On the website it advertises parking - and allows you to pay ahead. However the garage doesn't belong to the hotel. When we got there it was full. The only reason we chose this hotel was to be next to Lucas Oil Stadium. Ended up parking over a mile away.

Had problem that was addressed to management about nosey room at 1:30 am. Very disappointed with situation. Manager did handle appropriately! Looking to have a reimbursement done as we did not sleep well that night. Also, the spa/hot tub was closed which was very disappointing. We were looking to take advantage Saturday night.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. When we checked in the woman at the front desk was less than welcoming. Having to deal with her several times during our stay, she was rude, short and not friendly. We found a pair of dirty underwear near the bed, which is completely unacceptable. If my kids could find them, there is no reason a cleaning crew couldn’t find them. I had to call several times for towels, which never showed up. We also didn’t have our room cleaned 2 days in a row, which we asked to have cleaned multiple times. Again, the cleaning crew skipped our room. We witnessed a child vomit in the pool area, the next day and day after that, it was still on the floor, so the pool area is not being cleaned either. The breakfast area was dilapidated and dirty, there was no way I’d even let my dog eat there. We will not be returning, and I will be reaching out to corporate.

Was glad they had a room last minute but the bathroom had dirty towels hanging on the shower curtain from the previous guests, shower looked dirty, and there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Rest if the room was Okay. AC Thermostat didnt work on the wall, but was able to use the controls at the unit.

Hotel could use some help with cleanliness. Hotel room: bathroom was dirty, toilet stains- nasty and yellow, worst never that I’ve seen. Only 3 towels, could at least have 4 in the bathroom. Shower and sink clogs up and drains slowly. When asking the front desk for Kleenex there was none because all supplies were with housekeeping. Bed had hair on bedsheets, questioning cleanliness. Coffeemaker didn’t work to well.

The hotel was nice and clean. The parking garage was broken so finding parking was difficult the first day. The keycards kept malfunctioning. The room was great, not as quiet as we would have hoped. It seems the locals use the road in front of the hotel as a drag strip between the hours of midnight and 2am. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The location is also really good-close to lots of restaurants and event centers.

From the beginning of pulling into the parking lot, until leaving, it was a great experience. The workers outside that were on break gave us the information we needed on parking and were very courteous. The front desk agents were so kind and patient and very accommodating. The room was so comfortable and clean, we wanted to move in. Thank you and look forward to staying here again.

I didn’t like how we had reservations for 2 nights, ended up not coming the first night, came to check in the 2nd night only for them to tell us they cancelled our reservation. Never contacted us or anything, just cancelled it and then told us they were sold out. This was AFTER waiting in line 25 minutes just to check in because they only had one guy working the desk for check in of a sold out night (colts-bears game). Ridiculous. I booked this months ago as a surprise for my husband. Horrible customer service, horrible service. We will NEVER go to this location.

It took nearly an hour to check in. A gentleman in front of us had been there 30 minutes before we arrived. There was only 1 girl working the desk and she had to deal with a huge bus trying to park. The back parking lot had 2 cargo trucks taking up 12 spaces. The TV reception was HORRIBLE!! Like it was buffering the whole time. No matte what time. The girl working did comp us breakfast and parking for our trouble checking in. She was absolutely wonderful and did the best she could do. She was just SEVERELY understaffed.

I was charged twice for the stay. When I checked in, I told them that I had booked and paid for it already on the Expedia app, but I guess they decided to go ahead and charge me again, regardless. Very upset will not be going back to this establishment again when I checked out and told them that I had noticed the charge, the associate at the counter said there was nothing he could do about it, and that a manager would reach out to me later. I have yet to hear from this manager.

When I wasn’t able to sleep at 2:00am I went outside to smoke a cigarette and when re entering I had to be “buzzed”in by the front desk and I told the attendant I appreciated the security that they had in place, I was shocked that her reply was”maybe you should just go back to the party you came from” . I had not been partying or even drinking I simply couldn’t sleep, so to say the least I don’t reply to her and went back up to my room.. VERY RUDE AND UNCALLED FOR.. Not Professional at al

The hotel was clean and comfortable with nice amenities and friendly staff. It is downtown so a very convenient location. I was walking distance (about 25 min) from the Canal area and had a very nice roof top dinner at the Social View. That said if it was not for that a walked during daylight hours, I would not recommend walking this area at night; a short drive or Uber ride would be a safer option if before dawn or after dusk.

Breakfast area is too small; guests are looking into each other eyes to find a free space to sit down. There is plenty of dining space right behind it, but the personnel do not open it for some reason. Handing tickets to the personnel while you are trying to catch a free table and fill your coffee and plate is a mess.

Bed was great and so was the shower. If you need a place for a good nice sleep and a nice shower this will work. The hotel was dirty: halls, elevators, and lobby. Breakfast is $9 and its not good. The place is worn and dated. It was just ok given the price.

Just returned with a group of Browns fans. The stadium was across the street. Parking garage super close as well as an easy walk to bars and restaurants. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Andrew was amazing to work with prior to checking in and at hotel too. The breakfast was great too and the nice gentleman who took care of everything for breakfast was fantastic. We all had an amazing stay and as a veteran travel agent I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hot tub was cold, the breakfast was terrible and the rooms have low quality lighting. The hotel charges for parking; however, the parking lot is not gated or have any higher security for what I would expect for having to pay $25 for parking.
