Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Indianapolis/ Noblesville

The rooms were fine as per the pool. We left early so we could take advantage of the pool for my wife as she had 2 knee replacement surgeries. We entered the pool area and the water was cool and you couldn't see the second step as the water was cloudy and dirty. I contacted the front desk and they told me it was ok to swim in. The filter wasn't on and they said it was just cleaned. This was a great disappointment.

The lobby and breakfast area is under renovation. Breakfast food not the best, no microwave available to warm coffee, muffins, pastries. Staff was very professional and helpful. I feel we should have been told that renovation was in process when we made the reservation. We would have most likely booked elsewhere.

Specifically picked this facility for a pool, when arrived was informed the pool was under repair!

The property was under construction and construction equipment took up more than half of the parking places. Our room had squeaky floorboards and one when you stepped on it made the carpet rise about 4 in away. They couldn't find my reservation through Orbitz and have now double charged to be and I'm trying to get them to refund the amount they charged. The bright spot was the cleaning team who actually didn't bug us to death and was always willing to provide clean sheets or anything we needed.

There was construction and a lot of blocked parking spaces. Other than that it wasn’t bad.

The pool was closed but the manager was amazing and called the neighboring hotel to all the kids to use their pool. So appreciative!

Couldn't get the wifi to work. The shower was dirty and there was trash under the sink. The floor was sticky. I wish I could add pictures. The night stands weren't wiped down where people had spilled stuff. We couldn't even park on the property because there wasn't enough spaces. Breakfast wasn't bad though.

Under construction

Was unaware of the construction & paving that was happening to our hotel & neighboring businesses that took place all thru the out the night til 4:45 am both nights, not a wink of sleep. On top of that someone parked a freezer box truck that had to stay running for the freezer to work right outside our window that was ridiculously loud so add that to the workers yelling at each other & the back up beeps every 15 seconds it was a nightmare. They had just enough parking for us to be packed in like sardines on top of nasty trash cans w/styrofoam pellets blowing like a snowstorm all in my van that was just detailed($300 right down the drain)& filthy from the paving being done w/in feet of the only place to park & last but not least they had no handicapped entrance available for my mother & another guest w/a wheelchair due to their own construction & when I asked for a concession for these issues I was told no because I booked online. In my opinion have an alternative concession for a future stay for these very valid mishaps instead of being so greedy & making the customer feel like it sucks to be you. If he would have offered maybe a 20% off your next stay he would have gotten a 5star review because I understand he has little control over what’s not on his property. For the record it was just myself caring for my elderly handicapped mother & grandgirls ages 2&9.

The staff at the front desk was good and friendly. The room had ants and large spiders. A maid thought it was appropriate to bang on the door at 6:30am wanting to clean the room even though a do not disturb sign was on the door. My husband repeatedly asked, “Can we help you?” The maid didn’t respond, opened our door and left it open. Complained to the front desk about it but no manager was available as he/she was off the property.

The room was very nice-ish, check in staff was decent. Went to take a bubble bath after the concert and noticed there was what looked like blood all over the shower wall, and little black curly hairs all on the side of the tub. Went and told the front desk, where i was given a bottle of cleaner and a rag and cleaned it. Thats when i noticed a random pill under the bathroom sink. Completely unacceptable on any accord, and just lets me know the room was restocked and not actually cleaned. The carpets were also obviously dirty, but that was something i could look past. At check out, i told front desk again. She seemed annoyed that i brought it up and offered me a drink and snack as an apology. I added pictures of the body fluid and hair, and as a health care worker i am pretty sure that is blood. I did not get a picture of the pill, as i took it directly to front desk and gave it to them.

I like the way the room was set up...The bedroom was separate from where the Couch and Tv was located...Plus Tv wasent small like most rooms...

Clean and in the process of being updated, BUT… Not enough parking, broken elevator, horrendous lack of water pressure. Worked well enough for one night after a concert, but I wouldn’t want to stay longer than that. A/C was nice & cold, so that helped. Front desk staff were pleasant & helpful.

Hotel needed major updating. Carpet worn, drapes outdated, tub chipped, and toilet seat loose. Front desk service was friendly and professional.

Has never been updated. No outlets in rooms, very noisy rooms both from inside and outside. Bed was very uncomfortable. The staff was cheerful, helpful and professional.

The beds are not very comfortable and my back is aching.

The exterior of the hotel was under renovation, so I’m not judging that, but the rooms were outdated and poorly maintained. I’ll try it again in about six months and see if it gets any.

The hotel was completely under renovation. We got locked IN our room and had to pass tools through window to get ourselves out. They did switch us rooms. We were suppose to be refunded for last night as our plans changed and the staff had no idea how to do that. Claimed he would take care of it but that was a lie. And our bill was almost $100 higher than what Expedia said it would be!!

Lack of housekeeping services

Checking in was a problem. Desk manager was away for 20 minutes helping some guest and no other staff available.Others came to check in but security seemed lacking. I could have wandered about hotel freely

Unfriendly staff (ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER) refusing to accommodate a business booking MULTIPLE ROOMS and trying to fix a clerical error. Basically made us waste $1.2K on bookings because they weren't willing to be flexible but there's more than one hotel in the area. We will take our business elsewhere in the future... to people who understand clerical error and want to keep guests returning..

My only complaint was there was no soap in the bathroom for hand washing which I thought was strange Our key cards were not working and the front desk told us it’s because we had placed the cards next to a magnet device (we did not) not exactly friendly

Ladies at tue front desk when we checked in were very friendly. Room was nice and clean. Beds are comfy. Will recommend to friends and family

Had a very pleasant experience. Andrew checked us in and was available all evening with our questions and requests! He was so helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and quiet. We had a very nice visit and would recommend.

Our family was in town for a basketball tournament at the Pacers Athletic Center. The motels by Pacers were twice the cost. For the cost difference, this was a better option. The motel walls were thin, but we still had a good stay.

We had a great stay! This hotel was exactly what we needed. They were under renovation while we were there, but it didn't take away from the experience or cleanliness at all. The staff was great and we really enjoyed the breakfast! Great amenities.

I think it is a wonderful place to stay. Small, quiet, clean with great breakfast and awesome staff.
