Nice people but lobby was under construction

The desk staff was very friendly. But the room wasn't very clean. The mirror was really dirty you couldn't even see yourself in it very well. And the pool was closed because of college kids had a party the night before.

Nice hotel for our family but there is no pool which was advertised and one of the reasons we picked this hotel which was disappointing.

Very helpful personnel. Enjoyed their smiles, kind responses. inviting property and will/would stay again. Only suggestion: Remove exercise/weight room and install washers & dryers.😊 Thanks for a very good stay. K. &. L Apple

All was good but definitely construction or repairs were in progress. Area was clean but had missing ceiling tiles and exposed rafters in breakfast eating area.

Check in was fast, lot of parking, clean hotel

The pool was not as expected. Lights we not completely mounted and began floating in the pool, while my children were playing. The rooms we decent. The breakfast was alright. I will say the service was prompt and speedy. Just felt like I should not have needed them as much.

Dog friendly and area to walk the dogs.

It is good to see they are renovating the property. Looks like it will be nice when completed.

Clean rooms polite staff

The room was updated, pretty clean, and comfortable. However...first impression wasnt as nice. The stairwell and halls were old, dirty, damaged, and overall felt dumpy...we were really concerned by the time we got to our room. However, we were relieved to see the room itself had been updated. The staff was nice and they even notified me that i had left a coat behind that i later retrieved.

The room had an odor, perhaps of smoke. The tub had a ring around it, mold in the corners, and did not drain well. The whole room appeared very dated.

Paid extra for a room with a jacuzzi. Tub was in horrible condition and I'm pretty sure it was molded in areas. Also, while I was checking out the tub, there was a flea on my foot.

Bathroom did not feel clean, tub looked dirty, we had very little water pressure in the shower, it had mold around the edges. My kids did not want to take a bath in the tub. The hotel needs to be updated! I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel for the same price. Very disappointed.

One wash cloth. One bar of soap. The bathroom floors were unbelievable sticky! Dirty mop? I was placed in a handicap room. The refrigerator wasn’t working. Called the desk and they inform me to pull out the unit and check the back to see if it was switched off. Construction crew tenants like to turn it off so their beer wouldn’t freeze. It was off.

Staff is friendly, convenient location, overall cleanliness is good, our room needed some more attention especially the bathroom, floor was not clean , room needed better dusting, breakfast was great, over-all it was good.

The rooms are alright, but the bathrooms could use significant upgrades. No exhaust fans means paint peeling from ceilings and the tub has glazing chips in several areas.

The building is getting old and tattered. Bathrooms need renovation & decorations. Just feels old. The breakfast team felt that during breakfast was best time to put away supplies…. Boxes all around and no attention to the patrons

Room overall was fine. We enjoyed a very quiet evening. Disappointing that we couldn’t use the in-room coffee machine because it was missing parts. The jacuzzi tub worked and we enjoyed but the tub area really needs some maintenance / TLC. Very worn. Didn’t look very appealing. Very pricey room so when you see things like that it was a bit of a disappointment.

Don’t stay here unless you want to be moved room to room trying to find hot water. The hotel staff is told to lie about water taking a long time to get from one end of the hotel to the other. “Well it’s old and the boilers are on the other end of the hotel” 20 minutes running a shower and never getting even warm isn’t my idea of a good experience. Being treated like it’s no big deal and lied to about getting “points” as an apology is even worse. 3rd room we were moved to had hot water but the toilet was broken and I had to repair it myself to even flush it.

Only negative is the commodes are extremely low to the floor and difficult to raise up from especially being a 75 senior citizen

The TV didn't work for almost the entire stay.

It was noisy in the rooms. People running up and down the halls. Could not get hot water. We were running out of toilet paper and had a hard time getting some more. Called in the morning and they said they would send some up. When we got back in the evening, they had not brought any and we had to go and get it. We had four women in the room.

The fridge was not working properly it was not cooing and the toilet was not flushing correctly

We stay here quite a bit, because it is comfortable and close to where our daughter lives.

Very clean, easy going & very good customer service team.

The person at the front desk when I arrived was awesome. I was happy with my stay and at 11 at night a friendly person to greet me was welcome. I left at 6 the next morning and she was just as cheerful. Give that woman a raise for doing her job better than most.

Our check in associate was awesome; they were attentive and positive without being disingenuous. Even put us above a traveling baseball team, which was very appreciated! Thanks for sharing the great stay, Ft. Wayne!

The day time staff was great especially the gentleman that served me. He was knowledgeable. However I did not get my wake up call on the check out day. Almost missed my flight. Very stressful.

Comfortable hotel, good location

A good over all stay. No gas station or restaurant in walking distance only downfall.

A nice quiet place to stay on a frontage road. It’s just off the highway and convenient to places to enjoy. Shopping is nearby as well as places to eat.

Adequate for a one-night stay before an early morning flight out of Fort Wayne. Pretty convenient to the airport but not much to do in the area otherwise.

Quick check-in, clean room (aside from the headboard on the wall being broken, comfortable bed. Nice assortment for breakfast. Easy check-out. Convenient location. Would definitely stay again when next in the area.

The check in was very nice. We arrived around 9PM to get some sleep then move on the next morning after breakfast. The problems, 1. We did not order an accessible room but was placed in one. Due to this, we could not take a bath because the wooden addon chair would not allow for laying back to relax. Part of the reason we booked the room was to take a nice long bath, impossible. 2. I am highly allergic to two things, 1. Mold, 2. Dust Mites. This allergies were discovered in allergy testing and are the only things that I am allergic to. I had the most horrible night of sleep in my life because my nose would not stop running, I could not stop sleeping, and I had hives because of sleeping in the bed. When I called the front desk they told me that they had no other rooms and basically there was nothing they could do. 3. The noise, people being loud in the hallway. All night long. We were four doors down from the front desk so they should have been able to catch the noise and try to ask people to keep it down. 3. The breakfast, we got there at 8 AM and there was 0 food. We could not wait around for them to bring more out. So we both had a yogurt and walked out the door. At check out we told the staff that we would be leaving 1 star because of the issues and they did not seem to care. We will not be returning to this hotel and we suggest other people choose elsewhere. They also have a lot of construction going on and there was no warning about this on their expedia page.

We liked the spacious room and friendly staff. We did not like the 15 minute wait for hot water in room 332. Overall, great stay with a great free breakfast as well.

The room was clean. The breakfast eating area seriously needs new furniture in there. The bench seats had no support and it was very hard to get up of the seats. You sank so much the table was at about your chin. The breakfast area had no orange juice, no milk and no hot chocolate. That is mostly what people drink for breakfast. The wall paper in all areas of the hotel could be updated. Most of it looked like you could peal it off.
