No clicking the room, not a big deal but strange. The beds were the hardest bed iv ever slept on! Very disappointed.

The room was clean. The front desk service was excellent. The breakfast staff were very cordial, and the service was very good. And a special shout-out to Raya—she was very kind, courteous, and helpful with everything we needed. Without a doubt, this will be our hotel when we return.

It was fine. No issues. There for quick overnight to fly out of Midway. We have stayed here before. Nice hotel. Friendly. Clean

Some of the staff was great but it’s always one that has to have an attitude like they don’t like the job. Housekeeping needs to do better at cleaning rooms. There was garbage still in the room from previous guest. Pool very small and had way too much chlorine for anyone to swim.
