business trip. Great wifi and convenient shuttle to the airport. This was super useful as the rental car facility was out of cars and I had to return in the morning.

I was in town for a Cubs game and flew in and out from Midway. Perfect for that. The airport shuttle system is great and quick. But it is also right across the street from Lou Malnotti's pizze. So I bought four pizzas and put them in a cooler to fly home. The staff helped me store it in a refrigerated area, to keep them cool. They didn't have to. But thank you thank you!

Airport shuttle was easy.

Loved the proximity, and airport shuttle, to the airport. The staff was friendly, breakfast perfect, and the bed comfortable.

Right next to the airport with shuttle services timing every 15 minutes. Clean, convenient, and friendly staff. Breakfast is hot and fresh every morning. We were pleased with our stay.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttle to/from the airport runs every 20 minutes. Room was clean. Breakfast was good, especially for a hotel breakfast.

Hotel was very clean, room a good size. Only negative was having to pay to park and there was not enough parking. Had to park at hotel next door. Breakfast was good, they had a hard time keeping it stocked because it was very busy. Overall great stay!

Parking was not free, it is around $31.00 a day. When you book this hotel it advertise free parking. I didn’t have to pay because I presented the advertisement to the hotel manager. If you book this hotel check to see if it’s still advertising free parking.

Comfortable no frills place to stay near the airport. They also have a free shuttle service. I’d stay here again if I had an early flight.

staff was great and beds were comfortable, but there were several other issues with the room/accomodations: 1. room was very cold, had set to 78, and felt like 67. 2. poor insulation, very easy to hear staff/guests 3. dirt on white comforter 4. dirty/used washcloth in the shower 5. broken shower curtain, dragging into the tub and under your feet. 6. sink was clogged, very slow to drain

I've stayed in quite a few Holiday Inn-branded hotels, and have usually had a good experience. This hotel was a major exception. The good news is that the staff at this location is really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the facilities are in rough shape. The bathroom in my room was moldy, a fact that was not only visible, but also smellable. I had to keep the door to the bathroom completely shut so that the entire room didn't smell of mold. The water out of the shower also smelled of sulfur (this is a common problem in Chicago during the summer, but it's extremely off-putting in a hotel situation, especially when combined with the pervasive smell of mold in the room.) Walls in the building are incredibly thin, and I could hear EVERYTHING happening in the room next door to me, even though my neighbor wasn't being particularly loud. Climate control in the room routinely shut itself off and had to be reset. For a trip to Chicago during peak tourist season, this was one of the cheaper options out there. Even so, I can't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were polite and friendly and the accommodation looked very clean however I hI ended up with bed bugs all over me. They changed my room but that was it. I will never stay at another Holiday Inn.

Dirty Dirty! Bathroom sink was leaking, toilet broke second day (someone fixed it), contact lenses were in the bathroom and tons of hair from previous folks who used the room. I stayed in room 215. Walls are thin you can hear people talking next door in normal voice. Will not recommend.

Super clean !

The stay was good, but the fridge was dirty, the toilet, tub and sink was dirty….. I bring my own cleaning stuff, and so I cleaned it my self…

My room on the 4th floor had bedbugs.

My room had a odor coming out of the sink the shower wasn’t clean had hair in it and mold on the shower wall I had to go to the store to purchase my own cleaning supplies and clean my room to make myself comfortable.

The shower still had someone else's pubic hair all around the shower and soap holder. Thanks.

Staff was great, checked us in early. But our room had a really strong smell of Marijuana so that was offputting walking into that frankly.

This property would be perfect with blinds that were thicker. Staff was wonderful.

Well located, had a nice view facing the airport, which wasn’t loud at all, but nice to see!

Loved the location for food. Although you could hear the airplanes, the noise level was doable. However, i really wish there was better sound proofing for the rooms. You could hear EVERYTHING! 😫

Staff was courteous and helpful. Fitness center had Cheese it crumbs on floor and clearly had been there for more than the morning. Lots of people here and walls are thin. No one walking around hotel to quite people down after 1100pm Housekeeping did not clean our room and no service when we got back from a day on the town. Staff was nice enough to bring towels. First time at this property and would advise staying elsewhere

The staff and location are great. We will stay here again. The only issue was the AC unit. The cover seemed to come loose and caused a rattling noise throughout the night. We were already sleeping and too tired to change rooms but would have requested a change if we knew about it earlier.

