The internet service was not available in my room until about 9 pm. The TV had lines running up and down the screen as if it had been dropped. The A/C barely worked and the temp was 88 degrees when I checked in. They had a coffee pot and coffee but no cups. The breakfast did seem nice but I didn't stay because the breakfast area was really small and with about 8 people there it seemed cramped so I left

Avoid this property at all costs! I checked in very late and was completely exhausted, but the moment I walked into my room the overwhelming smell of mold hit me. Hoping it was just the odor, I checked the bed—it looked clean—so I decided to tough it out. Next, I went to get some ice, only to find the main machine broken. They directed me to a small tabletop machine, but when I opened it, there was visible mold inside and the scoop was cracked plastic. At that point I thought I’d just take a shower and get some rest. Unfortunately, the bathroom light didn’t work at all. I had to shower with the door open for light. By morning, things got even worse—roaches were crawling on the floor, counters, and walls. When I reported everything to the front desk, their response was basically a shrug: “Oh well, we’ll let maintenance know.” This was by far one of the worst lodging experiences I’ve ever had.

The property could use a deep cleaning. Pull up to the property a Car sitting out front of the property with a flat tire then proceeds to go in to the front desk employee 10 minutes to get there with a sign on the desk that says call checked in the elevator was broke. Had to use the steps? I was on the third floor on the second floor. The door handle was missing on the door continued on up to the third floor. No air was on throughout the building. Got to my room had to slam the door. to get it, shut the light between the door and the bathroom where the sink was had one bulb out of three and it just completely shut off on its own. I do not recommend this property to anyone.

THEY HAVE BED BUGS! could write an essay about how horrendous this hotel is But now I’m going to rewrite it in list form to shorten things up. 1. The automatic doors were broke, and there was a note taped to the front saying “push open.” I had to set my bags down and painstakingly pushed heavy door open. 2. When I got to the front desk, there was another note that said “call front desk to check in.” A random employee picked up and Came to check me in. Having to call strangers is not cool. Get an office phone. 3. The employee sent me to the wrong room. The current tenants were understandably upset. I had to call the employee back to get the right room number 4. The room was uncomfortably filthy. Ex: Hair in the tub, Every surface was sticky, No soap, no towels, No working air conditioning, The bedding was yellowing and smelled like cigarettes. The floors had bottle caps on them and phone chargers. My only implication is that it hadn’t been clean between guests. 5. THEY HAVE A BEDBUGS! I pulled the covers back and actively saw a bed bug crawling on my sheets. Doing a bit of research will tell you that you rarely see them in the light & They are flat and hide in crevices and come out .To see one actively crawling in the bed during the daylight is telling of an infestation brewing. After scrambling to get up, I checked my body and I am covered in welts. as a person with MRSA, bug bites could be detrimental to my health.

We have stayed in older hotels before. The whole experience was the worse I've seen. Dead bugs in the room. Burned out bulbs, hair in the bathroom. Toilet paper stuffed in where the peephole used to be. You get the idea. Breakfast was a joke. We were scared to try it.

I would have rated this hotel lower, however the price was amazing and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I always consider those two factors first when submitting a rating. The first room they put me in had black mold on the walls and a strong smell. I spoke with the front desk staff and they were happy to move me to a new room. The next room was much better. The room didn't have any smells, however it was still very dirty. If your main goal is to save money while passing through Paducah, I'd recommend this hotel but BE PREPARED to be a little grossed out. A deep clean of the property and addressing the mold issues on the bottom floor/middle of the building would go a long way!

The sheets appeared clean and the mattress was comfortable. Everything else was filthy including bathrooms and walls throughout the hotel. Breakfast gravy was clearly reheated from previous mornings, so we didnt eat. I couldn't find any staff in the morning when we left to help me check out.

I want my money back, rented 2 rooms. Was given room 102 to begin with, reaked of pot, was put into room 110, next morning when I had the lights on in the bathroom there was black mold on ceiling- made front desk guy aware, he informed me, they’ve been treating for mold, and I should have let them know last night, and they would’ve changed my room again- I didn’t know I was responsible to do inspections. The other room that my family stayed in also had black mold on bathroom ceiling. The front guy videos it, took down my number, and said the management will call me- the chairs in the dining area, all stained and dirty. I should have some type of compensation for this. We should not have to pay to spend the night in filthy rooms. The front desk person sent pictures and videos of black mold in both bathrooms.

