The sheets were stained up, but other than that, the room was great. The staff was great and friendly. Your only thing that was disappointing was that the pool was down for maintenance for renovations. Others in that everything was great would recommend and would stay again

The hotel itself was very nice and I will definitely stay again if I'm in the area. It was in a good location and across the street from multiple food places. My only complaints were there were a ton of potholes all throughout the parking lot and entry road. it was rather difficult to navigate around them. The pool was very nice and fairly warm for it not being a heated pool but i did notice a ceiling tile was missing and looked like another was about to fall so I didn't stay in the pool for long. The only other complaint I had was the noise throughout the night. we heard doors slamming all night long and it was difficult to get a good nights rest because of this. Overall I was satisfied with my stay and would recommend this hotel to people. I'm hoping the ceiling is fixed in the pool area nect time I go so I can enjoy it more!

Stunned that this property is part of the Hampton chain. At the end of the day, it was clean ENOUGH, but the most run down Hampton in which I've ever stayed. Elevator was STILL out (see several other reviews); elevator that was working had been recently tagged and the graffiti roughly scraped off. Carpets were dingy, shower floor was not clean. ZERO light on the back lot, crusty looking folks hanging out til late, etc., etc. Property is right in the middle of the I-69 construction, you are a few dozen feet from the expressway, so a bit noisy as well. This location is very long in the tooth, not up to what I've come to expect as Hampton standards.

Front desk girl wasn't very friendly. Pool water was nasty. No hot water. Keys weren't working. People next door were extremely loud & knocking on our door for no reason. Broken elevator. Breakfast is decent.

Breakfast was horrible the milk was expired and potatoes were raw. Pool was out of service which was one the main reasons we went to this hotel. One of the Elevators was out of order. We had 2 rooms and one of them the fan in the wall unit would not work. Definitely not worth the money it cost to stay here.

They had 4 people at the check in but only person could check me in but I had to wait 20 minutes while she was on the phone. I don’t know what the other workers were doing. The building is old. Most the gym equipment didn’t work and the fire extinguishers were missing. The pool was cold. They would not even give me waters after an 8 hour drive. The front clerk refused to check me in early. The breakfast was horrible and cold.

Property was under construction. Water temp and pressure was fluctuating. The door did not have a secondary lock and the door latch was not properly installed. There were no other rooms available but other guests had the same issues. Construction crew were volger and using constant profanity. This place was a disaster. I hope it improves after the construction

Nice rooms. The property was being renovated so the first floor was still under construction, but there was no excessive noise from it. Unfortunately the heater for the pool wasn’t functioning, but that also may have been due to the construction on the first floor. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. The location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Upon entering the room, a gumball, and two sucker sticks were noticed, one on the floor and one on the chair. Checking the bathroom, there were smudges of filth on the wall and on the shower wall. There was no consistency with water temperature in the bathroom. Also, the water pressure in the shower made it nearly impossible to finish a shower. The television was overly complicated to operate. There were no network channels available. Some of the channels had no sound, some were in Spanish, and despite turning it off in the settings, on the channels that inexplicably had it, the audio description would not turn off. While the TV remote had the buttons, no streaming apps were available on the television, absurd for 2025. Ants were also present during our stay.

Linda, Kristian and Samuel were some of the staff we had. They were amazing. When we had an issue with our room they were quick to take care of it. They were always upbeat and positive and greeted us every time they saw us…..and the hotel was full! We were so impressed with how clean it was and up to date that we’ve booked our next stay there already for 2026.

This hotel is a mess! They should be closed and not taking any reservations at this time. There is NO hot water in the building and there hasn’t been for days. Not just like limited hot water but no hot water at all. The person working the front desk said that it was a maintenance issue due to a broken pipe which hasn’t been fixed. Other angry guests said it had been like that for several days maybe even a week. I couldn’t cancel my non refundable reservation but luckily I only stayed one night and didn’t have to use the shower. However, I’m not sure how they are properly cleaning anything without hot water in the building. The key cards did not work and there were multiple guests at the desk with the same issue when I checked in. I did not go to the pool but it was visibly very dirty, the water was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. The whole place is run down and in desperate need of repair and major renovation. The room itself was reasonably clean and the bed was comfortable enough but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Floor in room needed to be vacuum from day one. Bathroom walls were very dirty. Didn’t feel like we could take our shoes off. It was very noisy, street noise and people running around the hotel at all hours of the night. Staff was extremely friendly and nice. Lots of places to eat close by and the mall was right down the street.

The hotel was renovated and looks nice and clean. The breakfasts were good, and they had something new each day. The rooms were good as well, no problems at all. It was a nice stay for the price. The only negative, is that we could hear the interstate road noise, but what could we expect choosing a hotel next to the road.

I booked hotel because I was 10 hours in 14 hour trip need to get some sleep. Hotel was conveniently located off the interstate and was easy to navigate in mist of the road construction. Staff was nice and accommodating. I arrived 1:15 am and was leaving at 4:30 am to get to my final destination on time. Bed was very comfortable I feel asleep in a matter of minutes. I could have stayed longer to enjoy their amenities and try the tv which was at least 70 inch.

It was just ok. It was clean. Stand up shower, refrigerator, etc. Large tv, but we couldn't work the remote. It kept going to a listing screen (that didn't show anything) instead of changing the channel. It was a very different kind of remote. The AC froze us out at night when it kicked on. We had a hard time figuring it out so that might have been us. Also the ceiling in the room had water stains and was cracking and peeling. Noise from hallway was noticeable. It was by the highway and we did not hear the traffic. The breakfast was not good. Powdered eggs that tasted powdery, hard boiled eggs that tasted old. The kids liked the waffles. At check in we had to pay an additional $50 deposit. Staff was friendly and explained this to us. I probably would not stay here again. We've stayed in other Hampton Inns and were very pleased. This one was a disappointment.

I would like to get a refund partially if possible from this stay . Terrible service from the check in time and total stay . No one at check in time made me wait and call my self to check in and lift was not working on my whole stay of 9 days and walking over steps . I have to grab the food Togo due to mid night and I requested them for a plate , which was denied from the reservation staffs.

The property was under construction without notice. Check in took over an hour after arriving at 11P and wanting rest. The lobby was FULL of people with one person working. The young man was very nice... but the experience was NOT what I have become accustomed to at a Hilton property or staying at a Hampton Inn.

Staff was very friendly & helpful! We stayed 2 nights & the elevator was out the entire time. We were on the 3rd floor. No seating in outdoor patio area. No closet, just some hooks & hangers. But, again, staff was great.

The facility is being renovated. Most negative factors were related to that. The ground (main) floor flooring was dusty in preparation for laying a new floor. The single elevator required us to walk through that construction area, to go from the lobby to our room or to the very small breakfast area. The room itself was very comfortable and consistent with Hampton Inns, 4.5 stars. There were a few small factors. There was no bathroom toilet paper holder. Not sure, but I would assume that part of the Reno is not complete. I was not on the highway side of the building. Road noise was not a problem in my 3rd floor room. The breakfast was somewhat limited. No milk, limited fruit, no breakfast bars or hand held options.

We arrived to find that they were having problems with their computer system. Not a big deal, and the lady at the front desk was doing her best to handle something out of her control. As we were checking in, we were told the elevator was out. Once again, not a big deal, but things are starting to stack up against a positive stay. Our room was located on the interstate side, and the road noise was impactful throughout the entire night. The next morning, there was little breakfast, and multiple items were broken and out of order. This place had good employees they just did not have the facility to match. If we had not been checking in so late, we would have moved hotels. Hopefully, they take this review as an opportunity to get better.
