Fine place to sleep. Breakfast area had no decaf one day. Never did have anything in the little fridge like milk or yogurt. Super noisy lawn care at 7am on a Sunday.

The pool was not open. That’s the whole reason we were there was the pool. It was 87 degrees outside. They had all winter to clean the pool and they didn’t do it. It was scummy and disgusting. They did nothing to make it right. Breakfast was also very mid.

Pathetic! They doubled the rate because it was family weekend at the college. Fine, I get that. Our tv didn’t work. Front desk just said sorry. The ice machines didn’t work either. So basically, this hotel decided to take advantage of parents who simply wanted to see their college student. The same parents who already pay tuition. Classy, right??? $400 a night for a bed, shower, and NO basic amenities.

Very reasonable hotel. TV was broken and fixtures could use some updating. Staff was very nice and hospitable, breakfast was surprisingly good. Nice little pool, we ended up not using it because of the weather. Room was a little small, but perfectly adequate for one night while we were passing through town. Very good value.

Trash cans overflowing outside, parking lot needs repaving. Bathroom, saw mold around sink, ceiling in shower area needs fixing. Morning staff was clearly stressed and showed it with limited interaction. She is the face of the company and feel bad but was not engaging felt like I imposed for a receipt.

Carpets around the elevators were dirty/stained. Towel bar was falling off, no stopper for the tub, thermostat didn’t work, think there was mold on our ceiling, housekeeping didn’t come to our room. Beds and pillows were very comfy. Front desk staff was professional and kind. Didn’t see where we could recycle.

The front desk staff were sweet and helpful but the rooms were literally disgusting. We asked to be switched after the first night due to one rooms a/c not working but the new rooms were just as damp. The carpet felt wet, the towels were stained. There were walls with painting and repairs not complete.

The overall condition was ok, but there is very little maintenance day to day like for example someone spilled what looked like coffee in the hallway and that stayed there the entire two days we stayed at the hotel, something similar happened with the elevator.

We stayed one night at this property and paid over $300. We understood it was a game weekend so prices are typically higher. When my husband and I walked into our room, I immediately saw how nasty the bathroom was. The toilet had a dirty ring around the inside and the shower looked disgusting. We asked for a new room and was met with the same thing but with hair all in the shower, on the toilet, and the floors. We tried cleaning the bathroom ourselves the best we could because there were no other hotels to go to. The shower door wouldn't even stay closed and the water handle was rusting. The bedroom was okay, we still made sure to spray and wipe down everything. We definitely will not book here again.

The bathroom was huge and looks new and the shower was amazing! The room was very spacious and my husband LOVED the bed..it was so big and very comfortable! Everything was extremely clean, which we also loved. Staff was very friendly and had us checked in and out quickly. We will definitely be returning!

The staff was all very kind. The lobby was clean. The room was dingy and dirty. The mini fridge was rusty on the outside and had the previous occupants food still in it. The rooms were very humid. We could hear everything our neighboring rooms were doing. The room to the left of us had an alarm that went off every 5mins starting at 5AM.

Our first room was too hot and the AC was already running at the lowest temperature setting. I asked the front desk for a room with better AC and was given a different one. It seemed slightly better, so we went with it. It never got anywhere near the temperature that the thermostat was set to, but frequently shut off like it had. The shower curtain rod was broken and hangs really low with multiple tears in the curtain. We don’t look for super luxurious rooms, but we want to sleep without sweating and not have things falling apart. We will try a different place next time we are in town.

Our room had a window unit that was controlled on the wall. Overnight at least 1-2 times every hour there was a loud knocking noise coming from the unit. It woke me up constantly while we were trying to dleep during the night.

Really great experience. All of the staff had smiles on their faces, greeted us, interacted warmly with my children and made for a pleasant stay. The lady who checked us in (Thearika) was very nice, offered family suggestions for activities and kept tabs with us over our stay.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. They canceled our reservation without notice because they were overbooked. We showed up late at night and there were no rooms. Only third-party reservations were canceled. Expedia needs to investigate this because I am sure it is not in compliance with the hotels contract.

when we tried to checked in, the room was canceled-there were multiple rooms that canceled-because it’s over booked. There was only one person who was working at the front desk has no access to anything, and can’t do anything. If the reservation was made through third party, it can be canceled anytime without notice.

Excellent. Comfortable. Nice water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was great. Specifically there was eggs, meat, pancakes , French toast and a number of grab and go options. Very pleasant staff. We were especially warmly welcomed by Varie and Lynda. We will come again!

Great customer service by front desk and kitchen services. Ms. Varie Williams, the kitchen manager was so nice, professional, helpful and wanted to know how everthing was and asked if you needed anything else. Great employee, very courteous and friendly.
