Quick easy check in , lots of fast food just across the parking lot. EXCELLENT coffee machine in the lobby. Seemed like a quiet safe area, hotel was clean. Only con was the beds and pillows were not comfortable at all and the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke .

This was one of the worst places I have stayed and I'm not picky. The bed was horrible. Felt like i was laying on an old box sorting with no mattress. Flat dead pillows. The AC was so loud it felt like a jackhammer running next to your head all night. Don't stay at this place. No staff to deal with issues. They use a kiosk connection to remote staff. Horrible.

The check-in process was done remotely by a lovely, young lady who was a bit difficult to understand. The process was cumbersome and slow. The hot water did not work in our Room 130. After some more cumbersome conversation, we were moved to another room, 208, which had hot water. Unfortunately, changing rooms was awful. But we were happy that the problem was resolved. With NO staff on property, that, too was handled remotely! Both rooms were clean, the motel was clean. For the price, and now knowing how remote check-in works, I would stay here again. But, bring your patience and your kindness, as it is a process.
