The main lobby entrance was caution-taped off. We had to use a side door to access the lobby which had no working A/C. We arrived at 2:20 and asked if it would be possible for an early check in (check in is at 3). Was told no, which was fine. Went back in at 3 to be told the room still wasn’t available and they would let us know when it was. They said they had to be told by the housekeeping supervisor that we could get in. We were traveling with a baseball group so there was a full-lobby waiting for rooms. I think we were finally given room keys around 3:30. My card was ran twice… I was told the first time it was for incidental ($25) but it was really ran for the full price of the room again. Then I was asked for it to be ran again for incidental. I refused to provide my card again then was advised yes it had been ran, for the full amount. It was corrected by the evening time, thankfully. The pool had way too much chlorine, you could hardly sit in the pool area without burning eyes. The room was nice, no complaints other than they provided two towels for a 4 person occupancy room. I had no issue getting two more towels from the front desk.

Was a really nice hotel. Only complaint is the pool was closed and after 3 day of being in a car we really wanted to use the hot tub. Only reason we booked was for the hot tub.

This is our go to hotel when we stay in ft wayne to visit family. We love choice of rooms, lobby, and staff have always been great. The night we arrived the lady was so helpful and got us anything we needed quickly (towels for pol area, etc). In the morning, the lady helped me get a to go box for my kiddos breakfast. I appreciate all the staff so much. We spent a lot of time at the pool. Water for pool and hot tub was great. Water appeared clean. Strong chlorinated, which is understandable. However, they had an industrial fan blowing out the window There must be something wrong with the ventilation. If the spa was running, the room quickly filled with steam. Many of the kids would begin to cough it was so thick. Lastly, our room this time was above pool. You could definitely tell their is moisturize issues. Paint was basically peeling itself from the wall.

The shower hadle was broken so getting the water in our shower to be just right was tough. Hot tub needed help. The water was almost same temp as the pool. Pool is very small and shallow. We booked this hotel for the hot tub to end up being very disappointed. The cook was our server and bless her heart she was busy. She did great on our order. Yes you pay for breakfast but it was very good.

Service was so-so. Both myself and others had to wait for someone to attend the front desk. Hot tub was out of service. Place smelled funny. Could hear people coming in the side entrance door with it slamming shut all thetime. Was woken up, with the people in the room up above, constantly walking the floor back and forth. Bathroom tub felt like it was going to give in any moment. No breakfast and not worth paying $15 for it. Wouldn't recommend staying here again.

The hotel was run down. Dirty floors , paint chipping, broken holder for toilet paper unknown persons hair in the bath tub and missing and moldy caulk around the bath. We arrived late and were very tired so we stayed anyway. The beds were comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly.

Shower wasn’t as clean as I’d like, the elevator broke down and we all had to schlep our stuff up the stairs. Bar didn’t have a bartender, so couldn’t get cocktails. Only 1 regular coffee pod in room. Breakfast not included

The staff at the front desk and restaurant were soooo helpful, even the house keepers as well. Our room was just kind of dirty, floors turned my our socks black, makeup stains on the white comforters and the walls. Lots of fingerprints left from previous visitors in the room. And the room had a nasty funk smell that all the air fresher in the world wouldn’t fix.

I'm disabled and specifically booked a room/hotel with in-room bath tubs. Upon arrival our room was incorrect, staff said that it was a technical error between Expedia and Hilton and we couldn't switch rooms as they were full. $216 for an incorrect room with stains on the carpet and furniture, additional $14 for a continental breakfast that was below par. Hot tub was lukewarm and the pool/spa area was in need of deep cleaning and upkeep. Exterior door to hotel was broken and unlocked, anyone off the street could've come in - huge safety risk. Overall very disappointed with our stay.

The lady at the front desk was awesome and welcoming. The room was nice. The pool area was very dingy. And only 4 chairs for sitting so we had to stand while the kids swam. Overall was okay for the price but would choose a different hotel next time

We had a good stay. Would recommend with a couple notes. 1 - it suffers from road noise (a lot) and 2) the breakfast buffet is not worth it. Order the breakfast - you need to ask for it. It's not the staff - they are great! There needs to be more of a selection of bread and pastries. Lol - I have even seen pop tarts. Would stay again.

