Great experience all around. I arrived late and check in was smooth. Friendly and caring. Hot tub is open 24/7 which is perfect especially if you are traveling through. Breakfast was great. Fresh cooked eggs, fresh pancake machine, all the cold breakfast and cereal options you could ask for. Rooms are very clean. Parking directly out front of your room. I would just say the rooms could be updated other then that

Lovely traditional looking motel directly across from Idaho Falls on the Snake River. Rooms are large and bright. There is a lovely outdoor pool with lovely pool furniture and a very cosy indoor spa (some blinds would help with privacy when in the spa). You can walk along the river on both sides - and see the huge Temple. The breakfast is excellent with homemade banana bread and an omelette station. Overall an excellent propert.

I’ll start with the good. We upgraded our room to have a view, the view was great! The hot tub is huge and amazing! The staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. The bad…the pool was outdoors and not heated which doesn’t make sense for Idaho falls since it’s cold 8 months out of the year. There was no turn down service unless you ask. I was there with my mom and my grandparents. We took this trip because my grandparents are in their 90’s and they grew up there and wanted to visit one more time before they pass. We asked for an ADA room for them and wanted them to have a view of the river and the temple they were married in. They put them in a room with a view, however we had to change their room because they didn’t have an elevator and at 90 years old they can’t walk up stairs like that. So they were put in a smaller room with a view of the parking lot. Really sad about that. The shower was also glass which was scary because my grandpa falls allot and that was dangerous. The rooms online look much different than any other rooms besides the premium upgraded rooms. The pictures were also deceiving because it doesn’t look like the rooms are motel style, with the entry on the outside of the building. After this experience I’ll be staying somewhere else next time.

Great Value Breakfast & omelette bar was wonderful Rooms very clean & bed was very comfortable. Balcony Room was perfect. Grounds were beautiful Nice, clean pool Staff & ownership were the Best! Hotel is in a nice location and centrally located in Idaho Falls, I booked this gym because I had stayed there previously and I liked the gym. This trip the peloton was not working and the walls were so thin I could hear the guests talking next door.

This was amazing. The staff was so friendly, they had bikes, an amazing breakfast, it was quiet. I absolutely loved staying here with my husband. The room was so clean, the shower was wonderful. They watched where we parked amd gave us a room next to our car so we wouldnt have to walk as far!

Overall this was great! We stayed in a suite and it was wonderful!! The only negative was that the floors were dirty. I got out of the shower and walked across the bathroom floor and my feet were almost black on the bottom. Wiped up some water with the towel and clearly very dirty. Maybe because the floors are so dark that this gets missed but that was an issue for me. Everything else was fantastic! I would still recommend this mohel.

Did a last minute overnight stay. We really enjoyed our stay. Loved that the river was right across the street. Went for a nice walk with our kids after a long drive. Room was nice and beds comfy. The breakfast had great options! Would definitely stay there again.

This property was really nice and in such a beautiful location. Right across the street from the falls and looking at the LDS Temple was both such beautiful sites. Everything was good except our room smelled like cigarette smoke. We checked in late and didn’t want to go through the hassle of trading rooms so we didn’t even call the front desk, but it was pretty miserable. But everything else was great.

We had a second floor room, however there was no elevator. Nothing described in the hotel advertisement said there was no elevator. We are old and the stairs were hard on us. We picked the second floor and the river view with a balcony. The room was fine but next time we will ask about elevators. We just assumed in this day and age elevators are standard equipment.

Excellent stay although the hotel is dated it was lovely - the room with a balcony overlooking the river was very nice - the bed was comfortable and the room spacious - staff were extremely friendly & breakfast was good. The area was clean and safe and the walks along the river & falls were stunning. Overall the stay exceeded my expectations and if we ever come back to Idaho Fall would not hesitate in booking the Driftwood Inn again

We were in room 98, which was a spacious suite with 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a kitchen. It had a view of Idaho's famous Falls and was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub downstairs was incredible! I found the front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided an omelet chef to prepare your eggs to order, and the walking path right across the street from the property was scenic and beautiful. The only negatives were that there were no elevators to the 2nd floor (I am mobility-challenged), and there was an odd odor in the hallway (sewer smell). Overall great stay, we wanted to stay another night!

