Good just need pool and better breakfast

I rented 3 rooms. One room smelled awful of Marijuana. 2 rooms had broken televisions. There were children in the gym across from me both nights with no supervision. One room had a broken showerhead. They nickeled and dimed you for everything. They charged my 1 year old granddaughter to eat the breakfast buffet. She didnt eat anything. Would not recommend this resort for the cost.

No lounge chair, or work area in the room. I did like the fact that they had a pool and workout room, eventhough I d iui didn't get to use it. Breakfast was lacking hot food.

Elevator was out of service, we had to use the stairs. The sheets of one bed were dirty. No breakfast in premises ( coffee and mini muffins).

Renovations going on during our stay. Hotel access was not available in the rear where we had to park.

Great place! Newly renovated. Easy check in and out! Would definitely stay again.

The room had a nice set up and had all the appliances and such for a longer stay, unfortunately, the hotel needs some TLC. The elevator didn't work, the breakfast was either very limited or non existent and it needs a good cleaning. The location is good and the rooms have potential. The hotel just needs to up it's cleaning and maintenance game.

Water pressure in the room.Both sink and shower were very low.The hallways were ridiculously dirty with dog hair. When you go out what I believe would be the south door on the first floor there are handicapped spaces that cars are allowed to park in that have no handicap tags. There were two people sitting in one of those cars watching everyone go in and out that door the desk clerk just said that's a normal customer. I said shouldn't be parking there.

Found out when I arrived elevator was broken, once I got all of my things to my room noticed the bath tub was dirty with red stuff in the bottom, the smell of pot in the hall ways was disgusting, I know that it was a pet friendly place but the barking dog at 11:00 at night was crazy as well as rooming a dog on the 2nd floor. In the morning there was a sign that worker was tending to guest however they where watching tv, which was right by the breakfast which the hot food was empty I think it was sausage and the remains of eggs and this was at 6:15 am. I was thinking about using this hotel on my next visit but now I am re thinking my plans.

There are better options available. Rooms not spacious (as pictured), common areas run down, noisy and parking area was a bit concerning.

The woman (sorry, forgot her name) working the counter was very nice. There were some obnoxiously loud guests that she addressed so she could hear us check in. Our 1st room was dirty & she did switch us rooms. The 2nd room was still dirty, but not as bad as the 1st. We had to use sanitizing wipes to clean the floors because they were leaving our socks black. The hallways smelled like smoke & you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the rooms next to you and in the hallway. There should definitely be a “quiet hours” time enforced. The 2nd night we stayed the smoke/CO2 detector started beeping at 1:30am. The front desk said there was not anyone that could fix it, but did offer to switch us rooms. We were traveling with a child and didn’t want to wake her to switch and move all of our things into another not so clean room for a few more hours of sleep, so we ended up checking out and just driving home. Not a great experience.

This hotel was awful! It smelled VERY strongly of smoke in the lobby, at the check-in desk as well as our room, although it's a smoke-free facility. Our room was disgusting. The floor was filthy with multiple hair rubber bands, dirt, trash, etc. The bathroom was obviously not cleaned, with hair and dirt all over the floor. There was blood on the walls in the bathtub. The bed sheets were even more awful. They were NOT clean. They had hair & dirt all over them and had obviously not been changed since the last occupants. I went down to see if a different room was available, that had been cleaned, and she said it was the only one available. No other hotels in the area had vacancy, or we would have switched hotels. She did not apologize for the dirty sheets, but did inform me that she was not here when the rooms were "cleaned". She went to a laundry room and handed me 2 sets of sheets and said she would put something in the notes on our account. Once in bed, there was a ridiculous spring noise, at every movement, throughout the night in one of the beds. Our two sons were in that bed and are not very big. I can't imagine the how much noise there would have been had adults been in that bed. We made it through the night and were hoping not to be disappointed at breakfast. Of course, their "continental breakfast" consisted of a few unpackaged mini muffins and black coffee. We waited to speak with someone about the condition of our room but no one ever came to the front desk.

I thought more attention could be paid by the housekeeping staff. There were crumbs on the floor and I felt the bathtub could have been cleaner

My shower was not cleaned and there was hair on the shower wall. I went down and asked for the bathroom to be cleaned specifically the shower and they said they would. We were then gone for several hours and when we came back the shower had not been touched. In fact they never came.

