, definitely still dusty, floor was definitely not cleaned in a while, mold in bathroom, and sheets were stained. Staff is nice and friendly but overall not a good experience. Outside was sketchy as well there was always someone smoking pot somewhere in parkinglot.

Stayed there before it was 5yrs ago no problem. Now one bed had stains, there was constant noise outside of roomdoor, car doors slamming horns blowing, people gathering in front of door. I didn't even want to go outside, had to look outside to see if car was still there that's how it made me feel.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the layout of the building. It was close to everything needed. When I came to the first room the fridge did not work, so the guy moved me to another room immediately. The office members were easy to find when needed for assistance. The pool was clean and the rooms smelled nice. The only area I was not so pleased was that there was no laundry room. Other than that my stay was perfect.

This hotel is disgusting. It had a horrible odor and the bathtub had mold all over the caulk. The parking lot was very dark, and my daughter and I felt unsafe. We left immediately and went to a different hotel. I would not recommend this hotel even for my dog. There are much better choices in the area.

People were hanging out at their cars and made my wife a little uncomfortable. Room was clean except for the dust on the lamp shades and bathroom floor seemed to stay damp all-night . Only had 2 towels for the 2 of us. Bed was comfortable and every seemed to work as it should. I didn't like $50 deposit even though I had already prepaid, but I checked when I got home and the money had been placed back in my account.

This was, by far, the nastiest experience I've ever had at a motel. We reserved two rooms for my husband and our daughters for two nights (we only stayed one). In both rooms, there were towels with pubic hairs on them. The furniture/lamp/mattress in our room had visible stains, including a chair that had clearly been colored on all over by a small child. The door handle and lock for the room next to our daughter's room had been smashed in by what looked to have been a baseball bat. There was no phone in the rooms. During their "renovations", they had not covered anything and there was overspray of paint on every door handle, faucet, hook, counter, etc. Our sink was missing the drain stopper. That's just the room. In addition, there was a large crowd of people blaring loud music right in front of our room (I had to ask them to move so I could gain access to our room). They were loud, yelling, and playing music until at least 2:30 am. We determined these were not customers of the motel, just loiters using the space. When we told the front desk the next day and asked to be moved, he blamed it on the workers who were doing the renovations. He agreed to move us, but we were not convinced the new rooms would be acceptable, so we did not go back for the 2nd night. The breakfast? We didn't even try it, because it looked old, there were gambling machines in the "breakfast room", and just a random loaf of bread and some pastries. Do NOT stay here.

Needed more pillows and ones that don't seem to disappear when you put your head down. Just bring one from home. Bathroom set up was good for everyone in our room to have space. Breakfast and VERY SIMPLE. Don't expect an eggs and bacon or fresh anything. It's the old school continental with cereal, random pastries, apples, coffee and juice. The toilet was rocking when you sit on it. It looked like someone painted it where it may have a chip on it. There were mold around the edge of the tub. The light in the bathroom was buzzing which indicated there may be an issue with the electrical. There was an extension cord that plug into the appliances, lamp, etc which I am sure is a violation.
