The facility was very clean. The parking lot had plenty of lighting and cameras. The breakfast buffet was really amazing, with lots of choices and it was delicious. Very impressed with the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Terrible stay, booked for state fair as always. Arrived Wed pm and 4:23AM Friday morning my truck was stolen. AFTER one last week was stolen and they never said a word they were having security issues. Had they said something I would have not stayed there. Not only did their lack of security and carelessness cause my my diesel truck which left us no way to haul livestock home but also caused me to lose all the contents of my truck and severe issues. All they thought that was worth was one free evening which we didnt stay.

All very good except there was only one working elevator

Hotel was extremely overcrowded because of sports weekend. Understandable and the staff did a great job keeping up with food demands, even though it was impossible to find a place to sit down. The pool is entirely too small to accommodate a hotel of that size. We also had to pay three times as much as what we usually spend to stay there. We could not use the pool or hot tub because it usually had about 25 to 30 kids in it.

Wonderful and very clean hotel with free daily breakfast and free daily simple dinner sampling and drink. The only thing I was slightly unhappy about was that the pool and hot tub were constantly busy.

Nice staff, clean hotel, comfy bed and pillows. Pool is a little small (but also half inside and half outside, which is why the inside feels small). Only real issue was the AC was loud and turned on and off loudly all night as it cycled through. Otherwise very happy with our stay and we’d stay again.

Not enough parking. For whatever reason, the elevators were always super slow; perhaps need another bank of elevators? Breakfast area was way too crowded and clearly is not able to accommodate the amount of people. Breakfast staff was excellent.

They need ti care about the property i am sick and have been bit by bugs

The room layout was good, but there was a weird smell and there was mold on the underside of the sofa bed. The staff was amazing though and helped us through a really tough day.

Management and workers were very friendly. Wonderful clean room. Easy checkin. The happy hour is great. A different menu with soup each night, and we loved 3 free drinks per person per night. My biggest complaint is the breakfast was basically the same every morning. We were there for 5 days and 4 nights. There was some variation but having the same potatoes and sausage got old quickly. Slices of bacon would've been nice. I would definitely stay here again.

I chose this hotel because of it's location and excellent reviews. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The staff was friendly and attentive, which was great! The lobby was clean and well decorated. Unfortunately, it reeked of marijuana. I know that the hotel cannot control the habits of it's clientele, however, the odor was definitely unexpected and unwelcomed. The odor also extended into the elevators and our hallway. Our room was decorated well, however, there were a few things that could have used some attention. Overall, the room was clean, however, the couch appeared worn and the lamp shades were loose. The bathroom was the most disappointing aspect of the room. It didn't appear to be cleaned very well. The corners of the floor were dirty, and their were stains on the wall paper. They had tried to clean some of the stains, but they were still visible. The towels and bed sheets had a rough texture to them. I appreciate that they were cleaned and most likely bleached, but they were not soft and comfortable. The free hot breakfast was very good, and the attendants were friendly and helpful. If I return to this area in the future, I'm not certain if I would stay at this hotel again.

This could possibly be the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I thought Drury Inn was more of an upscale hotel chain, but man this location was bad. First of all, the service was great. Quick check-in, nice people who were accommodating of our issues. Problem 1- one of our five rooms hadn't been cleaned or beds made. We checked in at 5pm, two hours after the normal start. Problem 2- another of our rooms reeked of mold (the front desk did get us another room) Problem 3- one of the two elevators was out, which I don't necessarily blame the hotel for but I heard someone comment that it has been out for awhile. On a very busy night for the hotel, it took forever to use the elevator. Problem 4- the eating area floor for breakfast hadn't been cleaned. Food on the floor, crushed pretzels, etc. Redeeming quality... one of the best hotel breakfasts I've been to. I've always thought Drury Inn was priced too high for me to stay at and if this is the quality that is expected, I'll never book another stay at one.

Cleanliness of the whole establishment, very friendly staff, everything met my expectations.

It nice place, we comfortable room relax we are on vacation. One thing the problem of refigastore is not good because it not real enough strong cold during we put pop and juice already warm not cold not right.

Everything was good except my room (even number) was on the highway side in the middle and heard traffic noise all night long.

Room needs some updating and renovating. Seems like more has been done with the lobby and breakfast room. Very strange that the outdoor pool was open? That added some noise to my room.

The hotel and the people were very nice, but the rooms are quite dated. In particular, the sink didn't drain very well, the plug wasn't working, one of my pet peeves!

The room was clean just was not what I asked for! The room I picked on Expedia was much bigger and had a Jet! I paid the price for a Jacuzzi but got an average room with a king size bed. Not satisfied with an Average room at the amount I paid!

