It was being renovated and no one told us beforehand. Limited breakfast and they were out of a lot of things. I would have stayed somewhere else had i known. No gymn, laundry, etc.

Very disappointed!! Pool wasn't fixed the day after I checked in.The front desk told me the next day would be fixed. So my kids waited for next day. They changed the story and said the pool won't be fixed till next week... I wish she was honest first place, so I can go different hotel with pool that is AVAILABLE especially I have 5 kids were looking forward to swim since we don't travel very often at all.

Our stay was great but it would have been nice to know that the pool heater was not working. The hot tub was warm but the jets were not working. Couldnt use the ice machine on our floor because it waa broken. Just seemed like one thing after another was broken or not working.

The location and staff were great. It is not a very quiet place. The door salm shut and you can hear other going in and out of their rooms. The bathroom did not have a fan to help drown oit noise or help with the steam. The pool was okay but the temperature was cold and the hot tib was not hot.

A unique and welcome part about this property was the fact that the pool is open 24 hours a day. That made my 7 year old very happy! The breakfast was comprehensive and delicious, even pleasing a very picky young boy. Our first day there, the hot tub seemed to be malfunctioning - it was cool, overfull, and the jets were weak. The second day, however, it seemed to be functioning perfectly. So whatever maintenance or repairs took place on it during that time worked well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book a room there again.

This was our last night away heading home. Our 8 year old daughter was looking forward to going swimming and sitting in the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were out of order. She was very upset.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Idaho Falls/Ammon. My husband and I visit the area frequently and have tried almost every hotel in town. We will continue to stay here in this one in the future. The employees were professional, happy, and had a sense of humor. The place is clean clean clean and updated nicely. Did I mention it was CLEAN?! Very clean! Housekeeping cleaned our room every single day. They changed out the pillowcases, made the bed, and got us fresh towels. At the last 10 hotels we have stayed with the housekeeping never cleaned our room for us during our stay one time. The free breakfast was decent but not great. We were visiting family in town so this wasnt a big deal for us because we went out to eat.

Nice express hotel. The only concern is the sound isolation of the building is not good. You can hear the sound of walking in hallway and upper floor unit, and especially the shower next to your room.

I was in room 235. It’s a corner with two sets of windows. The room is updated and spacious. There were also blackout blinds to keep out the light and the cold weather. The staff were also very nice and helpful. Shuttle service was amazing as well. Chris was a good listener.

Check-In was supposed to be at 3 p.m. Showed up around 2:40 and were told we needed to wait until three p.m. which was fully understandable. Went to the store and returned at 3:10 p.m. and were told our room was not ready. They said it would be about 1/2 hour. We returned again at 3:45, and the room was still not ready. We did not check in until after 4:00 p.m.

Great hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. Loved the cookies at check in and we enjoyed the nice sized pool. The only complaint is that we came to breakfast at 9:40 ( breakfast ended at 10). There were only scraps of eggs, no potatoes and I had to ask for cinnamon rolls (which is the #1 reason we stay at HIE) and then ask for the rolls to be heated up. Everything else was great.

When I arrived, Martha checked me in. She was very courteous and offered great service. The room was clean and welcoming, and the bed was cozy. For breakfast there was a lot of options and the hot breakfast was good all of the staff was friendly and I love the 24hr coffee bar.
