Clean, comfortable, nicely furnished room. Very friendly and attentive staff. Very good shower with plenty of hot water. They offer a reasonably priced buffet breakfast as an add on. A very tiny fitness room and some of the equipment was not working properly and the refrigerator did not cool/freeze adequately. A good value Hotel. We would book it again

Great staff at both Front desk and Bar. Also, room was nice and clean.. Was disappointed that the pool was not open. Brought my bathing suit and expected to spend the afternoon at pool. It’s a big holiday.. I dont understand who made the decision not to have the pool open in time for people to enjoy… it’s a big American holiday!

Room was loud and shade would not close so very bright in room all night. Facilities not available - restaurant or gym (cardio equipment not working). Chose the hotel because it advertised full service restaurant, so it was disappointing that it was not open.

Staff was very friendly. The room had a terrible smell. The bed linens were not clean and we had to request them changed. After we received cleaning bedding we realized the rotten garbage smell was coming from the mattress. I belive there may have been some issues with the centralized air as we heard and felt loud rumbling from the floor of the room. The breakfast is not included. Which would be fine if it were not buffet style offered for free at other hotels.

House keeping as well as house maintenance is very poor. Especially for a pretty new hotel. Bathroom (304) was full of black mold in the shower. Shower walls had spots with red mold on it. AC was blowing cold air the entire night and could not be switched off. The security lock on the door was only fixed with one screw. The other two were missing. Carpet is dirty. I walked barefoot from the bed into the shower and the shower floor was black.

My room was clean and spacious but it did not have functioning window treatments. One curtain was stuck in an open position and the other was closed. The room phone was broken with no way to call for anything. There was an empty tissue box in the bathroom. Lastly, there was no regular coffee pods available. Luckily when I walked down to the lobby to request some, the very nice desk attendant gave me the last two available.

The room was clean and spacious with lots of sitting area. There is a Cracker Barrel and Olive Garden across the street so definitely a plus in terms of finding decent food to eat that stays open late.

I had booked two rooms a king and 2 queens. Called the morning of to see if they would be close together, told they would try also confirmed the King and 2 queens. Got to the rooms 2 Kings. Went down - no apology - asked to show my confirmation of the queen rooms. Showed her and she just said - first come first come. When questioned she said it was not her fault it is Fosse (PMS system) who assigns. Most upset that I did not get an apology. PTAC is very loud, making it difficult to sleep.

The customer service was excellent. The front desk staff, housekeeping, and bar staff were all excellent. Now for the negative. Our room was placed over the ballroom and a party was going on until after 11 and with my elderly grandmother it made for it being tough for her to get to sleep. I spoke with the staff and she explained they were booked up with rooms and offered an apology and that’s it. Also the room above us sound like they were having a WWE match from wall to wall to floor to floor. It was a horrible experience.

This property was ok - but not worth $200/ night. We booked late because of a funeral and didn’t have a lot of options. Linda and Carlos who ran the breakfast were fabulous! The rooms were decent - however we had to move the first night because we were on the 4 th floor and the air handlers are on the roof so it was super noisy/ hard to sleep. But the next day the moved us. The location was perfect for where we needed to be.

The hotel is a little outdated and most of the rooms have bathtubs. My father has one leg amputated and needed a room with walk in shower. The hotel would not honor the request because the reservation was made through a third party. I offered to pay the difference and they still declined. Rooms were available, they hotel wasn’t fully booked!

The staff was nice. The location was good. However, the room we were given had a defective door that could be easily pushed open by anyone. The room was knowingly given to us despite the fact that the hotel staff and maintenance team knew the door was a problem. This is absolutely unacceptable under any circumstances. I demand a rapid and significant response.

The property appeared understaffed. Only one young lady checking in and dealing with guest requests. When we finally got to our room, it was an ice box. Thermostat was set to 63 with no way to adjust it. Told it was a maintenance issue and they were not in. Told we’d have blankets sent to the room- they never came. The shower took forever to get warm/hot water. All the trash cans on our floor were overflowing. Our first visit to Statesboro- not sure we’d return here. The front desk lady was overwhelmed and still kind.

Staff ignored my presence by sitting at a table outside the check in desk, and talking on her private phone for several minutes while observing me standing at check in desk. Several minutes later I was asked if I was checking in and I ask if she had available rooms for the night and she said we are sold out. Parking lot was nearly empty! I step away from the desk and reserve a room through EXPEDIA.COM in about 2 minutes, which said there were plenty rooms available. Staff still showed no concern for registration me by ignoring me again talking on personal phone for several minutes, issued me a card without room number, never asked for ID or card for incidentals! She was snappy with her response to me. Making it worse by signing me to a handicap room!!!!!!!!

The property was very conveniently located within a 1/4 mile to half a mile from the local mall, restaurants, grocery outlets and other shopping areas. There was not an area was not likeable about the property. Some maintenance request on the exercise equipment was addressed and fixed immediately. I would stay there again in the future because of the easy access to everything mentioned above.

Great check in and very clean from the start. Room was excellent as far as cleanliness and comfort. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was well maintained. Breakfast was good in the morning…only negative was it was busy and they lacked a lot of food at points but they were fairly quick to refill the trays. Overall a great stay.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and had a fresh scent. The only thing that was a disappointment was the breakfast. The breakfast isn’t included but the young lady at the front desk was so kind to allow us to sign up for the rewards program and get two free breakfast vouchers. However, the breakfast was not that good and I would have been very disappointed if we had to pay $26 for it.

The air condition unit was so loud and rattled when it was on. It made it very difficult to sleep. There was no regular coffee in the room. This is the second time staying that this has happened. We stayed 2 days and noone came to refill towels, coffee, etc. Our TV did not work upon arrival and someone did come quickly to fix it, but she never spoke, never told us it was fixed, just walked out of the room. The bar was not opened the entire time we were there.
