The room had a smell and outdated. The room was not clean. Air conditioning was hot during the night.

Cockroach’s, bathroom not clean, Wi-Fi was a joke, pool was nasty, mold, property looked NOTHING like pictures online, complimentary breakfast was laughable, coffee was a day old, waffle batter was terrible , many other guests were complaining.

Just dont do it!! We stayed there for our daughters' graduation from college. The first room given to us was absolutely disgusting. The floors were dirty. There was trash laying around the room. There were stains on the bedspreads. There was poop on the tiolet seat. There was some type of spill on the side of the shower. I went to the front desk and asked for another room. The second room was slightly better but not much. It still had a dirty floor. There was no phone in the room at all. There were stains on the bedding. There was no hot water for showers, which we didn't find out about till the morning, not to mention no wifi and some of the other amenities the website boasts of but are nonexistant when you get there. I went to the front desk to ask for a partial refund and was told she would have to call the manager. A few minutes later, the clerk comes back and says sorry we can't refund any of your money. The room was 240.00. This was absolutely the worst place i have stayed in my life. The pictures on the website do not depict what you get when you arrive. Please pay more money and go somewhere else I wish i had.

Breakfast was minimal. There was no fresh fruit and they ran out of things every morning and didn't replenish them. My mom had to ask for coffee three times. The AC in the room didn't seem to work properly. We had to keep turning it lower to get it to turn on. There were people smoking outside of their rooms eventhough there are signs saying its 100% smoke free hotel. :⁶

My room was really run down. I had suite, the coach was very old and dirty. the walls were not clean. The bed had stains and the room smelled like someone before smoked pot. AC worked great and the bathroom area was clean.
