Bed uncomfortable. Hot tub broken. Some Weights in fitness center missing. .

I liked the fact that it wasn't far from the concert venue we went to. The room was big, clean and nice I do however feel that it needed more parking and USB outlets in the rooms.

We chose this hotel solely because it had a hot tub. …Hot tub was drained/closed. Kids enjoyed pool though. Upon check-in, something happened with the credit card process for incidentals and my card ended up being charged twice, once by Expedia, once by Courtyard. Had to call Expedia to get things corrected, which they did - but was frustrating. Pillows were awful - maybe I’m just getting old. Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful.

6/10. Average. I chose this property for the amenities, such as on-site starbucks, bar/food, rooftop garden, pool and refrigerator/microwave in room. To my disappointment, Starbucks closed at 10 am and that was it for the day. No on-site coffee or carafe in lobby. We wanted to order breakfast, but there was no way that we could figure out how to do it, despite it being stated on expedia description. Perhaps the all-in-one starbucks/bar area? But it was seldomly attended. When we stayed it was overrun by teenage boys for some sort of game or conference, who overtook elevators for races, the extremely small pool area (breaking the disabled pool chair and playing baseball with pool cleaning tools) and every hallway. Fridge in room didn't work and they didn't have extras, microwave on its way out too. No tub in bathroom. Not easy to park. No rooftop garden or at least locked access to rooftop area. Lobby/common areas nicely decorated. Room nicely sized. Cleaning staff super friendly. Not worth over $200/day.

I was extremely disappointed to find out the hot tub was still broken (stayed here in August of last year) the pool was open but it seemed the heat in the room was non existent so the room itself was freezing cold. Our shower wasn't very clean with a lot of nastiness on the shower head.

Hot tub was broken. Could tell it had been for a while. Website should be updated as not to mislead travelers such as myself and my son.

Was kinda disappointed with this hotel, great location, nice common area, but there is no hot tub as advertised, pool is only 4ft deep and very small, I had to run the water in my shower for 15-20 mins just to get the water hot, tried to order food from the bistro but the bartender told me the only thing he could cook was from a microwave

Parking... Property needs to addresd parking for both Courtyard and Fairfield.

Pretty nice overall. The pool and hot tub are much to be desired. The pool is very small and the hot tub was out of order. The room was pretty clean, but the shower wasn’t that great. Seemed like there was dust all along the edge of the floor of the room.

Room had blk mold on bathroom ceiling. Couch was stained and dirty . Then when they moved me couldn’t figure out how to charge me because I was in a room that was not a suite .

The hotel was nice, they had a gym & pool. We didn’t use the cafe so not sure about that. Checkin was quick & front desk staff great! The bathroom was moldy in the corners and needed attention.

There was a large stain on the carpet, the shower curtain was very dirty, there was a hair on my towel and it had stains on it as well. Overall the property was clean, the gentlemen at the front desk was very kind and helpful.

Our bathroom had hair in the shower, caked on mildew in the shower, quite a few lights did not work in our room. No beddi g for the pullout bed as we requested. The hotel a/c was out. The breakfast equipment was down.

The hotel was clean and the staff was great. The room was a great size. my only complaint was that the water in the shower was not hot enough.

The door to my room did not close completely and required me to mske sure i pulled it closed. Had to call front desk after i had left for an event to check to make sure the door was closed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and lobby area was amazing. My only gripe was the pillows. Other than the small uncomfortable pillows, everything was great.

Spacious room.

Our room was wonderful. I didnt care for the sofa bed. The bar down the middle was hurting my back. Also the light above the sick went out. I did not have a tv guide to tell me channels. The room was very comfy, and the services were spot on. The room was close by lots of retail and resturants. I will be back. Thank you front desk team for everything you do.

You must have a plumbing issue. Bathroom smelled like someone recently left a #2 the whole time. Noticed also that the drains were slow. Wish there were a big pot of coffee to fill my travel mug on the way out, even though the desk did give me extra coffee to make in the room.

Comfortable and clean room! Lovely linens, nothing wrong with room or bathroom and loved the space. Noise was an issue, but they are right off a major highway and there were TONS of kids there for the weekend. Service was great. I don’t know that the Bistro is really a “value-add” experience. Selection wasn’t great there, prices were high, and the lack of breakfast options didn’t make it the most welcoming hotel to want to spend any time outside of the room with. Room was pricey for what it was, but overall a comfortable experience and the staff were great!

Everything was outstanding. Only issue I had was the drain in the shower/tub was slow backing up to ankle deep water, and the awkward location of the soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers. Minor knock for an otherwise nice hotel.

It was amazing. We were upgraded to a suite and the front desk hostess went above and beyond helping us find restaurants close and setting us up with an uber.

