Stay elsewhere. Firstly, I want to mention there is NO BREAKFAST. I put it in all caps so people are warned. It was part of why we chose this hotel, and despite it being on their website and that they have a sign and set up for it on the lobby, we had to ask to be told they don't offer it. Our room itself was mostly fine. The water pressure in the whole room was terrible. It made showering kind of difficult. The elevator had trash in it more than once. The service was awkwardly slow. When we asked for 4 more towels, they gave us 2 full size and 2 hand towels. We also tried to call in advance to confirm our booking and despite calling 10 times, the call was not answered 1 time. The facilities amenties were weird. The microwave burned a spot on the actual bag for the popcorn we made and the microwave sounded like it was going to break any second. Their elevator also made some concerning noises. There were small burn marks on the sheets and after how they handled everything else, I'm not confident in how clean things actually were.

This place was disgusting! There were bugs in the bathroom that scatter when the light comes on. There was no vent cover in the bathroom just a dusty hole in the wall. The toilet struggled to flush every time. The sink was clogged and backed up with every use. There were no blankets, the carpet was sticky. The whole place smelled of urine and stale smoke. There were the same people 2 days in a row just hanging out in thr lobby. Pot holea just waiting ro swallow your car. Only enough towels for 1 person. Oh and some hair tie left from the previous guest's.

The sheets had stains on them. There were several insects that I spotted throughout my stay. 2) My key card stopped working on the second day. The front desk was quick to replace it. One of the members of the cleaning staff also offered to let me in, which I declined. 3) Most of the ice machines on site were broken. As far as I could tell, only a single ice dispenser on the 3rd floor worked. 4) My internet stopped working in the middle of the afternoon. It was out for so long that I ended up setting up my own hotspot just to get some work done. 5) The hall windows were left open at all times, at least on the second floor. 6) Their website lists amenities including a complimentary breakfast (not offered) and a cafe (not present). I didn't even bother to see whether the advertised indoor pool, spa, or gym existed. None of the pictures on their site appear accurate at all, perhaps being taken from a different property. 7) When I brought this up with the front desk staff, I was told that the information was correct on all 3rd-party sites. When I insisted that their own website ought to be correct, I was told that the clerk had been "telling him" to change it for a long time. I would not have booked a room here if I had known any of this, and I will not stay here again.

The mattress was luxuriously comfortable. Nice staff. NO accs 2bd rm.The sheets were clean but threadbare. The top sheet had salad plate sized brown stains across the top. We viewed these with disbelief and were so tired that we decided not to have staff come in, tear our bed apart, and remake it. The pillows were really old but good enough. We slept just fine. SAFETY: the deadbolt wouldn’t stay locked. C’mon! One bedside lamp had an empty socket! Only one side of the bed had power to the plug-in sites and charging ports. The electric power on the opposite wall was non-existent meaning all attempts by staff to turn on the TV were futile. There also was no remote control for the TV. ACCESSIBILITY: was bare minimum. There was no transfer bench for the tub and no handheld shower available. Towels were provided for one person. The refrigerator blocked wheelchair access to the window side of the bed, the side with all the power. So we had to run the power cord for my friend’s scooter across the top of the mattress and tucked it between the mattress and the headboard in order to plug it in for the night. The same was true to charge her cell phone. The working ice machine was on the 3rd floor accessible by elevator. Breakfast is no longer served at this location as of October 1, 2024 and changes to that effect online had not been corrected. Even on the night when Taylor Swift was in town for a concert, the price 4 this hotel room, the lowest we could find, was too high at $110 USD.

The front door is broken and the bell to ring to notify the staff was missing. After waiting ten minutes another hotel guest opened the front door so I could enter. I then stood at the front desk waiting for the staff to show up. The entire place is filthy and in disrepair. It smells like a flop house. My room had tears in the box springs, dirt on the bathroom floor. The coffee maker still had a soggy used coffee pod in the top, floating in a pool of who knows how old tepid coffee water. There were trashy people yelling both inside the hotel and outside until late in the night. There was a guy passed-out on the stairs in the stairwell. I left after the first night, which was already one night longer than I should have stayed. This place is a dump with inattentive staff. Don’t waste your time or money.

Let me just say this they must be stealing pictures off online to pull you in ive never felt so unsafe in my life upon elevator opening there looked like bullet holes in the wall of the elevator and it just got worse from there it smelled all thru the hallway we arrive at our room and the window was completely broken there were bullet holes or random drill holes all thru the dresser, cigarette burn holes in the shower curtain mold and filth thruout the room i begged my hubby to take us down the street needless to say i will be disputing this with the bank for false advertising i photographed it all! BEWARE DRIVE ANOTHER 5 MILES UP!!

