The staff was excellent and so hospitable and kind. The only down side was the online reference said bot an inside and outside pool. The inside pool was very clean and nice but not heated so it was too cold for spending much time in. That was disappointing. Everything else was top-notch!!!

Really nice property near Midway Airport. We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Wintrust Sports Complex. The location was perfect…literally 5 minutes away. This hotel is clean and modern. Plenty of dining options and ample free parking.

The exceptional service began as soon as I walked through the sliding glass doors. I was promptly greeted with smiles and a hello. The staff checked me in, reconfirmed my request for a top floor room and for a late check out. The bar/restaurant is small, but the seating is comfortable! Each evening I had 5 star service from the restaurant team. I’d like to give kudos to Ms. Dana and her FABULOUS margaritas! :) My room was warm and clean. Great bed and pillows. Thank you for a wonderful few nights.

I liked the location, i didn't like that one elevator was down and never fixed. I didn't like there was hardly any staff at the front desk, many times the drsk was unattended. I also didn't like there wasn't a stove top to cook food yet there was a full cabinet of dishes. I didn't like the pre packaged breakfast, it was not fresh eggs.

Everything was fine and loved that we had a microwave so we didnt have to purchase food but the room could have been a little cleaner. They didnt clean out the mini fridge so it had other people foods in it and im not sure it even worked cause it felt warm..

Convenient stay. Free parking. Huge lot with plenty of restaurants and stores surrounding. Understaffed so there will be a wait sometimes. The room was not in the best condition. Rust and possible mold in the bathroom. Had a stain on the sheet but got changed. Comfortable beds/pillows. Didn’t hear other rooms. Driving in and out is easy. Just beware traffic will occur at any time of the day. Not super walkable due to the busy roads/traffic. If you are on a budget, it will be sufficient, but if you are looking for a nice place on a budget, choose a hyatt instead

Our stay was good it could have been better. Upon check in they asked if I wanted my room cleaned the next day and I said yes. No one came and I didn't get clean towels until I requested them. Overall I would stay again. Another issue was there was hair in the tub which indicates that the housekeeper didn't clean well enough. Also, I had to ask for cookies(lol) not a big deal.

Two big issues about the room. There were no proper blinds in the room and when the room is facing the parking lot the room is lit up at night making it hard to sleep. Secondly I got in late and did get a chance to look properly at the bathroom as I was exhausted. Upon waking up I found the bathroom counter full of what looked like cut nostril hair from the previous guest(s) and that's absolutely disgusting.

Everything was great except the small bedside table lamp had a pull chain that didn’t work by the first bed. The light bulb had been unscrewed to turn it off. A minor inconvenience. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous!

The room insulation is amazing. Room next door was celebrating something very loudly and we didn't even know it. Super convenient to midway for making those too-early-to-function flights or a safe haven after a red-eye.

It had a broken air conditioning door panel and the inside was visible and looked extremely dirty . Electrical outlet was pushed in . And had no body wash . Super disappointed.

We had the night from hell. We missed our SW 8pm flight because they changed it to 9:47pm, so we went to eat. SW flew out at 8:10pm. All the hotels had motorcycles coming in all night long and the music from the bar downstairs never shut off. Loud loud loud all night, so no sleep and had an early morning flight.

Coming towards the end of my different night, different city road trip, I enjoyed my stay at Double Tree Hilton in Chicago. The staff was very helpful & friendly during my stay. Check-in was simple & Marlene was exceptional during my check-out the next morning after sleeping past my alarm & needing a bit more time to check-out.

First night I stayed at this hotel was good that’s why I gave high score. However I extended my stay housekeeper manager was working at the front desk she checked me out and back into the same room around 8:30am. She did not let the housekeeper know I was a stay over all of my belongings I was told was thrown away by the housekeeper that cleaned the room. A call was placed to the front desk the same housekeeping manager came up apologized however stated the housekeeper did not take my items. The housekeeper that cleaned the room before the manager came up to talk to me she gave me some of my items back after she told me they were thrown away. Horrible staff will not be staying at this property again. I work in hospitality as well for 24 yrs I know items go to lost and found not thrown away. On top of all of that construction was going on a not was placed in the room saying about the noise between the hours 9am to 12pm. This went on well after 6pm.

I flew in from Chicago O’Hare so I had to catch a Uber to the place. They didn’t have a shuttle for that far out. The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable and I was just there for a two nights day.

My Mom and I enjoyed our stay at this resort. The staff was helpful and very accommodating. It was conviently located close to the airport, some restaurants and a few shopping malls/centers. It helped as well that the site had its own restaurant. It was awesome that once we got in at the hotel after a long and tiresome flight, we were sorted out quickly and were greeted with some Chocolate-chip and walnut cookies. (I wish that I had obtained a tin of those cookies prior to leaving as they were delicious). The stay included breakfast so we had a choice of the buffet or the menu options. It was nice and the menu options were cooked to order which were fresh. However, they may want to switch up the buffet options every once in a while as the choices were the same throughout our stay. The restaurant staff was also helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room and the amenities were just as described on the site. We met the room quite clean and everything was in working order. We found the surroundings and the room to be very safe. Housekeeping staff was great and helpful with whatever we needed. Overall, kudos to all.
