Hotel is clean, well kept. Appears a bit worn and due for refreshing. Bed is comfortable. Free breakfast was sufficient. In-room microwave and refrigerator, fitness center and indoor pool are nice amenities. Parking fees were a surprise as other hotels in the same complex do not charge overnight parking fee.

The hotel was for the most part comfortable. It was a bit noisy for my senses though. I had a 5th floor room and there was a constant hum from machinery operating within the hotel. Also there was "Parking Available" so bring $24.00 per night to pay per night in the giant outdoor parking lot. Hotels.com should say that there is a per night charge for parking especially if the hotel is in an area where parking elsewhere is a problem.

Great facilities. The quality breakfast, coffee, and 24 hour fitness center were very unexpected but much appreciated before a morning flight. Service was very friendly and accommodating and the airport shuttle is as efficient and timely as advertised.

Poor housekeeping, there is no house keeping if you don’t request in advance, within 12 hrs. Also there was a strong smell in hallway outside the room, someone smoking mariguana, we all had a headache in the room. Same room was very noisy all night long, a lot of visitors knocking the neighbors door.

BathRoom wasn’t very clean. Beds were only full size. Staff wasn’t friendly. They acted like we were bothering them anytime we asked a question. Breakfast was mediocre. Had to pay nearly $25 for parking after spending $170 on a room. Definitely expected nicer accommodations at that price point. Would not stay again.

Customer Service was great. Hotel was obvious old and could use a little love. Cleanliness was not great. Small splatters on wall next to sink, brown smudge on wall next to toilet, gross smudge comforter, like someone wiped makeup.

It was a peaceful stay for me and my girlfriend. I guess we could of used a bigger television in room and more movie channels on television the sports channels were fine because i love sports but not too many movie channels which had sucked for us but overall it was not a bad stay .

As per your website it was mentioned that the rooms had Queen bed. Based on that I had booked the stay. When i checked in, there were only 2 twin beds. I tooknup rhis mater with the hotel and was told that they cannot take responsibility of what is shown in Expedia's site. I feel i was misinformed by you. Could not sleep well as there were 4 members sharing 2 twin beds.

The location is extremely convenient, especially for an early flight out of Midway. The shuttle runs frequently and was reliable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the beds and pillows were really comfortable, clean, and fresh. That said, the room itself felt quite worn, with dated furnishings and noticeable stains on the carpet. My biggest issue wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but the thin walls made it hard to sleep, as the guests above and next door were loud and inconsiderate (yelling/banging) well past midnight.

I came in late and stayed 1 night so i could meet my daughter the next morning to help with the grandkids on an early flight out. My room, was directly above the pool on the 2nd floor, room 219. The entire room was covered in moisture, enough that the beef was damp, the carpet had enough moisture that the bottom of my jeans were also wet, abs the tile in the bathroom was slick after having walked on moist carpet. As late as it was when i arrived, and as early as i needed to leave, i didn't alert anyone, but it was a problem enough that i wouldn't stay there again.

only stayed for a couple hours before our flight. the hotel shuttle is every 20 minutes so we did end up having to uber but it was still close to the airport where we didn’t mind that much. room was clean, air conditioner was loud tho

Unfortunately this hotel carries the Marriott logo. I booked the hotel on the way to the hotel for two nights, and when we arrived at the hotel late at night. We received the room quickly and went to sleep. In the morning it turned out that the room had no iron, no light in the sink, the bathtub drain was blocked, and no service, not even a bottle of water. Although the room price is equivalent to a high level of service. I mean that our situation was exploited by arriving late and we received the worst room. This means that the hotel management and its dealings with customers and the hotel does not have the right to carry the brilliant Marriott logo

First of all the customer service was very rude second of all she wouldn't let me check in to my room after pay 186 dollars and third of all when I got in the room it smelled like smoke which I wasn't to much concerned about it because I'm a smoker myself but I know to go outside,and Fourth of all I don't think I will be ever coming back here.

Convenient to the airport with free shuttle service. The kitchen staff made a rude comment about me and I overheard her. I guess the breakfast hours were over but I grabbed a yogurt. She said ,"I don't know what they don't understand about the area being closed." I was the only one there at the time. The desk staff and the cleaning staff were very kind and attentive and very helpful to me.

Our first time staying at this location. And we loved it. The staff were great. Nicole, sorry if your name isn’t spelled correctly, she checked us in and was very polite and was a great big help. Also the housekeeper on our floor was passing by and I was having a hard time with fixing the temperature of the room and she called someone like she said she would and got them to come and adjust it for us while I went to the pool to relax. Came back to a cozy warm room. Thank you so much for that!! Really appreciate the nice conversation as well with the other house keeper downstairs cleaning the area by the coffee. Over all great staff. Hope to come back very soon. Loved it.

Great option if you want to visit Chicago on a budget. Hotel room was very clean and spacious. Free breakfast was good but lacking protein options other than eggs. Free shuttle to Midway and you can take the L into the city. We ended up driving to Pulaski Station (5 mins away) and taking the L from there. Surrounded by lots of chain restaurants and Walmart/Target/Aldi/TJ Maxx/Ross/Dollar Tree

Quiet, clean hotel with friendly staff. There are a few restaurants within a block or so, but otherwise the area is not walkable, you either need a car/ride, or you are just spending a night before a flight from Midway

Station is like a 3min bus/shuttle ride, once there, you should be able to connect anywhere using the Metro/Trains); maybe 20-minute drive/uber.

The employee that checked us in was very nice. The room was clean. But we were sitting at breakfast and right at 9am, they start to take it down. Two younger girls came down and were told it was closed. Even though there was food (omelettes and sausage) sitting there and we LITERALLY saw the emplpyee throw it away. Not sure why the hotel would rather throw food away than please the guests. Very rude.

We stayed here one night after our flight got canceled. It was convenient to the airport, easy to check in and gave us toothbrushes, toothpaste, a comb and lotion since we had nothing with us. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was a great start to begin our next airport adventure. Recommended.
