Only two stories, but you still need an elevator. Climbing stairs for the elderly is hard even only one flight. Hallway carpeting was filthy and worn out. Side entrance door was broken and unlocked. Breakfast was 5 out of ten. But room was very clean and comfortable, and I guess that’s the important part.

The outside was run down, old. Parking lot had huge pot holes and broken asphalt. Rooms outdated and not “clean” looking because furniture and beds were old. Couldn’t watch tv without paying to watch.

Like to do a staycation for my sons winter birthday so he can swim and do all the fun stuff his sister gets to do for her late spring birthday. This place was absolutely the worst in regards to quality. They had wonderful people working the front desk but the “pool” was freezing, one step ladder was wrapped in caution tape, and the pool cut the bottoms of my kids feet!!! I’m not sure where the pictures came from on hotels.com for this location but they are wildly inaccurate! Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel!!

Checked in and they gave me a room that you can’t stay in. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator so you have to carry everything up the steps. Before getting in the shower I had to go get my own soap and clean out hair that was in the tub. There were burn holes in my comforter and I noticed blood on the walls when I was cleaning up to leave the next morning. The outside of the building does look like it’s in the best shape and there are big pot holes in the parking lot.

We stayed in room 125. It is a king suite with a jacuzzi tub in the room. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The outside of the building was not well maintained, the hall carpet was very old and dirty, and the hotel was about 15 minutes away from Hamilton Town Center where all the restaurants and shopping were. The pool was closed for maintenance. The main issue was the walls are very thin, the room is at the end of a hallway with an outside exit door next to it and a maintenance room across from it. Who knows why….but BOTH doors were being accessed literally all night long. We had very little sleep because of it. This was our one night away for our 15th anniversary. We have six kids and we were so looking forward to a long restful night and sleeping in but instead slept very little. We were overall disappointed in this facility.

Although it looked clean, there was dead bugs in the bathroom. The best was sriff as a rock, i woke up soar every night. The pillows were horrible, the sheets are cheap. They dont breath. The conforter is as good as a table cloth. Staff was friendly when i saw em.

Horrible review on Google already. Mold on ceiling as well. Staff needs a lesson on customer service. All staff was rude and gave any attitude if you have a complaint or concern.

The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the free breakfast was delicious. They closed up breakfast a little early on Sunday, however, so we missed it at the end unfortunately. Our room smelled like cat pee.

The hotel was fine for our purposes. Room was clean. But the bed was not comfortable at all. The ironing board was broken and unable to be used. Continental breakfast was decent. But it was convenient to our concert venue and alot around the area to eat, shop, etc.

Old facility with no sound barriers between walls of rooms. I was disturbed by loud-mouth neighbor raising the level of his voice where his irritating voice was easily projected through the walls. Mgmnt did nothing for me. Poor management skills as after 9 PM, the loud mouths should be silenced as a matter of courtesy to others.

This is not a place I’d recommend for anything longer than 24 hours, and even that is a stretch. We travel with our service animal and this was the first time I was ordered to email the hotel our documents regarding verification of service animal after showing our identification. The room was clean enough. The bed was lumpy and room was ice cold upon arrival, it finally warmed up 6 hours after being in room. The window unit control was loud, but at 3 am it went to a super sonic clunking loud and kept us awake for the remainder of our stay. Shower was clean, bathroom vents clean, but no one had swept the floorboards in bathroom in quite a while. We told management about our stay and they did nothing to accommodate. Breakfast was barely existent and looked worse than a can of dog food. Needless to say, we didn’t have any. I don’t think we’ll choose this location again

As soon as we walked in the room it was musty and smelled of marijuana. Went immediately back to the front desk to cancel the stay. I was informed the employee could cancel but not issue a refund, as that would have to go through the manager on Monday. I called manager Monday, he refused to give a refund and told me I needed to follow up with Hotels.com who I booked through. I did that, they opened a case, and essentially followed up with hotel who still refused to issue a refund for a room unsuitable for guests and one I never stayed in. Will NEVER stay at a quality inn again, and I will be looking to book my future stays through some site other than hotels.com if this is how we can expect to be treated.

This is so far is the worst hotel I been in the staff is super rude and not helpful. I stayed there for 2 nights and I had another 3 nights booked and cancelled the reservation but they refused to refund my money. They still owe me $346 and every time I try to call them they hang up on me. I will be filing a lawsuit soon for stealing my refund

This hotel is nice and clean for the price. We needed a place to stay after a concert, and this was all that was left. There are areas that need updating, however, the hotel was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. We had a quiet room on the second floor. The elevator was not working, but that was OK. The staff were professional and friendly. The hotel is located in a safe and convenient area with lots of restaurant options and a Starbucks next-door.

The lobby and room were clean. Someone on the floor below me played music until 2:30 am and I had trouble sleeping. The breakfast area is lacking seating options. I opted to eat in my room instead of awkwardly out in the main lobby. The staff was very nice and the location was convenient. I would stay again but ask for a quiet, tucked away room.

The hotel was going through renovations. It was not easy to get to and had to go around other buildings and roads to access the building. There were fast food near by and a Walmart which made the access road busy. the hotel was clean and staff was helpful.

Good things included a comfortable bed, great lighting and plenty of outlets where needed. The morning desk staff was friendly and helpful. Bad thing was the coffee machine was broken so you couldn't grab a fast cup after driving on the way to your room and no coffee at breakfast makes for unhappy guests! The woman working the desk did her best, offering to make guests a cup from one of the room coffee makers she had behind the desk. If this is a frequent issue have a backup 12 cup Mr. Coffee or at least one of the room coffee makers out with a pitcher of water and basket of coffee packs. Making coffee kept the desk manager from being able to keep the sausage, fruit and pastries stocked too. Two small complaints were there was only one hanger in the wardrobe and there was no channel list with the remote They advertise as a no frills hotel so we got what we expected except for the coffee issue. We would still stay here again as it was conveniently located.

The hotel was 1 block away from the event location. The hotel was clean. The mattress was new. The linens were clean. The room and the bathroom were clean. Early check-in was no problem. The included breakfast was kept well-stocked and was available on time. The breakfast item selections were various; bacon, eggs, make your own waffles, sausage and egg sandwiches, hummus, poptarts, breakfast bars, juice, milk, coffee. There were more items that I cannot remember. Was it worth the ~$60 extra than staying further south? Definetly, Yes!

Disappointed, 2nd trip for this motel. You get what you pay for. Both nights under 100.00. Both rooms smelled musty and the free breakfast was weak, no eggs, no protein, just carbs. But I slept and woke up so all is good. Probably will try something else on my next trip. Nice shower however!
