The WIFI did not work in my room, I had to go out and sit at the check in area to get WIFI. Upgrade your WIFI system. The ice machine was out of order, really, how hard is it to get a service person out to fix it? The young woman at the check in desk was very helpful in getting my WIFI to work, but only at the check in desk area.

Checking in was inconvenient and impersonal as I was talking with someone from who knows where via a screen. The door to the outside of the property just a few rooms down the hall from ours is unlocked 24hrs a day apparently because the key card Reader is broken so it was disabled. The door leads out to a sketchy, dark back area and dwfinely compromises safety anyone able to walk on off the street at any time of the day or night.

This place meets the expectation for the price. Very affordable, pool was great, and heated, and the customer service was incredible. We did dislike that the side doors to get in do not lock/require your key card, so anyone can just walk in. We also smelled marijauna in the hallway while walking to our room. The beds are smaller than they look in photos, and very hard. If you aren't picky, and looking for a good price, book here. Again, I cannot stress enough how great the staff was. Very friendly, and understanding when we chose to leave and book another hotel.

Obviously newly redone. Mattresses could have been better. Very clean. Staff smoked just outside office and we were greeted with smoke entering the office. There isn’t a lot of parking. Lots of restaurants nearby. Quick access to interstate.

We had asked for a handicaped room. The bathroom was filthy, the sink was dirty with hair in the sink. The bathroom floor was disgusting. The website advertised free complimentary breakfast but when I had asked a staff member what time the breakfast' she said that it was no longer offered. Overall we had a bad experience at this Econo lodge and would not recommend it to my friends.

The room was not clean bathroom,shower definitely needed attention, the live in on site management was not a pleasant person,staff was rude and house keeping made me leave my room for 45 minutes to clean.will not recommend to anyone to stay there and i will never stay again at another econo lodge.

Staying here wasn’t bad, but the smell inside was bad. Throughout the night, it smelt bad of weed and cigarette smoke throughout the building and the room I was staying in. was staying in a non smoking section and room. It was in bad condition as well. Hair all over the walls and floor of the bathroom.

My room had been remodeled, which was nice, but the room wasn't as clean as I expect. The table still had stuff/food on it, there was hair in the bottom of the shower and under the sink. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. Even my 10 year old said something about how uncomfortable the bed was. Front desk was quick at check in and helpful with a key that didn't work.

My room reeked of Dog urine, not just in the room itself, but especially in the bathroom, and even in the shower. You could tell the bathroom had not been cleaned or mopped properly in a very long time. I was disgusted by the room.

Check-in was a little rocky for the 2 guests ahead of me as check-in was being done via a kiosk. When it was my turn, I got a "live person" to talk to snd it went quite smooth. The motel is being remodeled so there were a few inconveniences that I believe will be remedied once construction is complete. No rooms were available on the ground floor due to the construction. No coffee was available when I checked out the next morning. My room was great! Comfy bed. There was a fridge, wifi, and a nice TV. The bathroom was nice. Very clean. Shower only. No tub. The AC worked great. Nice hardwood floors. Even with the inconveniences, I would stay there again. I had no trouble finding the hotel and getting to my room.

It is econo , no room coffee, slow internet, no breakfast, Tv didn't work well with no channel guide. Come prepared for a clean basic room with a soft bed.

They have changed the method for the $40 deposit. It used to just have your card on file and now they're taking $40. I have yet to receive my $40 back. Expect to do so soon otherwise things will turn bad.

This property has decided to use a virtual check-in service which essentially employs an overseas call center. This was the worst experience I have ever had checking into a hotel. The background noise in the call center was ridiculous, and what should’ve been a five minute check-in process turned into at least half an hour. Same with checking out. Two seconds turned into over 10 minutes. I don’t understand why would be that difficult to just staff a person, a real actual Person rather than go through this route. I would even overlook the fact that the property is clearly experiencing some construction/damage on the exterior if it wasn’t for that check-in service issue

It was extremely frustrating to check-in. There is no front desk person; you have to check-in with a woman on a small screen who struggles to speak clear English. I was issued a key to my room, and after driving around the building, parking, and carrying my bags in, the key didn't work. I went back to stand in line to get another key. The second key didn't work. When I went back the third time, there were several disgruntled customers with the check-in process. It was a bit of a nightmare.

Check in was a nightmare, it was vitrual. Hard to understand anything she said. Child playing in the background, ignored me when i asked her questions, justvkept reading off a script like i wasn't even there. It was 2:00 in the morning, i was trying to explain to her i had a camper i was towi g with my truck needed a place to park. She told me to wait till morning till a real person was there, i explained we were here to sleep NOW and leaving in the morning. So her reply was look at the map witch doesn't even show parking. I was tired she doesn't english or the hotel business. I asked if the roomes were right next to each other. THEY WERE NOT!! The dirt behind my toilet must be a mounth worth. Disgusting!! Like its never been washe. Dirt towel, stained and crunchy hard in the other room. All and all i really don't have one good thing to say about this experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I should wouldn't go back on my next trip.

Little worried about the level of clientele. There was a Spanish man waiting for me to open the back door and he held the door open for what purpose I do not know. I called the office and told him to keep an eye on the cameras.

Cheap and by the highway. But it was clean and close to several food options, gas stations and grocery stores. Bed was tooo soft, and i like them soft. Area is a little sketchy. Lock everything up or better bring it all in.

I had not stayed at an Econo-lodge property for years. I was pleasantly surprised by the room features. Quiet, convenient, and easy to get in and out of. Fast food a one-minutes walk away. I prefer rooms without carpeting, simple amenities, and reasonable prices. I would stay again.

False advertisement. The hotel is advertised as having a breakfast and a pool. When I asked about breakfast, they said "we usually have danishes, but we ran out, so there is some coffee." Coffee is not breakfast, danishes alone barely qualify as breakfast. But if you run out of danishes, go buy more danishes!! We also planned to swim in the pool, but the pool was closed for the season. We booked the hotel for May 30-Jun 2.

The property looks old on the outside, but the room had been redone. The room was very small, but clean. Unfortunately the TV was not working because of satellite issues which is not their fault. The only disappointment was no breakfast except coffee which doesn’t do much for non-coffee drinkers or those with kids. It should not be advertised if it doesn’t exist since breakfast is what I shop for when finding a hotel.

The property was older, but the young lady at the front desk was very nice. They advertised a breakfast, but breakfast consisted of some fruit and granola bars. Kind of disappointing. Other than that the rooms were clean and the staff was accommodating.

Room was clean. Shower was a little awkward because of size and placement of shower head. But my biggest complaint is that there was no breakfast although the website states there is. We reserved there on that information and then had had to make last minute adjustments and pay for breakfast elsewhere making our departure late.
