They have their lobby clossed down for renovations. Have for over a year. I stay here cause its the cheapest usually. But breakfast? Nope and they arent doing anything to the lobby. Its a sheet over what i guess is the coffee machine. Pool, nope. These people lie about what they offer and have for a year. Again only have stayed here cause its the cheapest

The check in went okay. Once we got to our room though which was supposed to be a non smoker room it smelled like someone had recently smoked in it. Also, advertised was a swimming pool which was not open and also a breakfast buffet. When we went to get breakfast at 8:30am the lobby doors were locked and a bench was blocking the main entrance. Inside the lights were off and their was no breakfast. We also saw live and dead roaches in our room in the dresser drawers and under the dresser. I would definitely not recommend staying here again.

The room I was given was a non smoking but I think I developed emphysema just from walking into the room. The room next to us was open and looked as if they were living there with cats. The replacement room looked as if there had been 40 years of coal miners taking a bath in the bath tub. We couldn’t stay here pictures on line are very deceiving. Also no lobby and no breakfast even though it stated breakfast.

The pictures on the website was very misleading... the pool had grass growing in it, no lobby for coffee of breakfast, the room was smelly and not clean. Will definitely not stay there ever again...

Lobby was closed, had to check in from the outside. No breakfast, pool was closed and hadn't been open in a long time. Mattress was awful. Luckily we brought our own sheets. Luckily the air conditioner worked amazing. Needs a major update. Felt like we were staying in a motel worse than schitts creek.

The advertising was totally f@lse, there was no breakfast. The lobby was closed for renovation for months- see the Y@lp comments! ?!? Sham. The pool looks like it’s been overgrown for three years. Del@te this property from Expedia because it gives a bad reputation. This property does not deserve an Expedia listing.

I would like to say that the property was somewhat under construction the dining area. The rooms do not look like the pictures and the rooms are outdated. In the description it was stated that hot breakfast was available but was not available due to construction of the dining area. I am not sure how this type of information would be shared. I booked the room based on the availability of breakfast, but this was a learning experience.

Super Dirty Hotel would be a better name. Blanket on bed had several cigarette burns, bathroom wall had boogers smeared on it, room smelled like cigarette smoke, popcorn ceiling falling off, and walls / chairs had dried fluid on them. Hotel would not refund my money. Door to bathroom was busted up and couldn't shut properly. GROSS!

The pictures is nothing like the hotel looks. We thought the pool would been open and ir wasnt. Instead it was covered and had plants and grass growing out of it. The outside of the hotel was run down and times it smelled like marijuana. In the room it smelled, the sheets had holes in them and we ended up seeing a small roach on the bathroom door. Overall it was terrible and will never book there again.

Don’t stay here. It’s disgusting. It should be shut down.the room is old and dirty. Saw a roach crawling on the floor. No lobby, pool is closed down. Cigarette butts all outside in front of our room. People cursing and yelling outside of our room.

Horrible stay at the hotel. The toilet was leaking badly.The air didn't work good. Sheets were dirty on the bed.certain stuff in the room wasn't clean. Awful trip and I will never stay there again.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. Burn holes in the sheets and comforter, the entire room smelled of mildew, cracking popcorn ceiling that scattered on the floor and bed, and ROACHES!! More than one, live and not alove, big and small. Also, now looking at reviews, the lobby has been closed since October, and since the lobby is closed, they dont serve breakfast, not that i would have eaten there anyway. Do not under any circumstances stay at this hotel, sleep under a bridge before you put your money into to this establishment

This place was run down. Broken things in the room, outlets didn't work, iron burnt and didn't work, the bathroom was disgusting, and the towel rack was broken. Guest sitting outside their rooms made it feel awkward. The whole building seems like it is about to collapse.

It wasn't clean stains all on the carpet dust build up on lamps and headboards. The toilet was unsafe it wobbled when you sit on it. Their wasn't any batteries in the TV remote I had to buy some. They advertised breakfast and the pool which neither was true. I also came across the window was cracked like someone intentionally left it cracked I felt unsafe after that. If their was rooms available somewhere other than here I wouldn't have stayed here but I had no choice. Their was roaches their was blood on the bathroom switch I have pictures. I would like to put a claim in for my money back please let me know what I need to do

I liked having the TV. I did not like the holes in the blanket, the lack of an Iron, no hangers, no breakfast, even though it was advertised as having breakfast. I did not like the internet because it was always down. The floors were dirty. Like they were never moped. I will never stay at this Super 8 again.

