Beautiful property! Staff is so friendly, loved the little cafe. They had great coffee. The room was very nice. Super comfy bed. Nice shower. Valet parking is a nice feature. The only thing we didn’t care for was the pool. Too small, but was a nice, clean area with lots of towels.

Great property. Really enjoyed our stay. The pool and gym are lackluster to say the least. I've seen better at highway exit hotels. Room was very spacious, one window was filled with moisture and mold. Pre check-in requests (extra pillow, linens) were not fulfilled, but they quickly addressed it. Somehow they still use dish TV, so during a rainy weekend there was no TV service unless you link your phone to the wifi and cast to the TV. They offer free wifi if you sign up for their loyalty program (which I did) but did not get free wifi (can't wait to get 3 emails a week for the rest of my life now from Omni). Ended up buying the $9.95 per day wifi so I could watch my OWN subscriptions on the TV.... While staying in a 'Plaza Suite'. Really surprising this day in age, and especially at an Omni property. Felt a little like being at a motel advertising "AC, color TV, wifi, and cable". Parking is absurd. $60 a night for them to park in the garage across the street. You can park in the garage yourself for $30 a day, but need to trek up through the construction zone of the now definct circle center mall, then across the street to get back. The skywalk tunnel is closed if you take it across from the hotel to the mall (no sign alerting you to this until you waste the time to get all the way to the door). Lobby bar is nice and well equipped. Bartender on the second night was like a cartoon of the terrible people you hear about from the "me too" movement (curly haired white guy 40s)

I usually love staying at the Omni but there is a lot of construction going on in that area right now. Super inconvenient and noisy. It will be nice when all the construction is finished inside and outside. The new bar was nice and had a nice selection.

We had an amazing stay. Within walking distance to so many amazing restaurants. Valet parking was 66.00 a night, with no other options of parking. This caught us off guard. In house restaurant had great experience there.

The Omni is fancy and lovely as always, with excellent staff. The prices can be high in the hotel bar and restaurant. The bar was comfortable and felt swanky, with friendly and professional staff. In contrast, the restaurant isn't fancy, more of a cafeteria than a restaurant, though I enjoyed the train theme. At $68 per day, valet parking was priced sky high. With Circle Centre in disrepair and all but closed, the Omni doesn't have the shopping or dining options it once had, and the nearby streets didn't feel very safe at night.

The room was very clean and the bed so oh so comfy. The staff was very nice and professional. The coffee shop right off the lobby was very convenient and good. The parking was expensive ... at the time of our stay, there was a lot of construction but that was okay..the noise was minimal. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Outdated property. The rooms are small and outdated. The floor was not vaccumed well since there was a fake fingernail found on the carpet. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Great service. Room was outdated. Bathroom was renovated and nice but no towel racks to hang towels to dry. There was only one hook and back of door. That’s it. Overall good stay. The cafe downstairs is pricey for the serving size. Anyway, it was good enough for us staying to watch our daughter compete in DCI World Championships. But, probably won’t stay there again for that price.

Staff was nice . Bugs in first room n i was so excited because it was one of the loft suites . But cant do bugs . Different floor n elevator up to other suite . Great tub. Pillows were had bodily stains - i pack a black light. No bugs in this room. Room smelled terrible of cigarettes. Curtains were messed up from people not understanding they are button press not pull down by hand , is my guess - the wiring is noticeable- poor contract work on what seems to be a revamp of the place … im not construction n i could see that

Overall our stay was fantastic, the view from the balcony was breathtaking and the room itself was perfect. The only thing was and I can’t call it a complaint, more of an annoyance. Whenever we would take a shower, water would leak from the bottom of the shower and we would have to put towels around the toilet. Despite this me and my wife will be back to stay in the same room next year. Thank you so much!

Air conditioning wasn’t working in the first room we were in nor the toilet, so we had to be moved to a second room which they assured us. The air conditioning was working. It two did not have good air conditioning and we were having to use a fan all night long. The management compensated us with a $50 gift card for breakfast, however, I think they should’ve compensated us for the whole evening. Thank you.

Great downtown location. Short walk tk Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Hotel room was huge with separate seating area. The hotel room needed some maintenance. Electric curtains did not open & door to cabinet where fridge was wouldn’t stay shut. Would stay there again due to location.

The property is in great vicinity to Gainbridge Fieldhouse and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. However, the air conditioner wasn’t working in our room when we got there and maintenance had to come change out a transformer. Then on our 2nd night, they had to shut water off to the whole hotel from 10pm - 6am for repairs. We felt like we should have received some kind of reimbursement for all of the problems throughout the stay.

The television wasn’t working to watch the NFL playoffs and they charge you to use WiFi, the cell phone reception wasn’t good either. They were supposed to text when room was ready but never did, went back at 4:30 and finally got our room.