This property is being used as a least property for mostly low income it’s not advertise that way, and the place is poorly maintained, the room is super old and damaged all over the place as is the entire property, the police had to extract the lady two doors down for me one morning, the only positive thing is the AC worked. The water was generally warm, and the sheets were clean the other aspects of the property and Room are really deficient and not represented properly by Expedia.

The good: it's cheap, free parking, easy access to freeway, downtown and airport. The bad: all common areas smelled strongly of smoke (even though there are signs saying it's a smoke free property), lots of trash both inside and around the parking lot, lots of bugs, and just generally unclean. We switched rooms when we saw a cockroach in our room, and luckily they were able to move us. They also charged us the wrong rate (upon checkout they said they would issue a refund for the difference - but don't know yet). Also, the property and website both say they have complimentary breakfast, which was not the case any of the days we were there. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, so I would not recommend staying here!

Bed bugs

The hotel was in bad shape and in need of upkeep and cleaning. Bugs crawling on walls in the hallway, and the bathroom was disgusting. Almost every time we returned to our room, the keys had stopped working - once we had them replaced three times without them ever working, finally a member of staff had to come up and let us in. This kept happening. The pillows were small and not very comfortable, and one of the pillows had a hole in the pillowcase - when asked if we could maybe have an extra pillow or two, we were told "we don't have pillows". There was always a smell of marijuana in all the hallways. All in all a terrible experience, would not recommend anyone pick this hotel.

This hotel was not worth the price. I had to ask for a trash can and ice bucket. The hotel needs work and the room needed basic upkeep. The phone did not have a cord and there were roaches everywhere! Recommend staying somewhere else no matter how cheap the price!

It was dreadful,ROACHES found in my room my 2nd night there and no compensation, no washcloths only 1 large towel, no garbage can, floors dirty, no hot water in the shower, very run down hotel. I do not recommend this place at all. Side doors dont lock and then my bf left his wallet in the room and they already went in the room and tried to hide it in the bed sheets n mind you they didn't want to let him back in the room to look!!!!! I will add that the lady that checked me in was very nice but thats all that i will say!! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR I WILL NEVER GO FOR THE CHEAPEST EVER AGAIN!!!

The roaches are pretty bad.

I have never seen a hotel in such a state. So decrepit it seems like the hotel was shut down and now managed by people who walked in off the street. Filthy hotel, filthy rooms. No towels, broken faucet, brojen shower. Holes all over the walls. Garbage all over the parking lot.

I was very disappointed. The only clean area is the lobby. My hall way was littered with trash. My room was freezing cold and I turned the air down and the had to kill a "roach", so I turned the air back up. The toilet seat had to be held down so it would not fall off while using it and had burn marks on lid. I got double beds, the first bed when I sat down, almost came off the base, so I slept in the second bed. Room doors slamming through out the night til bout 3 am, and I barely got any sleep. I felt very unsafe and checked out immediately the next morning. I asked about a refund and was told to contact Expedia. I would like a refund of my money for Friday and Saturday night.

Roaches

I checked in to our room. Everything was dirty. Our sheets on the bed were dirty. The bath area was dirty. The carpet was dirty. You get the point. Its not in the nicest area of town. If the room was clean, i might have stayed. I checked out immediately.

I was given room 106. The room was dirty on appearance & had a smell. Window was broken & wouldn’t close. Had to force lock it but it shook everytime the wind blew. The door locks were removed on the inside.. and 1/2 beds were literally broken. Came in at 3 to sleep, sat on the bed and hit the floor… would not stay again.

No gym, air not working but they fixed it. Staff unconcerned

Upon arrival, my assigned room contained leftover food in the refrigerator; however, the staff promptly addressed this issue and provided an alternate room. While the replacement room was spacious and comfortable, the pillows were inadequate, and low water pressure hindered proper toilet flushing. Overall, the accommodations were satisfactory for a short stay, but I would not recommend it for extended visits.

Booked two queens. Was put in a room with two doubles that smelled of smoke even though this was advertised as non smoking. The carpet was disgusting, the floors were sticky, and there weren't any comforters on the beds, only sheets. They advised they were booked and that was the only room available. I attempted to get a refund from Expedia but the property denied it. Stay far away from this place.