Front desk wasn’t friendly and did not explain anything like breakfast , where pool is and times of that . Also booked this specific hotel for hot tub and come to find out it is out of order . Should have said something at check in . I don’t know just seemed like we were looked down for some reason . Hopefully anyone else doesn’t have same experience. Just a lot of miscommunication

We check in with 3 young kids at 10:45pm after a sporting event. Our tv had no signal and did not work. We called the front desk and they were very lazy about trying to help. We finally gave up. We did not someone in our room while our kids were sleeping.

Horrible experience from room accommodations to unhelpful, inappropriate staff members. First of all, the room that we reserved was not the one that we received. I was told by the reception desk that the type of room that we reserved and paid for in advance was not a option that the hotel provides and that Expedia misrepresented the room. The hotel was fully booked that evening and they were unable to provide any changes and said that I should take it up with Expedia. Funny enough when I looked on the hotel's website I found the same exact room that I booked thru Expedia advertised as an option to reserve. So how does that work? The unprofessional interactions with several staff members is what prompted me to write this review. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that there was not one available, but they were communicating with the manager via phone. Never did I get an apology for the inconvenience and in fact I was told that this was all Expedia's fault/problem and that I should never book reservations through Expedia or other third party sites because they often result in problems for the hotel. Fortunately, I did contact Expedia and they did everything they could to make the unfortunate circumstances better. I'm thankful that I used Expedia. I booked the room at this hotel based on the previous reviews provided, but I would strongly recommend not booking at this hotel!

When we checked in, the hotel couldn’t accommodate us. They took our reservation, but they couldn’t HOLD the reservation, which is the most important part of the reservation, the HOLDING. The front desk said that they emailed us of the change, but that was 20 minutes prior to check-in. It would have been better if we got a little more notice. They sent us 12 minutes down the road to another hotel that was much worse. To make matters worse, we were charged for both stays. I called them to notify of the double charge, and I was told that within 2-4 business days, the stay at Courtyard will be taken off. It’s been a week, and the charge is still on my account so it looks like I’ll need to call back again. What a pain in the ass. Courtyard by Marriott just went way down in my book.

I booked my hotel in Feb of 2023. The night we arrived to check in we were told that a pipe bursted in the previous night in the hotel and 4 rooms were damaged. If this incident had occurred 24hrs prior to Saturday’s check in why were we not notified at that time. Really guys check in was the most professional way to inform previous guest that they had no where to stay for the night. However the hotel did schedule me a room at their “sister” location that was 10 miles away in Fisher. Completely out of the area we desperately needed to be in. I payed for the convenience to stay in Noblesville. I arrived at the new location 20 minutes later to find that we only had one bed and a filthy room, lots of suspicious activities taking place with lots of suspicious people hanging around. I felt extremely unsafe and dirty. We immediately checked out of said “sister” hotel and drove around until we found a cleaner safer establishment at 10pm. Thank You Courtyard for the horrible experience!!!

The overnight person was fabulous!!! She had the best customer service of anyone I have ever experienced. She helped me out of a jam & needs a raise. Jerri I think was her name. FABULOUS!!!!

The property and rooms were very clean. Easy to get an Uber for our concert at the Ruoff Amphitheater.

Stayed for a concert at Ruoff Music Center. Did not spend a ton of time at the hotel but upon check in the staff was very friendly. Facility was clean. Rooms were nice, with very comfortable beds. Would stay again for certain.

Very clean hotel. Staff was amazing... The breakfast was wonderful with many options to choose from.

Disappointing service. Asked the girl at front desk the night before if the cafe would be open in the morning. 8am and closed. Had I known this would be the case I would have gone out to get food and water for the morning. How can a hotel not be taking care of clients at 8am? Unacceptable. Will not be returning and will seek another hotel for me next trip. I come often to Noblesville.

Close to stores, very close to my family. Room was fantastic, clean, friendly staff. The only issue was breakfast, 1st day was over by 9:30am, 2nd day no breakfast at all but staff did hook me up with coffee

Breakfast definitely was not free. I paid for it . It was a decent hotel but not excellet like the reviews said. The gentlemen that checked me in was very nice but the other staff was flippant and short. There was one person working the counter and cooking at the bistro. Long wait time for ordering and the food. I paid $25 for breakfast for 2 people. My son's french toast w strawberries didnt have strawberries and was burnt on the edges and undercooked in the middle. My breakfast sanwhich had very burnt bacon, the eggs were horrible, and the bun was greasy.

I am used to staying at Hilton properties where breakfast is included. This little Starbucks had Luke warm coffee, expensive cookies. Front desk staff seemed indifferent to guests. Pool was very small.

It wasn’t quite up to snuff with other Courtyards I have stayed in. The breakfast situation was pretty rediculois as far as service (not employees fault). Gal at front desk was not the friendliest person.