Obviously an older property from the by-gone days of car travel. But the kitsch is part of it's allure. Right across the road from the river and the falls, you can sit on the porch outside your room and take it all in. There's a path along the river that you can walk, take in the scenery, and get your steps in. Big shower, but small sink. There was a mirror outside the bathroom, so you won't have to do the "pas-de-deux" with your wife while you're getting ready for dinner. Breakfast was way better than average, with a couple of nice ladies making custom omelets, fresh muffins, and plenty of other options for you. The hotel was also within walking distance of several eateries, so you can have an extra glass of wine and not worry about having to drive home. The only real issue was with the electrical outlets...they were all old and really loose....had to bend the prongs on the plugs to get them to stay in and connect.

They didn't work with me on the check out time so I ended up having to leave late at night to make it to work the next day since I had nowhere to go for the second half of my shift if I stayed. I was hoping to check out late and work in my room until about 2 but they said I'd have to pay one more FULL DAY since half a day extra really gets you only an additional 30 minutes before check out. My car alarm was going off in the middle of the night and the guy at the front desk was not understanding at all when I didn't wake up immediately the first time he called, and he was rude on the phone. He pounded on my door and did not announce himself as from the property and as a single woman traveling alone, it was scary. The room was clean and the view was lovely. Loved the hot tub, bed, and fitness center.

This place was excellent in every respect. Check in and out was fast with no problems. The hotel itself is super nice and clean. View is great and plenty of places to eat within 5 mins. The real jewel of the place is the staff. They were extremely courteous and helpful in every way. Kudos to Best Western for such a great team there. Thanks much from your friends in Alabama.

Staff was not friendly at all. Room didn't get cleaned one day we were there and the front desk could have cared less, no towels! We had friends staying there and they gave us a couple of their towels. We will never book with them again and we even left a day early..non refundable. We love BW's but not this one.

The location is unbeatable, right along the beautiful Snake River with easy access to walking trails and all the downtown attractions. We especially loved taking advantage of the complimentary bikes, the whole family had a blast cruising along the riverfront paths. It’s such a thoughtful amenity that adds to the experience. The hotel itself is incredibly well maintained, and you can tell the owners are hands-on and genuinely care about the property and their guests. That personal touch makes a real difference. The staff is spectacular! Friendly and accommodating. We left some special equipment behind and they were kind enough to reach out to us for return. The breakfast alone was worth the stay. This is not your typical Best Western. Very very nice!

The Front desk person that processed my check in was unfriendly abrupt. The other assistant answered my questions courteously. The room had an awful smell. I think it could have been a good upgraded room if the carpet had been changed. I think it was a smoking room and then carpet heavily treated with antiodor product. The a/c filters clogged. Very weak coffee in room and at breakfast

The location is great! We had an awesome view of the Snake River and were just across the street from the River Walk loop. A nice walk for the dog and family. Although the Inn is an older building, it is kept clean and tidy, and our room's renovation was very nicely done, especially the roomy walk-in shower with wall jets. We were on the 2nd level and there is no elevator, which wasnt a problem for us. Breakfast was very good. Fresh muffins, biscuits n gravy. We didn't try the omelet bar. Too long of a line. Definitely will return.

One of the better stays I have had. The check in went smoothly and in a friendly manner and had homemade cookies (chocolate chip). The room overlooked the river and river walk. A beautiful area. The breakfast… what can I say… was extraordinary! There was a very pleasant chef cooking eggs to order; scrambled, over easy, omelets… An all around great experience. We will definitely be going back, and will look forward to doing so. A great place.

Room is what you expect, clean, comfortable. Off the main roads, so quiet.Right across the street from the river walk and falls. But best breakfast. Fresh cooked eggs, omelet, scrambled, sunny side up from actual eggs. Pancake robot. Fresh banana bread. Sausage. Biscuits with gravy, country potatoes, etc.

Excellent hotel to stay in whether visiting friends in Idaho Falls or just overnight. The rooms are always clean, the people are friendly and professional. The best part is the breakfast the next day with the omelette bar, plus sausages, hash browns, bagels, biscuits, yogurt, juice etc. to start your day!
