Excellent, other than the pool being out of service for painting. ONE of the staff members was rude to us when we asked where the pool was. We asked like 2 times prior to booking, once at the front desk when we checked in and then once to the staff member that was rude to make sure there would be a pool available and not once were we told anything about maintenance. I understand maintenance what i dont understand is not telling your employees so they can then relay it to their potential guest. We were told if we wanted we could go next door to the Holiday Inn. What? I paid like $550 for 2 nights at the Hilton to be told to walk next door to the Holiday Inn to swim.

The one star is because the pool was too cold to swim in. Half the reason I came and stayed there was so I could swim in the pool. We were comped a free meal at 9:30 at night in the restaurant. I wasn't really that hungry but I ate anyway, because I sure wasn't doing any swimming.

This hotel is always amazing. They have a great breakfast. The eggs and french toast were amazing. The room and bed were very comfortable. I fell right asleep and stayed asleep. The fitness center is awesome. They have cable machines, a peloton bike and dumbbells up to 75lbs. I was able to workout without substituting my exercises.

Overall this was a great stay! We attended a concert at Rouff and it was so convenient to be right there when the event ended. The pool was a little cloudy and there was trash under the beds but the sheets and bathroom was very clean. I wish there were locks on the bathroom doors but glad to have a hotel that accommodated 6 people in one room. I wish someone had told me about the promotions going on in the lobby/bar because we definitely would have taken advantage of that. (Scan the barcodes!) The complimentary breakfast was really good, lots of options, including a chef for custom items. I would recommend staying and will definitely stay again.

We arrived late — around 3 a.m. — and the front desk staff was friendly, informative, and made us feel so welcome despite the hour. The location is super convenient, right off the freeway, with plenty of restaurants nearby. I would definitely choose to stay at this location again!

We were so disappointed in this hotel. On the surface it looks like it would be a very nice place, but it didn’t take long for us to be disgusted and disappointed! We were in town for a concert being held nearby. After returning from the concert (around midnight) we discovered ants all over our room (and no, we did not leave any food out). They were all over the bed, the carpet, the counter top and our bags/my purse that was sitting on the counter. Completely disgusting!! We went down to the desk to complain and request new room. We were moved to another room. While this room had no ants, the door to the bathroom was broken making it very difficult to even close the door for privacy. The fan in the bathroom was also broken. With issues being in both rooms, it left me wondering what else is not being attended to for the upkeep of the hotel. When we attempted to address the concerns in the morning with the staff, we got nothing but fake and dismissive apologies. No offer for a discount or any attempt to make it right. Honestly one of the worst hotel experiences that we have had.

The hotel itself is amazing but we were in town for a show and I get it, it was a busy weekend with lots of people checking in and out but when I got to the desk after waiting in line for 20 minutes there was no room available(even though it was already 4:45 and check in was at 4), took my number down and told me come back in 30, was told I would have to get back in line to get my room. Once the 30 was over I Had to wait back in line for another 45 minutes before I could actually get my room. At that point I had about 35 minutes to get ready for my event. The room itself was beautiful only complaint is there were dirty hand prints all over the windows in our room. I understand that the staff and housekeepers were overwhelmed but some sort of compensation would of been nice

We had to be moved rooms because the room we were put in the sheets and inside the pillowcase were dirty. Looked to be dead bugs. Floor also had dead bugs in the corner. Had burnt out lightbulbs in lamps very dark in room. Does have an excellent breakfast.

We were on the 7th floor and the room was warm. We weren't able to turn the a/c down to a comfortable level to sleep. I had to continually ask for more towels and wash cloths. If there are 4 people there should be enough towels and wash cloths.

Enjoyed the set up of our room. Easy convenience of check in and dining. Cleanliness amazing. Nice pool. Barn style doors on bathroom do not lock made the stay uncomfortable with 2 men in the room as i was the only female guest. Super inconvenient and awkward.

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Seemed that several other guests were waiting in the lobby as well. Also only one staff member at the desk for check in so the wait to check in or check on room status was less than ideal. Our room was clean, but when we showered the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. Beds were very comfy, thermostat and shower were easy to use/adjust. Very thin walls, so if your neighbors are noisy like ours were you’ll hear how much *fun* they’re having.

Great clean comfortable hotel. The breakfast was top notch. Chef making made to order omelets. My only complaint was it took forever for the water to get warm in the shower- at least a minute and it still wasn't hot just warm. So close to the concert venue. Would stay again.

We arrived at the hotel at midnight. No employees were around. We knocked on the doors to the back area three times and callled the front desk three times from our cell. The phones just rang and Rang. The desk employee finally emerged and got us our keys. Shortly afterwards, the fire alarm sounded and we were outside for over an hour in the cold. This was from about 1-2am. It was a false alarm. I asked for a partial refund the next morning at 6:15am and the same employee said no. Additionally, our room was hastily made, towels askew. Wasn’t sure if it had even been cleaned.

It was a great stay! Clean and staff is friendly. The only thing we did not like was the food. We ordered room service and ordered a gyro but they literally gave us 3 tiny pieces of meat and the sauce was not good. So the gyro was plain pretty much only provided the pita and no meat.