We always look first for a Drury Inn when we are traveling for several reasons. The Indianapolis North was perhaps a little older and smaller than inns we have stayed at in the past. The meal options weren't as bountiful and there were less room amenities such as lotion in the bathroom. The heat/AC was old style and noisy. However, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were wonderful as were the pillows. Service was great and friendly. Check in was fast. We enjoyed a great night's sleep and would stay again.

We love Drury Inn & Suites! My only complaint about this location was the highway noise in our room. We stayed on the 4th floor facing the highway and it was pretty noisy.

My brother, nephew, and I were in town following the sudden death of my nephew (my brother's son, my traveling nephew's baby brother) at 43. The hotel got us rooms close together on the same floor. Alana was the kindest hotel employee I've ever met. When my brother and his wife checked in, then my nephew and his husband after me, she had sympathy cards, gift cards, and discounted room rates waiting. We were simply stunned, in the best way possible. The hotel overall was also very welcoming of my nephew's dog who had traveled with them by car from south Florida. Truly a remarkable experience. Thank you!

The manager was very accommodating and attentive to our needs asking if we needed anything at breakfast and again at front desk, asking if food was ok or if we needed anything. We needed cart and one was not available and she found one for us

We arrived late in the evening, but Alana, the girl who checked us in was amazingly friendly and helpful. This was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in.

Had THE BEST staff I’ve ever had at a hotel. So friendly and upbeat. Always acknowledging you and actually having conversations. Even knew my little by name. So clean. Breakfast was amazing the days we were there. I highly highly recommend this hotel! If I ever need one and the same area I will definitely choose this one.

Beds were comfortable. Nice sized suite and kitchen. Clean. Good price. Access to the highway and plenty of restaurants nearby. Quiet and pet friendly. Very nice and professional staff in all areas!! I will be staying here again!

The hotel was right across the street fro Community North Hospital complex with a traffic light at its exit to eliminate stress. I didn’t realize dinner and breakfast were included with Drury Inn and Suites. The room was quiet and clean.

My daughter and I stayed to attend a concert in Lafayette. We were pleasantly surprised at how great the accommodations were. Convenient to the highway and local shopping. Beds were super comfy and room clean. Great service.

This is a well managed property however the highway next to the property is under construction and the equipment and back up alarms start very early in the morning so if your room faces the highway it is very noisy. Don't plan on sleeping past 6:30 or 7:00 am!

I booked the Drury Inn as a last minute trip for my daughter (age 13) and I to join my husband in Indianapolis for the Indy 500. The hotel was on the quiet side and full of families. No rowdiness. Complimentary breakfast and dinner. Three complimentary cocktails for adults from 5:30 to 7:00 daily with room reservation. Who doesn't like a free snack and beverage?!? Being from the Chicago area, this was a small hotel (8 floors with several suites on each floor). I felt safe walking to the pool and dining area alone. I did like that all doors were locked and keys were required to enter the hotel after 10. Pool was clean and open till 11PM. Rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean. Beds were comfortable and the shower had ample water pressure. IYKYK Microwave and refrigerator in room. This hotel is in the Castleton area which is on the northeast side of Indianapolis. The Drury is about 25 minutes from the Indianapolis Speedway and downtown attractions. The Fashion Mall at Keystone Crossing is 4 miles away (15 minutes tops) and has plenty of great restaurants and shopping. There is a Walgreens less than a mile from the hotel for those emergency situations. There is a hospital directly across the street. A great stay! We will be back.

Easy parking and accessible near Indianopolis. Clean rooms. Did not really try the breakfast option or restaurant.

Overall happy with hotel. Right across from hospital and next to interstate and construction sonit was noisy with ambulance sirens and vehicles.

The area of the hotel is extreme noisey from nearby highway traffic. The hotel staff and amenities were excellent.

Was wonderful, did not expect a dinner, so was surprised It was excellent, so was breakfast the next morning, was surprised they had my favorite wine for dinner.

The included food and drinks is excellent and really enhances the value of staying here.

Kick back was fantastic with full healthy dinner. Breakfast not as good. Bananas over ripe and oranges not the best. Lots of other choices. Would go back again if price competitive.

Clean and had 2 hours for dinner and drinks for free with the stay only thing bad was the construction on the road beside the hotel

Spring break and they had some issues with pop machine and popcorn machine. The lines for beverages at dinner was way too long. The staff did all they could do to keep up but they had several mishaps with a very busy big crowd.

Dinner and drinks in evening are Great Breakfast is Great! Advertised at popcorn and drinks available and it was good popcorn but quit making around 8??? But everything else was wonderful. Thank you
