Front office was pleasant but our room wasn't. We checked in and within 45 minutes we checked out and drove to another hotel. Broken toilet seat, bathtub stained with something pink or red, half empty pop bottles under edge of the bed, desk chair had all sorts of stuff on it. As well as the entertainment center and desk obviously hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Dead bugs on the floor and stains on the bedspread. Parking lot has huge potholes and trash scattered everywhere. And absolutely no Refund. Best Western is definitely worth driving a few extra miles and paying a couple extra dollars!

the adage, You get what you pay for is sure true here! Very economical no frills place. They are fixing it up, lots of fresh paint over damaged woodwork and walls to make it look better. Our tub had a crack in it and water drained somewhere under the tub. We told them, they knew about it but still let customers use the room. They will have something big to repair when they take that tub out! Pool is not functioning. All that said, it was fine for us, we were attending a conference and were gone from 7am to 10pm. All we really needed was a bed, it was comfortable and we saved $$. Not much nearby, A small conveniece store in a gas station, a Subway and a liquor store, that's it. Easy on and off the interstate to get to meetings. Breakfast was coffee, juice and muffins. Coffee tasted good.

Starting off the lady at front desk was rude when got to the room looked ok at first glance however when I walked to the bathroom the slide was spongy and could feel that the floor was not solid, the lamp shade next to the bed appears to have dried blood on it? I bumped into the bed leaning the next morning and the bed moved over a bit and the floor underneath the bed was covered in BLACK MOLD. Lastly there is no breakfast there is a breakfast room but it is used for storage as seen through windows. Also the pool is closed. Do not stay here

We got in later than expected and got a king suite. The size of the 'suite' is the size of a normal room. I asked for a roll away and di not recieve it. Thank god we had a playpen with us. The sheets were stained and when i called i was told housekeeping wasnt there and id have to wait till morning. Gross. It looked like a blood stain that was just washed and not treated. There was gunk on the counters, mirror, and phone. Dead bugs on the floors. A toothbrush left on top of the shower too. It was very noisy. Hearing people outside late at night and then hearing the traffic from the freeway. We booked for 2 nights and stayed 1. They did refund us for the 2nd night thankfully. They dress it up on line to make it look nice with newer furniture and decor, but its not a nice place. There is also no elevaotor. Stairs only. Seems like more of a trucker spot honestly. Go across the street to the nicer hotel or down the street even.

This property was right next to the highway at eye level. There were people constantly casing the parking lot and the hotel across the street. We noticed a kid roaming the parking lot, he kept looking up toward us and acting like he was texting. This kid walked up and tried to walk in our room as we were standing there. (He saw the door was cracked) This caused us to stay on alert all weekend.

I paid for two nights but found other accommodations after one, even though they wouldn’t refund my second night. The first room had bedding strewn all over the room so I assumed it just hadn’t been cleaned yet. The second was pretty bad but the bed was made and towels were new. There were dead bugs on the floor, stains on the bedding, the sink was clogged, no working WiFi or tv channels, unclean toilet, hair in the bath tub and hair dryer, and nails pointing out of the wall by the bed. The nonsmoking room I booked also smelled like urine and cigarettes. This motel has a different name on Yelp or I would have been more aware when booking. I don’t like giving bad reviews but future guests need to know what they’re getting into here.

Saw cockroach and the sheets and bedspreads were stained terribly - tub was dirty and had bugs in it and there was some kind of nasty brown stuff smeared on the bathroom wall - left quickly , went to desk to ask for refund - told me no and he would give me another room - i said if one has roaches then others do - he refused my refund and told me to leave the property - very rude

The hotel was very dirty. The room smelt very bad. It took me 3 rooms to find one that smelled ok to be there to sleep. The rooms had many dirty marks on the furniture, the tub, and sink. The TV remote did not work unless you were 1 foot away. The furniture was in bad shape. The tub had mold on the caulking and was in need of repair. The walkway's and steps needed repair and had garbage thrown around. Also the hotel had people living there full time that smoked a lot. Over all this was a very disappointing stay at a run down hotel.

The room was decent & fairly clean, however the floors needed to be deep cleaned badly. Walking around barefoot left terrible black marks on the bottom of our feet. Water pressure was great. The shower curtain rod was tilted so the shower curtain did not close all the way. The toilet seat constantly shifted like it wasn’t attached properly. I also still haven’t gotten my security deposit back and it’s been a week and a half. They say my card “isn’t allowing them to refund it” however I’ve had multiple deposits with no problems. I’ve called multiple times but they don’t seem to be very interested in returning my deposit.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Hair in the bathtub, hair in the sheets, crusty white dunk around the drains. Was offered a different room and it was the same. Very skeevy parking area, appears to be some people's home, should be listed as an apartment building. The only NICE part about the place was the main desk attendant RAM, WHO WAS NOT SHOCKED AT ALL THAT I immediately cancelled the reservation and went elsewhere.

The room was dirty, and even though it was a non smoking room, it had a very strong cigarette smell. The photos were extremely misleading (we thought it would be modern, nice and clean and it was the complete opposite). We couldn’t even stay for the night. We got there, spent 45 minutes or so and checked out.

Very dirty. Blood stains on the bed. Bugs everywhere. Dead flys on the bed. Cigarette burns on the bedsheets. Bug infestation outside the door. It is very clear they don't care at all about cleaning the place. Big regrets coming to this place, the only thing they have going on is that it is cheap. You pay for what you get. I will never come back to this place again. I left my stay early to sleep in the airport instead of spending another minute in that wasteland.

