Great place and location. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Would be a 5 star if they didn’t close their awesome rooftop pool and area at 9 pm. Also the parking garage was under construction as of (6/03/2024) and there is no parking unless you pay the valet, which I think was $45 for 2 days.

Valet was no help getting bags out of car or getting a cart, we check in they give us a room that is already booked, the pool was closed. They tell us since there pool is closed that they have an agreement with Hilton that we can use their pool, however once we pack all of our stuff up and walk there, Hilton says that was not an agreement. After checking out they stated that we had smoked in the room and charged a 585.00 fee, however we did not smoke. The smoke detector did go off however it was due to the iron when my husband was trying to iron his clothes. I do not recommend this hotel.

The entrance to the garage was under construction during our stay, so we were forced to use valet service, which was very efficient, but pricey. The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff were friendly. Numerous restaurants were located few blocks away. The swimming pool was refreshing on a very hot day. We will definitely stay here again.

The rooftop pool was great, my 6 year old son had a blast. Our suite was clean and spacious. The only downside was the parking garage being closed, however that is temporary.

When me and my husband arrived we noticed their garage was shut down..there was so much cluster in front of the hotel we had to circle around the block for 15 mins before we can get in front of the door.. the construction through us by surprise... I just wish we were made aware since you pretty much have no choice but to pay $55 a night for valet. I can say the valet crew were very nice and courteous..overall, the hotel is nice but outdated, and if we were to stay again I will be sure they are done with their parking garage

The hotel’s parking structure is under construction so valet is your only option at the hotel. My car stayed in valet for two nights and was returned to me with a broken window and a dent in the door and Parking Management Company sent me an email informing me that they won’t cover the damages on my new car that I entrusted them with. I would not suggest the hotel or the valet company to anyone.

The roof top pool is nice, big, and deep. Good for kids and families. Great views of the Circle and Monument. Coffee shop and restaurant/bar on site were nice. Don’t get the pizza however because it was gross, like Pillsbury crescent roll dough used for crust, not real pizza. Also, the hotel parking is a rip off at $45 per night. Luckily there are dozens of other parking garages within a block or two that charge much much less. Staff were all very friendly.

Everything is dirty. All the furniture is falling apart and the lack of a comforter is just odd. The hotel is in desperate need of attention and new carpeting and fixtures. I wouldn’t let my daughter touch the floor. It was too dirty.

Attempted to adjust the room temp, upon arrival it was 73. We pumped the thermostat down and went to explore the area. Upon returning it was 74. Called the front desk and somehow the heat was turned on higher from the boiler aide. We were told the air was not able to be used during the winter months and there was nothing that could be done. Needless to say we were hot and did not rest very well. The other room to our party found a roach in their room, they were moved rooms, but we really were overall disappointed and did not feel at ease the whole night.

Everything was excellent except for one thing. I had to clean a few dead spiders out of the bathtub before I could take a shower. It didn't seem like the cleaning staff was too thorough on the tub. It's good that I'm not squeamish or anything, but that's why I gave cleanliness only 4 stars. Everything else was immaculate.

The room was outdated. The towels were stained. We asked for towels and 2 hours later as we were getting ready to check out, we got a call that they were going to bring them up. We will not be back or recommending Sheraton Hotels to anyone.

Room was miserably hot all night with no way to cool it down. It was also pretty outdated with peeling wallpaper, slow draining tub, and bathroom mirror falling apart. Parking fee is outrageous. But friendly staff, great views of monument circle, and very walkable area.

The bed had a dip in it. I felt like my head was below my feet and had to sleep with my head at the bottom. When I got home just 4 hours after getting up, I took a 3 hour nap. If Im paying that much for a hotel room, I expect to get a goods night sleep. I booked the Sheraton because the last time I stayed there it was amazing but this time was less than desirable. Suggestion: Flip the matress not only head to toe but over or something.

The hotel is under renovation. The rooms are stuck in the 80s. The TV remote does not work properly. The AC system vibrates so much that you have a feeling of being in a cruise ship. The noise is non stop. They should shut down operations to speed up the renovation job.

No microwave in the room really stunk considering the lack of food options in the hotel. The room was so hot because you only have the option to turn the heat off. AC is not available during winter months which is a complete joke. Room lack. Room would not get cooler that 73 degrees making in impossible to sleep. No room service either.

Air conditioning in the room was junk. Never below 70, woke up to a 75 degree room, so it wasn’t a great night of sleep. It’s a shame, everything else about the place is great. Pool was decent, definitely lack luster, has potential to be really nice. Hopefully the place will improve someday, till the AC is fixed I won’t be returning.

