This hotel is very new you need a car to access most of the shops and restaurants. Gym and pool were very good and breakfast was the standard Hampton inn breakfast. Parking was good. Beds were comfy. Good selection of tv stations.

Very impressed with the hotel. Very clean everywhere! Breakfast waz hit and delicious all 3 mornings. The kitchen ladies were amazing!! They greated everyone and always ask if everything as ok. The pool was clean but really cold. Very nice hotel and staff! I would highly recommend!!!

Checked in was easy.. hospitality was amazing. Pool open but we did not use this trip.& parking was very good ? Not alot of cars . Breakfast was tasty and food was hot! Had a marvelous time , will be back soon.

The staff was friendly. Pool area was clean and very nice. All of the bottles of personal hygiene products were empty. Lotion? Hand sanitizer, shower gel, etc. That is my only complaint.

We felt safe staying here. The beds were comfortable and room clean. Breakfast was great with a large selection (not just a pastry). The pool was chlorinated, but the bottom looked as through it could use a cleaning. Would stay again.

Very disappointing. We booked a room for 5 people, expecting a pullout bed. They gave us a room with 2 queen beds and could not accommodate our 5th guest. Which resulted 3 people sleeping on the queen bed. Then the shower would randomly stop working while you were taking a shower!! But the worst part was the fact that one of my daughters got bitten twice by a mysterious bug!!!!! Bed bugs!!!!!!! Will never go back there!!!!

the staff was very friendly and very courteous the place looked very clean, the bathroom was dirty though and we only had onehalf used toilet paper roll we had a big family so that wasnt enough and we had to use baby wipes but im sure they would have gave us more if we would have asked so check the bathroom before you enter to have extra toilet paper and full new one. The pool was running and very nice.. good breakfast as well staff was amazingly friendly and polite I loved it here and the beds were very very comfortable. Even if the top sheets were not really soft they were very rough and the extra blankets were very scratchy as well we had to buy extra blankets for comfort. There are LOTS of stores nearby and it was very convenient that was a plus and a theater right next door and a mall that was not really good but the other stores around made up for it. Other than that im always staying here if i come back to ILL. Very clean place and crown was very quiet too

We found bed bugs in the middle of the night. Packed up and went down to talk to the office staff. They were rude and seemed annoyed we were bothering them. They refused to give us their managers number or a refund.

It was ok checked in only flaw I had was someome hid dirty towels behind shower and left two dirty face towels on top I clean the bathroom myself but I did tell Chris front desk he was going to move me but after driving 8 hrs I was tried so I keep cleaning supplies whrre ever I go so I cleaned room and tld chris im good but he texted me until I left to make sure no more issies but I will be back just will check room first

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Nicely updated. Our floor had a bit of a musty smell but it did not affect our stay and I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast crew kept up with the crowd and cleaned up behind everyone very quickly throughout breakfast time. Great job!

This was a very neat and clean hotel. Not only was our room very neat, the common areas were also very tidy. The breakfast area was great, also very clean, and the food was hot and tasty. The dining area was kept clean throughout the morning. And be prepared to fall in love with fresh cookies at the check-in counter!

The staff were very nice and room quite comfortable. The only issue we had was the bathroom commode. My husband and I are both elderly and use canes, and my husband is a cancer patient. The toilet was so low I had to help my husband off the toilet, and I had a very hard time getting up as well. Also, the barn style bathroom door is very had to open for elderly, and most likely for children as well.

Front desk lady was not very friendly. When I asked for a receipt at check out, she told me she couldn't give me one. Seemed strange to me as we stay in another Hampton just a few nights prior and that front desk person printed one for me. The guy running the kitchen one morning couldn't keep up with bringing out food. When we came down for breakfast, there was very little food to choose from. Not his fault. He was by his self and needed help. I felt he did his best

Very friendly staff! Breakfast was hot and always greeted with a smile. Cleaning staff very accommodating with extra towels. We traveled with our geriatric dog only wish a first floor was available. The room was huge on the third floor and furthest from the elevator. The hotel is close to restaurants and businesses.

Had trouble with the check-in. The person at the desk could not find my reservation. I showed her my Hotels.com reservation for two nights. I had originally had a one night reservation but changed it to two nights. After I left the desk to find a way to contact Hotels.com I was called back to the desk. She could not find my 2 night stay but could find my 1 night stay. She booked me in and charged the extra night. I went to my room and contacted Hotels.com. The lady that took my information said she would handle the situation and she did. She called the Hampton Inn front desk and straightened out the situation - put me back on the Hotels.com (2 day station)

The hotel is typical of he Hampton Inn properties: good beds and linens, very liberal TV and internet offerings, A/C, plenty of towels, and decent breakfast. When we travel, my wife prefers Hampton Inns and I prefer her to be happy. They do need to pay more attention to housekeeping. There was only 1 drinking glass in the room, no bag for dirty laundry, and we had to call for additional toilet paper. Small stuff but important stuff. On the other hand ... local hotel management helped me overcome an Expedia foul up. I had to book 2 rooms on 2 different days ... and mistakenly got one of the days wrong. Expedia let me delete one of the days but in the process they also deleted the other. I complained to Expedia but never heard back. Local hotel management reinstated the incorrectly deleted reservation without problems. Thanks for that. Expedia went on to charge me a surcharge for deleting the room I wanted to keep. They didn't want to hear about their error. My credit card company luckily fixed that. I've had it with Expedia.