As a former Hotel Security Director of a major franchise, I did not like seeing guest room doors ajar after Housekeeping had left. The was reported to the Front Desk and posed a Great Security Breach to Staff and Guest. The elevator went on the blink and I had to walk up three flights of stairs and down again. The ice maker on my floor (3), was out of order and I had to go down to 2nd floor for ice. The whirlpool was out of order during my stay. Lastly, WiFi would not allow Amazon game device to access WiFi and maintenance and front desk didn’t know why. Tried in other rooms also with negative results. Staff was friendly. Felt an adjustment on my room stay would have been appropriate. Would be very hesitant to return to this property.

Very nice and clean. Gentleman that checked me in was extremely friendly and told me about all the amenities the hotel had. My room was very nice and comfortable. The only issue I had was with the TV. Not many channel options.

Staff was rude, terrible customer service. I had booked my room at least a month in advance and when we arrived the manager told us that they had bumped us to a 1 bed from a 2 bed room. Never received a phone call or email letting me know this. We ended up leaving this hotel. Absolutely ridiculous!

Arrived 4 pm. Checking in time was at 3pm. Room was not ready until 5:30pm . We were incredibly late to a wedding and they didn’t took accountability for the lack of hospitality. Real shame for the Hilton brand. Not coming back ever, not recommended at all.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds, with 3 adults. Due to circumstances an early check in was not possible which was ok, but a 2 queen room was confirmed. Upon check in there were no. rooms with 2 queen beds. The employee stated the hotel was over booked and she couldn’t do much. We ended up in a 2 queen room with no sink to wash our hands. There was also no heat in the lobby. The evening worker CC did her best to make us comfortable

Overall, my experience was wonderful! The food options were great and the bed was so comfortable! The staff stole the show. I was in town for college graduation. The concierge and housekeeping made it a point to congratulate me. Housekeeping clapped for me and told me how beautiful I looked. At 3:30am some individuals next to my room were drunk and continuously screamed profanities and slammed doors. After 30 minutes of listening to it passed, I politely asked them to chill out because I had a child in my room and they woke us up. Instead, they berated me and acted out even more. I called the front desk and Kristen said she would handle it. I never heard another sound the rest of the night! The only amenity I didn’t find enjoyable was the pool/spa area. The chlorine made it hard to breathe and burned my eyes, even with the window and door propped open. This issue can easily be overlooked by the staff performance and overall quality of the stay though!

It is a beautiful hotel, located right off I-69, close to lots of restaurants, etc. The hotel looks and feels extravagant but is really, really inexpensive, so much so I was shocked when I checked in! I am so glad I stayed here on my way home from an out of state business trip! The staff were so helpful, I am slightly mobility handicapped and my room was right outside the elevator on the second floor, directly above the lobby. It was quiet and another high rating from me for the Keurig coffee maker in my room. I can't recommend this hotel enough! I will bring my husband back here for a "getaway weekend."

It was a nice one day stay. A little difficulty with check in but that was due to issues with the booking site. Beds was very comfortable and the room and bathroom is very well equipped. Conveniently located to many restaurants and shopping options and a short distance to downtown.

I only booked a room here because it had a restaurant. And even though during the booking process there was no mention of specific days the restaurant was closed, it was not open during my stay. Had there been any info at all stating this during booking, I'd have chosen another location and I definitely will be avoiding Hilton in the future. Then, after checking out the room and noticing that the bathroom light was turning on and off with a strobe like effect, I went and asked the front desk if it can be changed or turned off at least. I was basically told no, she would try and see if maintenance was available but it was unlikely. Just an overall disappointing stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool and hot tub felt wonderful after a long drive. A little disappointed food wasn’t available at the hotel. I was told the chef was in the hospital and had not been replaced so far. Other restaurants are very convenient and accessible.
