The stay was great, it’s been nice all the times we stay and staff stay professional with everyone which makes the stay even nicer. The gym is clean with a decent selection of machine and weights. The saltwater pool super clean and temperature was good for a nice relaxing swim. We will be stopping by again, thank you all.

Staff was so kind and friendly! The room was quiet, neat and tidy.. breakfast was amazing! Tons of options and fresh coffee 24/7! I love this location because I always feel safe and welcome. My kids enjoy the pool and fitness center. I was able to do laundry which was also very helpful! 10/10 ⭐ would recommend and definitely will be back!

Check in was a breeze. Our room was fresh and clean. Very nicely decorated and very quiet. The free breakfast was very good. They had healthy choices like yogurt oatmeal and hard boiled eggs also comfort foods like biscuits and gravy. Coffee was very good. Our location was nice. Only complaint was the pool. It was not clean and had clumps of hair floating in it and just looked very uninviting. Our took one look and said no thank you. The gym was nice and we enjoyed working out.

Shower had hair all over it. Massive amounts of long dark hair stick to wall of shower and shorter dark hairs around other parts of shower. No one was able to use shower due to this. When I had the cleaning staff come in to see it they acted like I was lying and said that they know the shower got cleaned before our stay. I called front desk to tell them and told them no one in our group has long dark hair like what was in shower and no apologies were given. 3 of us were not able to get showers that we needed while traveling.

The first thing we noticed was how clean the hotel was. It had that clean hotel smell mixed with just enough pool chlorine scent. 😁 I liked the huge, open lobby when you first walk in as well. Very spacious and clean. Also, our room was very nice. LOVED the giant shower and the room lighting was pretty cool, too.

Woke up with a sore back each night. Beds are not firm. Also, the insulation between floors is the worst I have ever experienced. We could hear stomping feet from the floor above all day and night. Shoddy construction

Everything was excellent except the refrigerator didn’t work and we were told maintenance was gone for the day. (At 4:00 pm?!) ??!! So what if a toilet overflowed. No one there to fix it? I don’t get that. So we had no way yo chill our beverages and had to throw away our leftover dinner. :(

I liked it was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. It is close to family. I didn't like most of the USB outlets were broken and you couldnt charge more than one thing at a time. The switch for a lamp/outlet was located on the other side of the room which we didn't know.

This was probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. It was completely booked and we heard absolutely nothing during the stay. No slamming doors, running, talking, etc. breakfast was normal for hotels. Seating areas were nice. Room was super clean. Bathroom seemed like it needed some updates but still clean and comfortable.

booked on Expedia. They didn’t find my reservation 7 hours later since I got the confirmation email (already paid). The reception desk always told I didn’t pay to them, ask my to contact agent. I stayed in front of the desk for over 1-2h. For now I didn’t get my money back. So bad experience!

The person at the desk when we checked in was amazing!! Her personality, sense of humor and her calmness were first rate! The lobby was full of people who were staying there for a youth volleyball tournament in town! She was unflappable! Calm, focused and conversing with me as she checked us in! She's a gem! Everything thing was very good, except there were only 2 kleenex in the box in our room. With colds and allergies killing me, was a bit disappointing.

The hotel and staff were fine. The complaints about the facility: carpet is boring, area in the shower needs some minor cleaning and sealing around the edge of the shower enclosure. The facility entrance access is terrible…it’s difficult to get into the area because it is surrounded by other hotels and not clearly very accessible. Especially at night. I had to go into the Hampton and ask the clerk how to get there and he said it’s a very common problem continually….. there’s one driveway blocked by huge painted blue cement blocks. This needs serious fixing!

This motel is in a declining area. The women working Tuesday morning were very helpful in giving us good info on restaurants and activities. The gentleman on working Monday evening was more concerned about two 80 year olds doing damage, than on being helpful.

This was a great location for my visit to Kankakee. Lots of restaurant and store options. The staff was very helpful and kind. I booked my trip through Expedia, and I booked a king bed room, but the hotel was kind enough to call me back to notify me that Expedia overbooked the room and they were able to offer a different option for me if I was okay with that. Which I was very happy, thankful, and greatful for that. Hotel also had a great breakfast option.

The place is clean and updated. the room was comfortable and quiet. My coffee maker wasn't working. There was some blood on the kickboard next to the toilet. The breakfast food (hot) was gross (egg omelet and sausage). But the tea and juice were good. I felt safe.

The room was spacious and featured plenty of surfaces to put things down as well as wall hooks for towels, jackets, whatever. I love the pump soap and shampoo instead of tiny bottles and bar soap. There were enough towels (sometimes a problem) and there was enough light to read in more than just one spot in the room. The bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and seemwd to enjoy working with people.
