Hands down, this was the worst hotel experience I've had in a long, long time! My advice - run! Spend a few extra dollars and stay somewhere that won't have a dirty plunger in a plastic bag riding in the elevator (no joke!). The ice at breakfast was a small counter top ice maker you would buy for your home in Amazon. Needless to say, 3 ppl got ice in their juice. Our room was just so dirty. If we were to have taken a screw driver and run in between the tiles on the bathroom floor, the amount of dirt and grime that would come up would be sickening! I honestly believe the photos on their site are from when the hotel opened how ever long ago - and I seriously don't think there has been any repair or maintenance dove since. And the cleaning? Same. Everything we looked at and touched needed to be cleaned. We will never stay at this chain again.

I reserved this property because I had called and asked if the pool and hot tub was working. They said they were. They were " working i guess but no heat and half the flooring was pulled up, windows were disgusting and we had to beg for towels for the pool and the room....the original room i had had flickering lights and exposed outlets.
