No coffee cups by the coffee, but coffee cups in the room and no coffee.You had to go back to your room to get a cup. Exit and entrance doors were not working properly, so you had to go around to the other side of the property. Otherwise everything was okay. No pamphlet in the room to tell you about amenities close by.

Bathroom was littered with dead insects, shower still had the previous tenants used soap. The carpet was dirty and bedspread stained. The side entrance door was filthy and entry looked like it had not been swept or mopped in years. The grounds were a mess . The lawn, what there was of it was dead or filled with dandelions. The flower pots were full of dead flowers, the floor boards were coming up and the breakfast yogurts were 2 weeks out of date. Yikes! Tear the place down!

The room was dirty, the bath had mold or dirt on the weird fixtures on the topside of the rims. The fan vent was obviously filthy with dirt and cobwebs. The bottom of the toilet was gross on the grout and peeling or maybe mold? The bottom foot and a half of the shower curtain was orange. I did not take a shower fearing fungus or who knows what? The worst thing was the spiders that were found in my bed. My husband saw big garden type spiders right outside the window and in the small tree. There were several not small but significantly large spiders right outside the window and in that tree. I figured garden spiders were better than black widows so I stayed. Especially since my husband was a jerk and wouldn’t say anything cause he’s a man😳😣 I will never stay at a Super 8 again. I’ve stayed at them before and I knew what I was getting into but this was the last straw!! Pictures following.

The hotel was the dirtiest we have ever stayed in. The bathroom was completely filthy and disgusting. WE had to clean the bathroom just to use it. There was bugs on the bed, pubic hairs in the bathtub along with dried soap scum ring in the tub. Dried toothpaste in the sink the bathroom floor was black with dried stains. We felt dirty and slept in our street clothes just to try and get some sleep. We would rather sleep in a slaughter house then ever sleep in another super8 hotel, especially this dump in Idaho Falls

This hotel was disgusting. This place was just dirty all over. Heading to our room the carpet in the hallways was stained and dirty. They couldn’t even bother to vacuum that place. When we got to the elevator there were chicken bones on the ground in front of it. Inside the elevator there was trash. Inside the room the bedding had stains on it. Actual food stains. The floor in the bathroom was visibly dirty, The sink has stains we had to wipe it out ourselves. There was not even any toilet paper, I had to call the front desk. We got in very late and booked online so I couldn’t even get a refund. I tried to cancel the room but there was a no refund policy. At breakfast they didn’t have any cups for coffee, No muffins, no Danish, nothing at all. Just a dirty waffle machine sitting there streaming. They should shut this place down. DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS SO DIRTY. After this experience I will no longer be staying at a super 8.

The hallways were disgusting, especially the carpet, and smelled really bad. Our bathroom sink had not been cleaned, had soap residue from the last guest. But don't worry house cleaning took the time to write me a note. I wish she would have spent the time on the sink.

So disappointing! Hair in the bathtub, mold in the toilet, something sticky at the foot of the bed on the floor carpet. Really dirty in the room. The fridge worked to keep my water cold overnight. Honestly, the only plus of our stay. Won’t be staying here again. Desk service number was not helpful at all when I called to share my observation once we checked into the room either.

The staff were nice and so I would like to give this a good review but the hotel itself was really dirty and gross. You had to keep your shoes on in the rooms because the carpet would leave your socks or feet black after just a few minutes. The shower curtain was moldy. The tub looked dirty. A funky musty smell permeated the floor we were on. I'm not sure what it was from. The staff were nice and friendly and helpful.

I’m not one to leave critical reviews but I feel that not doing so this time is a disservice to others. This hotel was filthy, smelled awful, and in serious disrepair. The hall carpets had duct tape holding them together throughout the main floor, and several areas where it was raised and bulging up. None of the floors or stairwells looked like they had been vacuumed. When we reached the room we found issues as well. There was no toilet paper or tissue in the room. Front desk was helpful. Pulled back the sheets to climb in bed, and there was hair everywhere. Obviously the bed had not been changed. Requested clean sheets and front desk was helpful. My daughter went to take a shower and found a heavily moldy shower with a heavily moldy shower curtain. The bottom six inches of the shower curtain was covered in it. These are basic health and cleanliness issues…clean bedding and clean bathroom/shower should be the bare minimum in a hotel. In addition, we discovered multiple cans, bottles, wrappers and trash under both beds and no remote control for the tv. Overall it seems as if NO effort is being made to clean the property. In any way! I can’t comment on the breakfast…based on the grime/debris everywhere else we knew it wouldn’t be a positive experience so we skipped it. Final issue was with a barking dog, either in a room below us or maybe in a car outside our window, into the night. Don’t know if front desk even tried to resolve it, despite requests. Overall bad experience.