Filthy room. Hairs on the toilet seat. I hope it was dirt on the light switches. The door wouldn’t lock. Just terrible. No value in the amount paid.

When we drove up I knew we were in trouble. My husbands white socks from room floors had to be thrown away so black. So much hair in bathroom on everything front of toilet covered in urine bottom of bathtub black with dirt. Need I say anymore

When my husband reached under the bed to retrieve dropped coins, he discovered a pile of dog food kibbles. The hallways needed to be vacuumed. Desk staff was friendly, but the cleaning staff needs to pay attention to detail.

It was my first time there, and I’m not sure if I can stay there anymore because the room smelled bad, the floor was dirty, too many hairs everywhere.. so I’m disappointed about that place !

As someone who travels for work and regularly stays in hotels a week at a time, I found my room to be very functional with nice amenities for living and doing my work. The spacious walk-in shower was an unexpected treat. My only complaint is that there was short body hair on the bathroom floor that was not my own. A quick swiffering would have fixed that.

It was a great time there. Rooms were perfect, everything we needed. Staff was wonderful and so nice.

These mini-suites are quite comfortable and include cooktop, microwave, full-sized fridge, pots, dishes and cutlery...plus a few more appliances. The room has no carpet--a plus for allergy sufferers! The bed was fine. The price was very reasonable also. A Cracker Barrel is next door, plus a Denny's not far. Only negative: someone should have vacuumed the hallway and stair case...

Rooms are very well-equipped for long stays; rooms have a full-sized fridge, small cooktop, crockpot, toaster, dishwasher, utensils, etc. Good price and location.

Toilet was running none stop when we entered the room. The floor was sticky and freezing cold as is laminate on concreat during winter. The mattress was extremely firm, and the metal frame squeeked loudly every time you move the tiniest bit to find comfort. The room echoed horribly. The other tenants came in at 1 and 2 am were yelling at the other end of in the hall and closing the door loud enough to wake the dead and the receptionist did nothing.

Quiet room, comfortable bed excellent, air conditioning system, full-size refrigerator. TV has YouTube Always could be a little bit cleaner

Upon arrival I had to wait 45 minutes to check in. There was no stuff at the desk to check me in. When I finally got to my room the bed spread had stains on it. It was very noisy due to all the kids running around.

Although we only stayed over-night, our experience was very pleasant. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Hotels.com was refusing the “tonight’s” dates for reservations, forcing us to use Expedia. With same issue… finally as a system engineer I was able to figure out how to circumvent the bug after losing 1 hour. At the hotel the staff was smelling weed and was lost on the system…we lost another 20 minutes

While I appreciate the efforts that your team puts into ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests, I regret to inform you that my experience has been far from satisfactory. During the night, I encountered significant noise disturbances that greatly affected the quality of my stay. On one side, there were loud neighbors whose disruptive activities could be heard through the walls. To compound the situation, there was a large barking dog on the other side of my room, creating a cacophony that made it nearly impossible to rest or relax. This level of disturbance is entirely unacceptable for a hotel of your reputation. Furthermore, I attempted to contact the front desk for assistance at 1:30 AM, as the disturbances had become intolerable. However, despite calling six times, the phone went unanswered, leaving me with no choice but to make the trip down to the lobby in person. Given the late hour and the nature of my concerns, I had expected a more prompt and efficient response from your staff. As a guest who values peace and quiet during my travels, I must express my disappointment with the lack of attention to these issues during my stay. I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps

Two of the front desk workers are amazing and it’s one that’s always mad with attitudes.

Didn’t even get to check in because staff on the phone informed me there was NO AGE RESTRICTION to buy and check into a room. You can imagine my surprise when I arrive to check in at almost midnight and I am told I can’t check into the room I payed for because there IS in fact an age restriction.

Staff is very friendly and answered my questions. The room was amazing. I really loved the stay. It was a home away from home.

Our overall stay was great! The hotel lobby was clean. Our experience with checkin was good. One of the attendants was being trained. They were both welcoming and courteous. We saw the other attendants throughout our stay and they greeted us every time they saw us. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. They had eggs and sausage, bagels, muffins, cereal, oatmeal packets, and yogurt. I liked the convenience of the small kitchen area in our room with toaster too.

There was really no breakfast offered there. There were extremely few items available, such as small containers of yogurt and coffee. The bathroom door was installed incorrectly and would not stay open. It always closed on its own.
