The Hotel was undergoing major renovation throughout and didn’t tell us in advance. The pool was closed. They didn’t make any allowances on rates due to inconvenience.the staff at front desk was very accomodating in making rooms for three family in the same area. If we had known of the Renovations in advance we would have stayed at the Hilton Garden in accross the street,

Newly modeled hotel with comfortable beds and clean bathroom. I like that the bathrooms have nightlights and you can have the fan run constantly for white noise. Breakfast has good options. Needs more parking.

The staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful! The rooms were just redone and in perfect conditon with wonderful beds and pillows. The only downside to our trip was that the pool chemicals were so strong they damaged our swimsuits and we were unable to use them safely. The last day (out of 3) they finally closed the pool due to over chorination. The main reason our whole family stayed here was for the pool for the kids in the group, so we were quite disappointed with this.

Booked a room with 2 beds through Hotels.com. Got a king single bedroom. Front desk says that when you book through a third party, the requests seldom are correct. At least the room had modern features. Next nights got the double bed room one story up. This was OLD. The toilet barely flushed, the beds were lumpy. I thought I’d try the whirlpool and pool. The spa was “out of order” the pool was freezing cold and dirty. A no go. The fitness room had an elliptical, stationary bike and and 2 out of order treadmills. Really? The bright side was the morning breakfast. The hostess made a variety of egg and breakfast meats each day. Waffles were good too. Hostess was delightful too.

Hotel was under renovation but still quiet. Unfortunately not enough parking spaces on Saturday night due to storage containers in parking area. The pool wasn’t usable due to a malfunction in the chlorine pump. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked.

The front desk staff was amazing. The first room I was given was dirty and had been smoked in. I requested a different room which was better. The hotel looks unkept (wallpaper peeling, old beds, broken security doors). The staff was the best part of the stay.

The worst thing was the bed squeaked super bad. Even if I just moved my arm so I didn't sleep much all night. Also, whats with the hard square pillows? They gave me a bad neck ache just trying to sleep with them. I do want to mention though that the gentleman who checked me in was the MOST friendly and professional hotel staff I have ever experienced and I travel a lot.

The rooms were newly renovated, clean and spacious. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The eating area and food for breakfast was great. We will definitely stay here again. It was also in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Pros: Rooms were clean, and the staff was excellent. Cons: spa was closed. After a long day of traveling, we were ready for a hot soak. TV reception was terrible. 40 some channels & only about 4 came in. Othered were pixelated & unwatchable. Breakfast was so-so. Liked that they had fresh made waffles. The sausage patties had a funny taste.

The walls are paper thin. We heard constant noise from the hallway, other rooms, pipes from flushing toilets, it was not a good night’s sleep. The blankets we already updated to cold weather blankets but it was 95 degrees out so we couldn’t get blankets that were right for us. The pillows were terrible - either overstuffed and hard as rocks or flatter than a pancake. The room was clean, staff were very nice. I just don’t think I should have to bring my own blankets, pillows, and ear plugs when paying $150 a night.

It’s clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is usual hotel breakfast. Nice that they started an hour early because of the sports teams staying there. However, The hide a bed was not made and had blankets wadded up in it. They were also stained. I was told they couldn’t do anything because they didn’t have housekeeping staff for the weekend. I didn’t ask to be moved just to have it taken care of. Ya know clean sheets. Nope. I asked for a discount since we were unable to utilize the entire space (my 13 yr old had to sleep on top of the cushions to be safe. As of yet nope. They”said” they would tell the manager but I never heard anything about it. A/C was noisy and the sink water pressure was poor. Shower door didn’t close all the way because of the shampoo mounted inside the shower wall. Not sure if stay here again. It’s in a safe feeling place but I feel an opportunity was missed for good customer service

Most importantly, it would’ve been nice if they had “under construction” listed somewhere on their website. You couldn’t enter through the main door as it was shut down due to “improvements”. Our room was right by the construction so you can imagine the sound. We got locked out of our room on our second day of our stay as they were having “issues” with their key cards. When I went to the front desk to find out why we couldn’t get in our room, I was greeted with attitude and no apology for the inconvenience. Our faucet in our bathroom sink leaked and it stuck. The cleanliness of the room was good.

The hotel is undergoing some updates, so there were people working when we left on Sunday, but our room was brand new!! We had more family come up the second day we were there so we got another room, Jordan was the front desk person when we checked in to that one. He went above and beyond!! His kindness, manners and friendly personality was a true blessing in our day!! He was even able to get our second room right next to our original so we were not split up in the hotel. Strongly recommend!! Breakfast was great too!!!
