The room was nice and bed comfortable. The refrigerator didn’t work. We didn’t realize till morning when our water was warm. We really like the shuttle service to the concert at Ruoff Center. That was the best! We will stay here again when going to concerts.

Room was OK. Nothing special, but roomy. Has the look of being a bit unfinished. Security lock on door would hardly latch without a lot of force because striker plate was damaged. Easy fix, so why not done? Elevator needs repair. Door makes terrible grinding noise. Floor number indicator falling out of it's bracket. Doesn't inspire confidence. Suggestion: Replace bright white LED bulbs with warmer color temps. Room feels like a hospital operating room. TV channel list was all wrong, and though the TVs are HD, the signals are only SD. Cheap look.

There was only one attendant working the desk, on a Friday eve at 6:00p. People were coming back to the desk and no one's keys were working. One many came to the desk and demanded a working key after several attempts. He said he was very tired and needed to lie down. The attendant raised his voice at him telling him he was very busy and would fix the key as soon as possible. It was extremely hot in the lobby, the elevator was very rickety and slow. Weirdly the digital numbers on the screen were crooked and not easy to see as each floor was indicated. AND the door was the slowest to open. Made me nervous that it was not going to open. The sheets on the bed were dingy. There is only so much bleaching that can be done before it is finally time to purchase new ones. The pool water looked cloudy. I know this was not a Hilton, but the quality was worse than an Econo Lodge, and my bill was over $200. :(

Staff was friendly & hotel was clean as always. Glad the regular breakfast is back. Would like biscuit & gravy both days in a row with the eggs. Dont know if rotates what is put out but all was delicious. Main thing is Zack's shuttle service 20.00 round trip per person is so worth it for my safety to & from concerts! Main reason we go there besides all the above

Nice and clean decent breackfast, but the back door was kept open and not shut to where you had to use your card to get in. Anyone could have walked in the back door I made sure to dead bolt my room door. It sucked that the pool was down.

There was a strong smell of mildew in the lobby when I arrived follow by a very strong smell of chlorine for the next day. The room was clean and comfortable but the hallways really needed vacuuming. The pool smelled of very strong choline and the tile around it had a Sandy and salty feeling. The pool area was very dimly lit and that made it seem uncomfortable. I had limited interaction with any staff but when I did, they were friendly and helpful. I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and I had a 5 star review so I was surprised to find it in a negative state this time.

First, in one of our rooms there were not any towels. The indoor heated pool was broken-manager said the heater was broken and they were coming Tuesday- I wish we would have known so we could have picked a different hotel. The breakfast was so weak. No muffins and fruit was all gone.

Building, rooms, the hotel is very outdated. Decor is cheap and random. Bedding had cigarette burn holes in it and large mirror in room had handprints/finger marks all over it. I tried to use the gym before we left but it only had 3 choices. No water, no cleaning supplies, and it stunk to high heaven. Treadmill was flimsy and wouldn’t reset to new workout and the weight bench was missing the pin for the weights. I’m ok staying at older places for quick trips if the price matches. But for over $300/night, this was deplorable. Breakfast was just meh, staff was very friendly.

Very unkept. Door jamb of bathroom had been kicked in and was splintered. Around the hotel mattresses and trash was everywhere. The room had an odor. Blood on the shower curtain. Towels were not clean. Would not stay here again.

our room had black mold in it and we had to ask for towels and wait for them. They were very tight with the towels. Our bath mat even had rips in it lol should have been tossed. I don’t see where I can add a pic but I can show the black mold

The carpet had red stains all over it. The sheets were clearly dirty - makeup on them. The bathroom floor was visibly dirty. The front desk staff was rude and clearly did not want to answer any questions re: the bldg. Breakfast ends at 9am when check out is at 11, clearly discouraging you from getting up early just to eat

The hotel was not clean. the bedding had stains and even hair on the bedding. Even switching rooms it was the same. They even re-use the paper key holders and they have it spelled Brake Fast with the time.

There was no peephole but a piece of paper shoved in the hole that should contain a peephole. Felt pretty unsafe. I also think someone came in my room when I was gone and had the “do not disturb” sign up. They also didn’t respond to room requests. Slow elevator. The bed was comfortable and the cleanliness was fine.

When I checked in at 2:30 I was told the internet was down but the guy was coming in an hour. 6 hours later I went down to check about internet. The same guy said “he’ll be here in an hour” I told him that’s what he said when I checked in! This morning there was still no internet. It wasn’t a terrible hotel but no internet sucked!

My room was on the 3rd floor 311 and it was right by the elevator and something was wrong with the elevator and it was very loud and I couldn’t sleep because of the noise from it when anyone would use the elevator on any of the floors and when the door would open to elevator it was even a bigger noise

Signs for the ice machine very confusing. It pointed to the end of the hall. It does that on every floor. Ice machine is actually on the first floor. Room had a musty lingering order. Hot water and shower pressure were very low. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Very quiet and safe.

The guy that checked us in was great! He was extremely helpful and polite. I don’t know how much he’s being paid but I’m sure it’s not enough. Treat him well because you don’t find many people like him. The man working this morning doesn’t seem as friendly. I asked for towels and the guy didn’t even break a smile. Customer service with a smile is important in a place like this.

Nice place to stay, but had to end our stay 2 days early. Asked prior to leaving early and Was told by front desk we would be reimbursed for the 2 days, even got a receipt showing we did not stay those days. Called multiple times over the month and was told I would get refund. Still haven’t seen it.

Hotel staff lacked basic knowledge of needs of customers. We booked as party of 5 via Expedia. 2 adults, 3 kids - 10, 8,7 year olds. Gave us a room with 2 Double beds. When asked where the 5th person is going to sleep, person at front desk, the kids can fit into 1 bed. What?! When asked they need to make it right, person offered a rollaway bed for an additional $20/night. What?! Room only had 2 bath towels. Asked for towels, person gave me confused look why I needed 5 bath towels? Side and back doors were not secured. Anyone even without a key could have gotten into the building. Won’t stay again.

We had an amazing time listening to the young children run through the hotel up until 1:30 in the morning! After contacting the front desk we were told they had no security and there was nothing they could do. After contacting Hotels.com they recorded the loud noises in our room at 1:00 in the morning. I do not recommend this for anyone who doesn't want to be drunk and have their young children running wild at all hours of the night. We were here for business and had to work the next morning. We will never stay at this hotel ever again in our lives. We won't even stay here after we're dead.

The room and the overall appearance of the place was very clean and the staff was friendly. The room was very nice. Parking was easy. We went to ruoff and it was about a 10 min Uber ride. Great place for $150/night.

We were visiting a friend and hotel was near her house which was good. There are a couple of gas stations and one Asian restaurant immediately in the vicinity. You have to venture into Noblesville for more options, which is not very far.

The property is clean and the staff is invested in it's being that way. The only negative is the breakfast hours. Being a holiday and the weekend some people like to take a more leisurely approach to having to be up and at'em by 9:30am. The hours should be extended to 10:30am at least. We couldn't even get a cup of coffee. Thankfully there is a nearby Speedway. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

With the name wyndham, I expected much more. Elevator is slow and terribly slow. Didn't work for almost a day. Carpets, furniture, drapes, etc. are old. Cleaning was marginal. Breakfast was minimal. Didn't even provide any complimentary drinks, like coffee, except for short breakfast period. All in all, won't stay there again.