The room was not good. There were cobwebs on the ceiling with little bugs stuck in them. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The furniture was not in very good condition. The bed was hard as a rock. The bathroom wasn't very clean and there wasn't any hot water.... will not stay at this location ever again!

The property was much older than I expected. The room was very old and dark, needs an update badly! The entrance I came in to go to my room was dingy and the carpet was way old. The small fridge almost fell out of the cabinet and there weren’t many plugs available. But I just came to stay the night and it worked in a pinch.

Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Walls seem very thin so we heard everything the neighbors were doing. The A/C unit was kinda noisy. Overall it was pretty nice and would stay again.

The location is excellent within walking distance of dining, the river walk and some small shopping. The room could've been cleaner, the furniture was worn, the mattress was hard and uncomfortable.

Our reservation was given away. The front desk didn’t apologize and I was made to feel it was my fault. I was told she could cancel it, refund our money and find somewhere else. This was ten at night. We had to make do with a king size bed for three adults. Our room was dirty with long black hair all over. Our top lock was missing. The general condition of the facility was terrible. Don’t even consider this place.

They did not have our reservations and needed a confirmation number not an itinerary number. The desk person was a rude to several of the clients. He even told one person on the phone he was wasting his time and hung up abruptly. Otherwise the stay was lovely.

Took 5 rooms before we found one that was made up for occupancy, food from last occupant left in microwave. No morning desk clerk. No coffee no breakfast- nothing! Trash cans overflowing. Will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN! We frequently stay at Super 8’s when we travel. Last night’s desk clerk was very helpful and apologetic for the situation.

Staff regularly made themselves unavailable to customers- often had to wait 20+ minutes to check in or out- had to duplicate steps at check in that I had already done online through the same system. A couple times I felt as if I was inconveniencing staff when I needed assistance. Breakfast ran out of items by 8am- and was not restocked. Windows did not have screens, a couple window glass is visibly broken on 1st floor.

We loved how close it was to the Idaho Falls River Trail system - you walk right out the door, cross the road and walk 0.25 mile to the parkway trail! It was close to places to eat....we walked there too. This property was quiet and the pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was very simple - toast/bagel/muffin, yougurt, waffle maker, hard boiled eggs, juice/coffee/tea/milk were the choices. While the pillows were comfortable, the beds were not. I tossed and turned and my husband woke up with a sore back. Our kids didn't seem to sleep well. We also noticed these little nats on top of the bathroom ceiling and the drain in the tub drained too slowly butbwe were happy the shower curtain was clean and it had hot running water. No pool or hot tub, our kids were looking forward to that. :(

They said the property is undergoing renovation, its not a moment too soon. The halls and the room itself was dirty. The parking lot was well lit, but there was a man leaning againt the wall going into the building. It didnt feel safe.

Hotel room was clean looking. Shower curtain was extremely dirty. Hotel offered breakfast but never restocked it. Multiple guests couldnt have breakfast. No staff were even around to ask for assistance. 2nd day our room key stopped working. Went to front desk and all they said was "it happens " which i think is bull. Will not be staying there again

Everything was what I expected, EXCEPT, the breakfast. I arrived at the breakfast area 25 minutes before breakfast was to end. There was some waffle batter on the counter but no batter dispenser so I asked the attendant and she said there were no waffles today. Looking around there was only cold cereal, oatmeal packets, and some apples but no bowls. I asked the lady if that was all they had for breakfast. Her reply was she had a bagel and cream cheese so I said sure. She brought me one bagel. What a diisapointment.

The bed was fairly comfortable. The price was low. The floors were dirty. The back entrance door lock was broken and was not locked. Breakfast foods were not restocked in a timely manner. Staff members were unprofessional, talking loudly on personal cell phone in office back room.

We had a good time. Although I had checked in online including copy of my D/L I had to return to the car to get my car registration. Never had that happen before. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was limited. Out of coffee, batter for waffles, bagels and butter. I felt they needed more help as the staff was multitasking and struggling to cover it all. Trying though!! Overall the stay was good.