Close to downtown businesses, walls are thin as you could hear any steps and conversations that were in the hallway. Parking garage is under construction of some sorts, so traffic was very congested exiting and entering between the scaffolding. Room Was extremely overpriced for what it offered that nearby hotels offered the same.

1. Smoke detector in our room started beeping at 5am, the kind of beep you hear every few seconds when the battery is low. I called the front desk. The staff person answering the phone laughed and said the engineer wouldn’t be in until later. No offer to find me another room, no attempt to accommodate us. So, I checked out and left. The whole point of a hotel is you are paying for a place to sleep. If I can’t sleep because of a beeping alarm, I didn’t get what I paid for. Very disappointed. 2. I prefer to take stairs instead of the elevator. Staff told me I could not take the stairs. I never heard of such a thing. Eventually, we worked out something and I was shown a stairway through the parking garage. That’s fine, don’t care that I had to go through a parking garage stairway. But, the stairway had spots filled with lumber and construction supplies.

There was long line of people checking in and only one person doing it. Finally a 2nd staff member came out and she wasn't the friendliest. I asked about late checkout and was told there would be additional charges... I talked to other friends who had checked in before me and all were granted late checkouts... Won't stay here again...

We had a great time! The Hotel was perfect for our stay because it was within walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. We loved that it had a pool, bar and restaurant! Staff was excellent, room was awesome, and the bed was so comfortable! We're planning on making more trips to Indianapolis and we'll be making reservations here again!

The manager on duty was very rude and combative. Continued to pursue me after i checked into my room and came back out to leave. Threatened to kick me out the hotel, saying someone told her i called her a bad word. I told her i haven't said anything to anyone and I'm just trying to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Indianapolis City Center Hotel - with efficient and friendly staff at the front desk right from the start. We had some questions about our stay which were quickly resolved by the hotel staff. The ambience in the hotel was amicable and good natured. We took the opportunity to stroll around the hotel on wide pavements, to visit interesting monuments nearby. We recommend this Sheraton hotel and plan to stay here again for an upcoming visit to Indianapolis.

The valet crew was amazing. Front desk staff very nice. Housekeeping was amazing. You can walk anywhere even to the zoo and Lucas oil stadium. Perfect location for the monumental marathon.

We had a great time! The Hotel was perfect for our stay because it was within walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. We loved that it had a pool, bar and restaurant! Staff was excellent, room was awesome, and the bed was so comfortable! We're planning on making more trips to Indianapolis and we'll be making reservations here again!

Hotel is nice and convenient located. There are 2 restaurants. The Cafe offers a well stocked breakfast buffet with an omelette station. All the food was very good. I guess they are having their parking garage renovated so they only offer offsite valet parking. It took over 40 minutes to get our car and we got tired of waiting and walked to get the car. I would suggest parking at the public lot just around the corner until they get the garage complete.

The fans on the a/c don’t work well. Hot room. They had to bring in a fan. Restaurant feels like it’s a cafe but expensive! Not worth the cost in my opinion. I was hoping for a nice sit down dinner, but it’s all in the bar/lobby. I expected more from a Westin.

I was here for a conference at the Indianapolis Convention Center. It's a quick walk, and the hotel is clean, safe, and really pretty. The breakfast buffet was also really good.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly!! Room was your basic room, clean for the most part, just dusty. Couldn’t find the hair dryer at first, but found it in the closet. The shampoo, conditioner, and lotion did have a manly outdoor scent, which I guess is ok if your guy, or like that smell. Breakfast was good, but quite expensive!

We stayed one night in a king corner room. Excellent views of monument. Room was great. Bed was excellent. Loved the air purifiers. We did dine and have drinks at restaurant. Great service and food was good. Not bad pricing. Breakfast buffet was well stocked with great service as well. My only complaint is the restroom facilities near pantry. No toilet paper and only 2 were ok to use. Valet was excellent too. Good price for a downtown hotel. Will stay again.

The lobby area was very nice and clean. The staff at the welcome desk were friendly and efficient. The bar and restaurant has great staff and a good late night menu. The room itself was nothing to write home about. Just a typical hotel room. But we only needed 1 night and it wasn’t the worst thing ever. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

It is a nice hotel, service was good. They have coffee in the lobby in the morning and cookies in the afternoon. Bathrooms have full shampoo/conditioner/lotion bottles not just little samples. View was overlooking the city center fountain. Easy access to everything.