Key didn’t work even after getting a new one, sheets have been STAINED since I checked in, the ‘new’ ones given to me yesterday were also stained, bag on the fire extinguisher, the fridge and clock were both unplugged, the sink stopper doesn't work, the toilet has flooded twice, MOLD in the showers, and my room wasn't cleaned when I got here. Dirty, loud, unprofessional manager and front desk receptionist, health hazards, fire hazards, the door didn’t even wanna stay closed after closing it. Checked out a day early because I couldn’t handle it, the key not working to the health hazards, I expect at least a partial refund but I’m also in the process of talking to Wyndham hotels and the Health Department.

Adequate hotel if you're just looking for a place to rest your head and minimal amenities. The fridge in my room didn't work. The driveway leading up to the parking lot was very torn up and in dire need of repair. The view isn't anything to write home about. Lots of car noise from the main street, mostly revving and screeching. Do NOT eat at the nearby Waffle House even though it's walking-distance. I did and got sick for a few days. Take the drive to better selections closer to downtown. Overall, a very "meh" stay.

My plan for my stay was to study until my event the next day. However, there was no desk, no chair, and poor lighting because the electric outlet at the bedside table was disconnected. I had to use the bed as a desk and the shower chair as a chair to do my work. There was no place to hang up clothes and no drawers. Every hotel should provide a chair because no one wants to conduct all activities sitting on their bed. This is the third Wyndham hotel I stayed in that lacked minimum conveniences. If it is because of a lower rate, I would prefer to pay a little more and have a few more comforts.

The first room on the ground floor we got had electrical problem with light switch and lamps by the bed. We were quickly given a new room on the second floor. Room was clean but bathtub had what looked like cigarette burns.

Hotel has clearly been recently renovated. Bed was comfortable but the room was very small. Most distressing was the lack of cleanliness. End table by the bed which was the only other furniture had sticky residue on top. Bathroom counter and tub really needed a good scrubbing. The towels smelled clean but had plenty of stains. Regular bleaching would be a good idea as no one wants to see a dirty handprint on their supposedly clean towel. If it had been clean, I would stay there again. But based on my experience with the towels and bathroom, I will avoid in the future.

The staff was a bit bland. The manager tried to charge me extra numerous times for miscellaneous amenities that should have been included. The room was not clean at all. There was hair in the shower dirt and dust on the floors. Toilet was not properly cleaned. If your looking for a cheap place to sleep in Indiana then go for it if not I would not recommend this location. I stayed here for a business trip and although it did the job as the bed was comfortable and the water did run hot I would not wish this place on anyone. I hate to sound this way but at bare minimum the cleaning aspect should have been to par. I think people know what there getting here as I did. But there’s a difference between a place being low end and just dirty. There is not reason an affordable stay means you have to deal with filth. None the less on a scale from 1-10 I give this location a rough 4 and that’s pushing it. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 is because they did have cable, the bed was comfortable and they had working vending machines.

Incredibly friendly staff and accommodating. Can recommend for those needing a cheap room. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Backside of the hotel had a number of folks, "hanging out"...did not care to stay there, so they moved me around front and were very nice. I would stay again.

Do not believe the photos!!! The property is rundown, dirty, and unkept. The rooms are dirty and gross. When we checked in, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned and had dirty towels hanging, etc. This business is dishonest and does not take customer safety or issues seriously. Good luck if you have any issues as they won’t help you. Expedia was warned these photos are false.

I had a situation (my car caught a flat, so we stayed with the car overnight), but I had left things there after we checked in. The next morning, I called, and they put my bag up and returned it with everything in it. The staff was super helpful and nice.

We were given a room that had not finished being cleaned so housekeeping came in when we were gone they finished cleaning it without our knowledge but then our key card got deactivated so my husband had to walk from the 3rd floor to the office at midnight.

The floors were dirty and the area was sketchy. No one came to clean the room or replace towels. Staff was rude and impatient. Check out is at 11am and starting from 10:30 onwards, we received several knocks on our door trying to rush us out of the room. 30 mins prior to check out. They even tried to open the door while i was getting dressed. Luckily it was locked.

Stayed for Indy 500 weekend. Prices are always inflated that weekend. Should be worth less than $100 a night on a regular weekend and should be even during Indy. The mirror next to the bed had footprints and other smudges on it; there was hair in the bathtub. Shoe print on the bedsheet, dead bugs hanging in the corner by the sink. The stairwell, outside and parking lot had a lot of trash. We tried to save money, but we wouldn’t stay again and it felt borderline unsafe.

Our room was quite dirty upon our arrival. It had an unpleasant odor as well. The floors were dirty and had not been swept or mopped, stains on towels and sheets, general dust and dirt everywhere. Staff did housekeeping once during our stay and did not leave any trash bags one they left. When I called the front desk and asked for some, they were never brought to my room. Hotel says breakfast is provided, but all they had was muffins and juice.

Decent value for the price. Rooms are tiny for 4 adults. I didn’t know the rooms were outside entrances like a motel. Website listed breakfast included. They only had blueberry muffins, coffee, tea, and juice.

Well was not at all happy that we made sure to book a place that included breakfast . Went down for breakfast 1st morning and there wasnt any. Only coffee or juice. 2nd morning same thing but had like8 very small muffins alk blueberry flavored , some of the packages were already opened with muffins missing. Very disappointed. Definitely would have chose another hotel had we known they were lying about brealfast being included.

Very out dated. The air conditioner was very loud. Bathroom not clean. No real breakfast just a muffin and coffee. Would not recommend this place
