Very outdated. The pool is not that big and it was super cloudy, you couldn’t even see the bottom of the 3 ft area. The area around the pool is very unsafe due to being super slippery. My 4 yr old was just walking on the flooring and slipped 2 times. The outside area was ok. But chairs by the fire place could use a cleaning and the fire pit has not been working for awhile.

The Courtyard was under construction during our stay. It was not a good time. We were not aware of tthe construction when we booked our trip so it was quite shocking when we arrived to find no restaurant, no downstairs bathroom and paster and plastic covering everything.

Overall, it is OK to stay here. What I like is easy parking, even for oversize vehicle. However, no much service and facilities. Internet was down due to technical issue. It takes long to downtown.

Was given a room that was not cleaned after waiting 4 hours for it! Was told there was no rooms available for early check in, so we had someone else to call .. surprising there were rooms available, Pool water was murky we couldn’t see the bottom of the pool, we could smell loudly the essence of chlorine!

Airport shuttle and check in were easy. My flight got in after midnight, and several airport hotels do not offer check in after midnight. I'm glad I found this hotel! Would stay again.

This was clean and quiet. There is a TGIFridays attached which is ok. I was told that the shuttle runs 24 hours and every 20 minutes. But this was not true. It was running every 30 minutes, so I missed my shuttle. I had time, but if I had been cutting it closer, this really would have affected my travel.

So dirty, I got allergies I've never experienced before. No hot breakfast. One elevator works out of two. Stinky toilets on the first floor spreading smell all over the place. Second worst hotel in the USA.

The room was not the best or the cleanest. They need to make some major updates and one of the elevators looks unsafe. They do offer the cheapest deposit for cars but you definitely get what you pay for

I was surprised to see that I was charged for parking. There was hair on bathroom towel. A yellow stain on sink towel. Lamp shades were damaged and cracked. One of the drapes was hanging off rod. There was a piece of twiks candy on the floor by the foot of bed. It certainly didn’t feel like I booked a room at the Marriott. It certainly wasn’t worth the price I paid. I forgot to mention the smell of smoke outside my room

Overall, very disappointed for the price. The lobby is updated however, the room was clearly not. Stains on the carpet, hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor, and my son was poked by a fingernail he found as soon as he laid down in the bed. We will not be returning.

The doors slamming at early hours of the morning was irritating, waking me up. There is no breakfast items provided. I had to pay for 2 boiled eggs. The woman at the front desk was very kind getting the shuttle driver to come back and pick me up.

The check in was great. Staff was very nice. Cleaning lady did not speak English well but she was very nice. Rooms were ok. Carpets in room either need to be cleaned or replaced. There were stains all over the carpet. The television that sits on the dresser needs to sit up higher because when you are lying in the bed it’s very uncomfortable trying to look at it. Suggestion, upon arrival and checking in, we should be reminded to request room service

The area where this hotel is is very nice, great for the airport useage. And very quiet. My only complaint is that they have double sized beds. They should upgrade to queen size. It was something that i overlooked.

To start our rooms weren't ready until 4pm. No breakfast amenities. In my room we requested to not have feathered pillows because of allergies. We STILL had feathered pillows and had to go down and ask for new ones. They didn’t have room service clean our room. We never put the do not disturb sign up so they could clean but still didn’t. The elevators broke down and my mom has a disability where she walks with a cane. We were on the 5th floor!!! They couldn't even accommodate. So we took a minute to get her up all those stairs. Then after i got her in the room. I look at the elevators and someone's hand comes out of it and takes the sign off the wall. Like did they fix it already and forgot to take the signs off or did they not even fix it but since it was causing alot of complaints with guests they just took it down. Then in my moms room the bathroom light went out and they never came to replace it. Then when it was time to check out, the automatic door at the entrance wouldnt open all the way. Just terrible, worst stay that ive had.

When I arrived to check in the woman at the front desk took about 30 minutes to come to the counter. She was in the back room talking. Additionally once I got to my room there was hair on the bed and there was no hand soap in the bathroom.

The receptionist was terrible on replying for room change request. One receptionist was looking for any available options while the other one stopped and started saying there are no options, all rooms are booked or being cleaned even without looking in the system. When I asked what if we can change the room later. She said you can’t once you check in to this room. We were left with no choice to stay in the room. Very unwelcoming reception.

When checking in I requested a 2:30am wakeup call, it never happened. My flight from Midway to Atlanta was departing at 6:00am and I needed the additional time. None the less it put me in a position that I was trying to avoid. Now it becomes a rushing event to get to the airport parking garage, catch a bus to the terminal, wait for a wheelchair to come and assist. It's not the way I wanted to start the holiday off.

My flight was early (before noon), and I know check in is at 1500. But, the receptionist wouldn't even check to see if a room was available, or check my Marriott status. An hour later, (still before noon), a busload of flight attendants arrived and were all immediately given rooms by the same receptionist, as was another customer who just walked in behind them. It was only then, that I was given a room (because I stood in line behind the just-arrived customer), even though I had been sitting in the lobby the whole time before anyone else showed up.

In a gated enclave of chain hotels and restaurants right by Midway. Good for one night. Parking cost ridiculous, but this is Chicago. Still, it wasn’t in limited supply so they shouldn’t charge so much.

Upon entering the hotel, the staff member was helpful and informative making check-in a breeze! The convenience of the location was great- close to restaurants, the expressway and the Midway airport make this hotel very accessible. Our family of 4 felt safe while staying at the Courtyard and even though we're close to the airport, I never heard a plane flying overhead, so we were able to rest easily. Checkout was also quick. We'd definitely stay here again!

Would definitely stay here. While the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, what really stands out is the AWESOME hotel staff. They were so helpful and had such a positive energy. Breakfast at the bistro was expensive, but it was tasty.
