Hotel was nice. Very clean. But at checkout their were several extra fees (resort fee, etc) and their isn’t even a pool. I paid in advance and had a $62 balance at check in, according to the app. But it ended up being $176 at checkout. This was not clear when checking in. No room service or amenities were used. So it ended up being $300+ per night…

This hotel was very nice! It had a lot to offer with bars, restaurant, store with deli and snacks, and a coffee shop. This is how a hotel should be. Being able to get food, a drink and a latte without having to go out and find it all means a lot! Our hotel room was also very clean which makes it so much easier to relax in. Thank you!!

Very upscale looking hotel at an affordable price. Parking is a little complex, they pack the parking lot like sardines so it can be hard to pull out of some spots as they park other cars behind. Overall was a great stay. Quiet, comfy and fun, and conveniently walkable.

Marriott fails to inform anyone prior to staying that there is a $57.00 fee to park your car nightly and that the M CLUB extra purchase that you can upgrade your room to is only valid Monday thru Friday morning. if you are staying for the weekend do not get a room with M club perks you will be paying for nothing special. I feel I spent an extra $300 for my 3 day stay that I should not have . Ice is only available on a select few floors, make sure you request a floor with an ice machine, and my wife was not happy with the lighting in our bathroom for make up but that could have been just our room

The location was the main factor for us to book this hotel. The staff was kind and courteous from check-in to check-out. The only downside we found was that someone had left socks and t-shirts in the drawers-signifying that perhaps these weren't cleaned before we arrived.

Our room was very clean and well appointed and it was very close to everything we wanted to do! We walked everywhere. HOWEVER, the bed was the worst bed we have EVER slept on! First of all, it was so close to floor. We could have overlooked that but it so was soft and lumpy and it sagged in the middle! We slept very little last night because the bed was so uncomfortable. Honestly, the night before we stayed in a hotel that was 1/2 the price of this hotel and the bed was super comfy!

The room was spacious and comfortable. I must have missed, when I booked online, that there was no refrigerator in the room - that was a little inconvenient for us but we made do. Everything else was great! Plus, we had a fantastic view of Lucas Oil Stadium!

The hotel was very nice! Guest services, especially KoKo, were super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and we had a great view. The only downside was the bed; it wasn’t as comfortable as I would’ve liked. Other than that, everything else was great!

Our room was clean and nice. It was close to our event and easy to walk to various attractions. Our only issue was the ac wasn’t working real well and the room was hot and stuffy. We had trouble falling asleep due to the heat. In the morning we were awakened at 6:00 am by the extremely loud construction right outside our window. Not the best nights sleep.

We had a great stay at Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. Check in was a breeze and was able to get into a room before check in time. My request for late check out was granted by Jossie who also gladly accepted our bags for safekeeping after we checked out. Jossie is a wonderful asset of Marriott. She exemplifies high quality customer care.

When I checked into the property I had reserved a king room. They told me they had overbooked and asked if I would take a queen room. I agreed then the desk clerk told me she found a king room. Upon checking in and receiving my digital key I went to the room and opened the door only to find the room full of people's belongings and someone taking a shower. It was an unpleasant situation

Check in line was long. No rooms clean at 4 pm. Was almost 5 pm before making to the room. Had to stand in the same long check in line 2 times and check in twice. If room wasn’t clean still give me keys so don’t have to stand in long lines to recheck in.

Informed hotel that I’d be arriving at 5:30a after taking the red eye from California (paid for the previous evening to ensure I would have a room). When I tried checking in at 5:30a, hotel’s system was down and I could not check in. Took 1.5 hours until system was up and I could check in. I needed the room immediately as I was exhausted. I was told that my room for the previous evening would be comped since I couldn’t immediately check in. Unfortunately, I was charged for the room and when I had Hotels.com call the hotel to have the room credited back to my credit card, the hotel wouldn’t do it.

Traveled to Indianapolis for the Eucharistic Revival being held at the Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium. This Marriott was PERFECT! I only had to walk over the skywalk to get to the Convention Center, and Lucas Oil Stadium was close by as well! LOVED OUR STAY IN INDY!!!

This is a super convenient hotel, close to Lucas Oil Stadium, Indiana Convention Center & Circle Centre Mall. Rooms were clean & updated, hotel atmosphere was great with plenty of space to hang out with friends, and the hotel restaurant was fantastic.

Beautiful hotel lobby! Would definitely stay here again! Conner’s had amazing lemon buttermilk pancakes and the bartender at Rye Bar made the best old fashioneds!! Conveniently located. Great welcoming staff. Clean and updated rooms.

Everything was good. Except at 6am and very loud metal sound woke us up. It continued on and off for 1 1/2 hours! Also, we originally went to the wrong Marriott and had to pay TWICE-for parking even though it was only 10-15 minutes while in the wrong parking garage in the JW Marriott . Ww didn’t get much sympathy for either issue.