The rooms are in dire need of a significant makeover; the fixtures are coated in rust, telling tales of neglect. Cobwebs cling to the corners, and the carpet desperately cries out for an intensive deep cleaning. The lighting in the room is far from ideal, casting a dim glow that does little to mask the outdated furniture. The hallways suffer from an evident lack of care, urgently requiring a thorough pressure wash, while the decks are cluttered and in dire need of sweeping and tidying. The beds, with their worn-out frames and mattress technology long past its prime, are in desperate need of replacement. On a positive note, the staff here shines brightly amidst the shortcomings. Their professionalism and dedication stand out, providing a glimmer of hope. Unfortunately, the root of the hotel’s issues seems to stem from ownership challenges that have yet to be resolved.

I asked for a non smoking room and when I entered it smelled like an ashtray. The bed was like concrete blocks. It was so old that I could feel the springs in it and it creaked everytime I moved. The walls are so thin you can hear everything above you and on either side. Also they are rentivating the lobby and breakfast area. So if your expecting a quick bite before you check out that's not happening. Which is not mentioned on the website. If your looking for a cheap place to lay your head down for a few hours and grab a shower then this will work otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.

Bed sheets had cigarette burns in them. A/C buttons were smashed in, barely worked. Bathroom fixtures were loose and dint just temperature well. Needs some serious updating.

We were never able to check in because they said they had no knowledge of the reservation. I showed the confirmation but according the manager it didn’t matter. We ended up leaving and driving back 3 hours from where we came and missed seeing our daughter.

There was no remote for the TV. After being given 3 different remotes to try, none of which worked, they sent an employee to try. He could not get any to work either so told me I would get a discount at checkout. At checkout I was told there was no discount. When I went back to where my car was parked near the room to leave, a manager was there questioning the cleaning crew about the remote. The cleaners started yelling at me that there was a remote in the room. I asked them to show me the remote and demonstrate it for me, they refused. They just kept yelling that there was a remote there yesterday. I tried to explain that an employee had tried several remotes, but could not get them to work, but they just kept yelling at me.

They cancelled my reservation while I was on the drive there. They said they called, but no one left a message. I showed up, and they told me they cancelled my 2 rooms. I had to scramble and find another hotel, on a game day, and I paid over double for the same day booking. I EXPECT A FULL REFUND!!

Almost called the police on several occasions due to fighting outside, several people smoking pot until late into the night. Cigarette burns on bedding, place reeked of bleach. Convenient to campus but not worth the risk, I think several vagrants live on property too. Pitbulls outside rooms

Room linens gross, air conditioner smelled foul, the smell of Marijuana from neighboring room was constant, and we witnessed occupants of neighboring room smoking weed around the corner while leaving toddlers and young children in the room multiple times a day for 3 days in a row. The management HAD to have seen what was going on because those people's room was visible to the facilities' security cameras. Felt unsafe.

This property does not look like the pictures. A lot of construction workers stay there and they hung out on the walkways which was scary. Room furniture was old and sticky. Remote was old and did not work properly. Lobby was closed due to renovations but I highly doubt it. Check in was through a glass window. Sign always said manager on break. Do not stay there.

If you're looking for a cheap place to lay your head.... I guess this is it. 2 flat pillows, 2 small towels. They hung 3.wash rags as hand towels. When asked housekeeper for more she said no hablar Espanol l. When I spoke Spanish she walked away. Bring your own pillows, towels, blankets to this place. Only good thing was the toilet paper. I get hotels are expensive during college games but dang man come on. At 2 am I went to my car and 3 youths started asking me for money to go to the store.

I have NEVER been so digusted in my life to the point where i checked in and checked right back out ! Front desk employees were disrespectful, the rooms were very dirty, the traffic was so loud from the cars and the people "living" there walking back and forth. There was a big gap between the door to hear and see everything. Just pay a little extra and go somewhere cleaner and safer !

When I paid for my room it was stated that Breakfast was provided. No breakfast, no coffee and lobby was closed I dad to speak to person at check in from outside. The road noise was ver difficult to hear.