We had a great stay at the Omni Hotel in Indianapolis. The hotel is modern and recently renovated, with a fresh, clean feel throughout. Our room was spotless, and the beds were truly exceptional—probably the closest I’ve felt to sleeping in my own bed, pillows included! The bathroom was also clean and updated, though it was a bit surprising that there were no standard amenities like a shower cap or vanity kit. A couple of cons: the valet parking was extremely expensive. We used it the first night, but quickly realized we could park just around the corner for nearly half the price. The lobby was very busy during our stay—likely due to the WNBA games happening that weekend—so that’s understandable. However, check-in did take longer than expected. There was only one person working the front desk, and the line was long. I really felt for her, as she was doing her best on her own. Overall, a solid hotel in a great location. The suite was clean and spacious. We had room service Saturday morning, and it was amazing! What makes the hotel truly special are the staff. I cannot thank them enough for their warmth and kindness throughout our stay. I let them know before coming that we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and upon entering the room, we found it beautifully decorated with balloons, with a card placed on the the main table signed by all the staff of the hotel as well as a delicious cake slice in the fridge. The look of my daughter finding the surprise will stay with us forever!

This hotel is beautiful. Every single person from the front desk, greeters, cafe, housekeeping, bar, and valet, everyone, was just amazing. The atmosphere is stunning and feels classy vintage. They took excellent care of me. I have never stayed in a cleaner well kept hotel/resort. I work for the resort company owned by a famous mouse. But, the Omni staff and hotel was by far a class of their own. The cafe actually has real food made to order and barista made espresso drinks not just reach-in shelves or coolers. I could’ve spent a whole afternoon talking the the bellman, cafe barista, reading a book all while sitting around in the lobby just hanging out. This was an excellent find and if ever back in Indy, I will book again and again!! 11 out of 10 stars.

Our second stay here and it was great, easy access to dining and Gainbridge is just a couple blocks away. The room is really quiet and the shower had great water pressure. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The only issue we had was with parking. We'll skip valet and reserve our own parking next time (it took almost an hour to get our vehicle). There's parking within 2 blocks that can be reserved ahead of time. We love visiting Indy and will continue to stay at the Omni Severin.

Everything went smoothly and easy. The only cons was no bathroom fan & food at Cafe was very disappointing. It was bland. I do not think yolks were included in eggs and side of fruit was the size of like a ketchup condiment cup. Luckily the hotel is downtown and there are plenty of nearby restaurants.

I was impressed by the customer service of this hotel. Not only did they treat me and my wife with great service, I also witnessed them having many amazing interactions with other guests. Every staff member was committed to making sure everyone had the best stay possible. The location to downtown Indy is great. The breakfast wraps and coffee at the restaurant are A+! Overall my wife and I had a great stay with no problems and have already discussed when we will return to this propertyy again.

First of all, the staff of the hotel itself were incredible!!! The lobby is beautiful, but that honestly seems where they spent all of their funds during remodel. The area isn’t awful, but if you’ve had a long day, definitely try to get to your room before 6pm. Traffic is terrible after 6pm. There are bars EVERYWHERE, so take that into account. The parking situation was annoying, valet (separate company from Omni) was hit and miss. They broke a key fob on our rental but they didn’t charge for valet and said they’d pay for the new fob, so there is that. Breakfast “included” just means they have a restaurant that sells breakfast foods at airport prices. In all honesty, I don’t feel like those things would stop me from visiting again, but I definitely feel like it isn’t worthy of 5 stars.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for Valentine’s Day and had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The dinner was a complete disaster and they ended up comping the meal because of such confusion about how the meal was going to be served. My husband ended up, not even getting to eat, and I waited for my fish for over an hour. The restaurant was not busy at all. There was only about 4 to 6 other couples total so we were very upset with the service and the fact that we had to go through so much stress just to try to have a nice Valentine dinner. The front desk staff was very understanding And very compassionate about the whole experience and ended up comping the entire hotel room cost due to the terrible dining experience. The breakfast that we ate at the café was delicious in the coffee was really good. The hotel room was very spacious, but the bathroom was terribly small and had a gigantic mirror with LED lights that was so bright it blinded you and there was no option for soft lighting in the bathroom. Absolutely no counter space so if you are somebody that has a lot of hair tools and products and makeup, you might as well bring a folding table. The bed was pretty comfy, and the view was decent. There was no glassware in the room, no napkins no menu for Room service. I had to call down to the front desk several times just to get basic items.

The hotel itself is wonderful, room was great and staff was great! However the hotel restaurant food is AWFUL, we waited almost an hour for appetizers (shrimp cocktail and charcuterie). The cocktail sauce tasted like spaghetti sauce and the “charcuterie” was a few slices of meat, some cubes of cheese and tomato slices. Not worth what we paid at all.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was so nice with very unique style and very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable, and robes to die for! Restruant downstairs was amazing for snacks and breakfast. Would highly recommend, we can’t wait to stay here again.