The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were small and ranged from paper thin to concrete. It looked like there used to things attached to the walls but were poorly removed, and several light bulbs were missing.

When taking a shower the hot is cold at least in the room I was in

Adequate. TV did not work. Nothing great, nothing terrible.

Waited too long for service and I got skipped

Upon arrival to the room the clerk requested an additional check in fee that was not a part of the itinerary or mentioned during the process of booking the room. It’s not a problem to pay the extra but that should have been a part of booking agreement! As well as the clerk kept reading off a card number that was not mine and accusing us of not paying for the room! Never will stay here again!!!!

The girl checking me in lied and said my card was locked when i tried paying the deposit and i had to call my mom at almost 11 at night to have her pay it just to call my card company for them to say the check out lady was entering my expiration date incorrectly

I still haven't received my deposit back 4 days later

No staff at the desk. Had to wait 15 min. Room was clean but had only one towel. Hallways and lobby smelled of weed and approach to both front and back was worse.

There were bugs in the room. The police were called while we were checking in for a drug or domestic violence situation. We didn’t feel safe here, and won’t go back. There was not a breakfast provided. The young man at the front desk was the bright spot, they were very friendly and helpful.

Horrifying. Do not spend the money. I get that you get what you pay for, but this was not worth it. I waited 2 hours just to check in.

Well it was going ok till they said we had to pay $50.00 depoist and we didnt see anything about it. And we didnt have and we never got a key or in a room. We want a refund its $60.48

Nothing against the person who work the day on the hotel. But this person make it so difficult to have my service dog in there and wanted to charge $30 like she was a regular pet. I felt discriminate with my service dog and I had to call Expedia to help me to sort it out the situation other wise, I was going to get charge extra $30 and it would not even be worth the deal from Expedia. I was also charge $50 deposit that it supposed to get back in my card after 3-5 business days. I haven't seen the return back but I'll give them 2 more days. In case this hotel won't give me my money back, they are just going to be in my horrible list that never come back to this place ever and I don't recommend this place if you are a person who is allergic to dust or have bad allergies cause the heat/ac machine smells like mold.

Sketchy people lurking outside and in. Room wasn't the greatest. And no towels to shower if I wanted to get a shower.

Check in was easy and simple, area around property was nice with many food options. Front desk staff were very welcoming. Will be back for my next trip.

Walking into the lobby I was confronted by the smell of urine and mildew. Thinking it may have been confined to the lobby, I rode the plywood floored elevator to the fourth floor, and when it opened there was a new attack on my olfactory senses. This time it wasn't just urine and mold, this was more like sausage vomit and hot garbage boiled in Chinese restaurant dumpster juice.

Area did not feel safe for my wife and children. We left before our stay was over and just went to a better place even though we lost the $$ for those remaining nights. Heater had 1inch separation from the wall allowing bugs in. Refrigerator did not work. Derelict cars in the parking lot. It is mainly a place for long term tenants not a great place for travelers.

The first night a person was shot in front of my window! The accommodation is full of beetles and dirty!

They stay was ver disappointing. We pu k this place for the breakfast and there was NO breakfast. The rooms spelled musty and everything was dingy. All but one i e machine was broke. Only o e that worked was on 3rd floor. Over all not to happy will never ho ther or recommend it to anyone.

Your site false advertised this hotel! No refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. Ice machine in building didnt work. Cigarette burn makrks all over tub n sink. Vent fan in bathroom hanging from wall. As a cheap hotel I guess you get what you asked for. * Started off by having to wait about 5 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check me in. * When they took my card I was informed that there was a $50 room deposit required ($100 for more than 2 days) - I opted to provide cash since it would take about 14 days to get it refunded to my card. * The room looked nice enough. Large bed, fridge, microwave, tv. * It was a non-smoking room but there were burn marks on the tub and a very slight smell of smoke by the bed. Neither was severe enough to complain about so I let it slide. * The bed had decent sheets and was reasonably comfortable. * Just before going to bed I noticed the smoke detector was ripped off the wall, literally. I didn't feel like changing rooms so I just hoped there wouldn't be an emergency. * In the morning I went to the breakfast area for a snack before leaving, but it was empty. I checked with the front desk and they said they no longer serverd breakfast, even though the websites said they did. * If you have low expectations you won't be disappointed.

The first night I laid down and a bug crawled across the sheets. It was the first of many during our stay. We were told there was breakfast, but when we went down, there was two kinds of cereal and very little milk. When we asked the staff about these problems, they just shrugged it off. Avoid this one!
