Picked this hotel for the pool. Arrived and pool was down. I have a running toilet every 3-4 minutes. The smell of weed follows you down the hallway.

Are assigned room door didn't lock. You could open it without a key. We were moved to a another room that was below average in cleanliness. The gym was missing dumbbells and the treadmill was broken.

I did not appreciate the fact that the pool was closed for "maintenance". The reason I booked this hotel was for the convenience of the pool in 95 degree heat this weekend. Our bathroom door in Room 132 did not close. I believe that there should be some type of credit issued when the pool is not open. Some of their exercise equipment in the fitness room was broken, another problem. I doubt that I would stay again at this place.

Booked this hotel for the pool. Pool was out of service. Would be nice to have that communicated. Also, WiFi had a signs but not a single one of our devices would connect. Front desk person also had same issue. Asked if there was something to be done like move to a different room and they said they would check with the manager. That did not happen and asked if there's some kind of discount we could receive and they said they would check with the manager. That also did not happen.

They have a bar and slot machines in the lobby. The bar stays open until midnight which seems to be counterintuitive to their Quiet Hours starting at 10pm. There were large, loud parties gathering in the lobby both nights we were there (ironically sitting behind a "No Parties" sign). We called and asked both nights for the staff to break it up since it was after 11:30 and were told that the bar had to stay open so there was nothing they could do. Now, I will admit our room was directly above the lobby and a different room may have changed the experience, but it seems that the policies of the hotel are incongruent. I did not see any photos of the bar/slots area on their website and had I seen them, I probably would have chosen a different hotel.

Debbie, the staff at check-in, was fantastic and took extra time to help connect me to my Choice options and made me feel so welcome. To be honest, a number of electrical plugs in the room did not work, but because Debbie was so warm and friendly, it did not negatively impact my overall rating of my stay. Kindness matters. Also the pool and hot tub were very nice!

Killed 2 roaches in my room. They were not earwigs. They were roaches. Carpet very soiled. Water in pool a little slimy. The staff is nice especially heather. I hated complaining but come on. Alot of money and i had to kill roaches.

Fresh paint (can smell it!) also smelled like weed in the hall after we signed a “no parties allowed” contract (the weed thing bothers me cause I had my kid) found what looked like a cockroach and woke up to a bed bug in the sheets. The showers water pressure sucks and the drain seems to be clogged. And for goodness sakes what’s with all the bright ass light bulbs in the room?!?! Maybe change a few to warm white so we don’t need sunglasses.

We won’t be back. The lobby smelled like marijuana when we checked in, there were never towels in the pool area, our keycard had to be reactivated twice, the bottom of our fridge was full of water, the toilet in our room barely worked, and we woke up the last day to find all of our stuff covered in ants.

Our stay was very nice. The hotel was recently remodeled so it looked updated. The beds were very comfortable. We had two rooms and the room with the King sized bed had many pillows, but they were very small. The room we had with two queen beds had regular sized pillows. The hotel is not fancy, but it had pretty much everything we needed and was close to the college campus and shopping which met our needs. The only problem we had was with the blinds. When the rooms were updated they changed the blinds to being able to be opened and closed electronically as opposed to with a pull cord. Our shade wouldn't close. Because the room was facing east (lots of sunlight very early in the morning-especially in June!) and we were on the ground level, we didn't like having the window open. We notified the front desk staff to see if they could fix it. They gave us clips to keep the curtains closed, but the curta

The room itself was nice, however, there were people partying in the hotel lobby and outside in the parking lot until well after midnight, while me and my daughter were trying to sleep. The next morning, when we went out to our car, there were beer bottles everywhere. Not a good look for your hotel. We will not be staying here again.

The Hotel was good with the exception of the bed. Both my wife and I were very uncomfortable sleeping in it. I believe it was a cheap mattress and our backs hurt after our stay.

the room was ok. tub faucet wiggled. found and m&m on the floor. seemed rushed vacuuming. everything was out of order. breakfast was mediocre and the staff was not the friendliest. Pool was closed due to government reasons? gross...and not posted on line. i took my daughter here hoping to swim. i wouldnt recommend this hotel. sadly...staff should learn more about GOOD customer service.

Beautiful lobby! Nice large room with everything looking as it should...clean and in good condition. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast with quite a few options. Good location near the I-57, with many restaurants in the area. Only problem was a "stinky sink"...staff were most apologetic when informed as I was checking out. I have stayed there before and will certainly stay there again.

We used this hotel as a jumping off point to see a concert at the United Center in Chicago. Easy access to the interstate, quieter and much more affordable than amything in Chicago itself. Great staff.

I enjoyed staying here. I will make it my regular stopping point on trips to Michigan. The staff were efficient and friendly. The breakfast was adequate, not great, but good for the price of the room. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway and close to shopping and restaurants

This hotel was fine for my two night stay. The room smelled a bit musty when I first went in and it kept smelling that way any time I was away for a significant period of time and returned.Had a decent breakfast in the mornings and they kept it restocked to the end of the serving time. It's advertised as adjacent to a shopping center but the center is closed down. Other food options and shopping are nearby, further north.

Good location near I-57. Plenty of parking. Good dining options nearby. Pleasant staff. Really nice breakfast area. A bit run-down. Hooks were there but no pictures on the walls in my room. Some water damage to a door in bathroom. Some loose tiles on bathroom floor. Occasional issue with toilet not filling properly...kept running. Very clean room. Good value for price.