I thought this was a very comfortable hotel with a well appointed room but the constant toilet plumbing flush sound in my room 425 was terrible . I would not stay here again because of this . I had a 5 am start and I am a wreck I was woken through out the night . The shuttle to the aitrport is first rate . The front desk service was good and my bed and linen were top quality. Thanks

Bathtub chipped, slippery and to small. Bathroom could use a facelift. Bed was great! Refrigerator in our room did not work. Staff offered to replace it but we didn't need it.

The toilet seats are really low in the bathrooms.

The hotel was nice and clean. The decor is outdated and needs a little help. The bed was confortable and the airport shuttle was a plus. Room # 215 shouldn't be a room. You hear every conversation at the front desk, the phone ringing, elevator, etc. Please bring ear plugs.

Great property and service. Clean rooms, amazing hot shower, comfortable bed and nice breakfast. My room was a little noisy from traffic from the street but overall it was an excellent value.

Staff was really helpful and nice! Eli was great at communicating and answering our questions! Breakfast was delicious!! A lot of amenities!

Jill the night shift front desk person was AMAZING!! We’d had trouble with our car rental and as a single women with my 4 year old on the south side of Chicago was not where I wanted to be alone at 2am but she talked with me on the phone and gave clear instructions. Then when we got there she was ready and greeted us with a smile and kindness. She was very helpful and understanding. She made the experience. The hotel was beautiful and easy to get to with a shuttle. Our room was clean and comfortable. The showerhead was amazing. And we didn’t eat but the food smelt delicious for breakfast.

It was a great stay. I would have given the staff 5 stars but the first night we checked in was pleasant enough with us it is was more how she was with another guest. Borderline rude when she had asked about the shuttle. Also service was a little lack luster with the breakfast. I get things run out but for EVERYTHING to be out was not a great look. To have guest come and say "it\'s all gone. There is nothing" was not great. Otherwise I would consider staying there again. The shuttle was so easy to make use of the subway line.

Great place to stay when flying in and out of Midway. The hotel had a system crash outside of their control as we arrived and they went out of their way to make sure we were't inconvenienced. Front desk staff we worked with were top-notch.

The manager was not available all weekend. There was no one but new agents at the front desk. Who were not as knowledgeable or even cared about my concerns. I checked in at 1AM and Jill seemed like she was done with the day and wasn’t very friendly. When I checked in. I was checked into a dirty room stains on bed, hair in the fridge and dirty clothes left behind. When I mention it to Jill. She did not apologize she did not have empathy she did not use the LEARN method. Instead she shook her head and took 10 mins to change me rooms and tell me they sold out! She changed me to a double room which is not what I book. Entering this room there was food on the floor. Which I mention to the front desk to have our room cleaned and they did not clean the room. This hotel is nasty the manager obviously doesn’t care about the hotel. He has his housekeepers putting in minimal work. I could believe they don’t even change the sheets especially if I walked into two dirty rooms. I immediately wanted to check out but it was 1AM and my reservation was already paid through Expedia which the next morning the agent at the front desk stated they hate third party reservations and they’re wasn’t anything they could do but remove the parking. I explained and showed her where I paid for parking already. This experience was by far the worst I have endured. Hopefully the manager will take time to actually inspect the rooms bc clearly they were not inspected and he will talk to the front desk agent.

I liked the hotel's location, but parking became an issue at night due to the number of parked cars.

I was on a one night layover. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfy - nice bed linens! The staff was super friendly. All around good value except it's kind of in the middle of nothing. A short walk across the parking lot is a Starbucks and a gastropub with decent food. If I ever have a layover at MDW again, I would stay here.

Located in a hotel complex close to Midway. The airport shuttle is convenient for several hotels and eateries in the same complex. Walkable to other eating options too. Bed was comfortable and bathroom had good water pressure and fast hot water. Breakfast was a nice variety of hot and cold foods, although the cartons of milk were spoiled. Too bad there was a daily fee to park your car otherwise this was a perfect hotel stay.

It's an airport hotel. It's perfectly fine for those overnight stops and it's conveniently located next to a bunch of different restaurants. The breakfast in the morning was descent too. The attendant was very proactive and was refilling things very quickly. Definitely worth booking.

Just overnight. Nothing fancy. Sour milk for breakfast. Quasi stale muffins. No coffee cups in my room. Not exactly happy smiley staff.

Hotel was really nice, comfortable, and clean. Neighbors were noisy and we could hear everything until late at night. Pancake machine was out of order. Lady at the breakfast area with the glasses was not very nice. Maybe she could take a training class on customer service skills. Front desk staff was awesome.