This hotel is overall average. It’s not a Red Roof Inn, but it’s no 5 star hotel either. The room is pretty clean, but it smells really musty. The decor is very outdated but that doesn’t matter much. Some of the lamps don’t work, but again, not a terribly big deal. It’s definitely good enough for a 1-2 night stay if needed. They were great and let me check in at almost 2 am when I was needing a place to sleep while traveling home. Check in was pretty quick and hassle free. I’d stay here again for the price point for sure!

This is an old hotel in need of some serious upgrades. Our first room had a tv that did not get a signal so we were moved. Other than that that room was fine. The next room they put us in was ok. It had two fewer lamps than the first room. One outlet was not secured to the box but it worked. The room smelled nice and the AC worked good. The breakfast was way under par. However for the price and location this place hit the mark. $70 verses the others at $135 and above was a plus. If you want a cheap decent stay this is your place.

When I checked in, I had booked 2 rooms a year almost in advance. I called 7 hrs before to confirm my rooms before my friends and I drove there. Which was 7 hrs of driving. So on arrival I was speaking to a woman named CAROL. She right of the begining says you only have one room. I kindly said I called and confirmed earlier. Oh then she just blew up and started cussing my friend and I telling us she was canceling our stay and alot of other things. After all we had to pretty much just lay in the floor and beg her because there was no other room in miles and miles. All in all a bs run down crappy place. Only stayed because there was no other rooms. But CAROL SHOULD NOT HAVE A JOB PERIOD!

First, there is no one at the front desk. You have to call someone and then wait for them to show up. Finally came out in about five minutes. The place is in need of a major upgrade. Wyndham should be embarrassed to have this hotel in their portfolio. The whole place just needs a major cleaning. Not to mention a major upgrade. From the 80’s. It was dingy and disgusting and overall pretty gross.

The booking was a "pay at the hotel"! We we arrived the front desk manager said, your reservation is canceled because your card declined. THEY CANCELED THE RESERVATION with NO NOTIFICATION! We ended up getting a reservation through the hotel. The room they gave us the room key didn\'t work. The maintenance crew had to come help to our surprise...the hotel already had someone in that room! That guest opened the door to the room they reserved for us. DOUBLE BOOKED! We asked for a receipt for the room the next morning becuase what was agreed upon was not the amount charged through our bank. The front desk clerk said the printer stopped working. So, she could not offer us a receipt for our stay! DO NOT STAY HERE!

I had booked and paid for a single King bed room. The front desk gave me a double Queen room. About ten minutes later without knocking the hotel manager used his door key to LET HIMSELF into my room to say that I was given the wrong room and needed to move to the single King room. He checked the room to make sure I hadn’t used any of the amenities so that he wouldn’t have to reclean the room before he rented to another person. (I had already messed up the bed covers by sitting on the bed and used a hand towel.) He then made me recheck-in by scanning my payment card AGAIN. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The cleaning and maintenance guys were SUPER awesome and helpful- toilet was broken they fixed it. Issues with customer checking out before us they were in the parking lot de-escalating the situation trying to calm the customers down.

Waited at the front desk for 15 minutes while other guests complained about smelly rooms and keys that didn’t work, only to be told there was no room for us. Told her it was non-refundable, and the extremely rude lady said it was not her fault, and we would need to talk to Hotels.com about getting a refund. So that's what I am doing. Don’t trust this place, and don't expect them to be kind or courteous. The lady was rude to every guest and to her own employees.

Address needs to be corrected to 5300 Cairo. Reservation and website has 5300 Old Cairo. GPS had me circling Paducah for over 30 minutes. Reservation was for a king bed. I got a room with dbl beds. Don’t walk barefoot… Carpeting is disgusting. My feet were black within seconds. No working electric at the sink. Coffee maker was dirty. Dirty washcloth in the bathroom. Stained blanket on one bed holes in the other one.

No towels or washcloths the next morning. Did not get towels and washcloths until 4:30pm and had asked the maid and laundry 6 times. Each time they said everything was in the dryer. Breakfast is supposed to be til 10am but it's all gone at 8:30. It starts at 7am and they do not refill anything. INTERNET is non-existent! Bed are comfortable. Front lobby and breakfast area has 0 heat! Terrible stay! I want my money back!!!!!

Breakfast was chaotic. Waffles no syrup. Biscuits no gravy. Eggs no ketchup. Toast no butter. Attendant retrieved all upon request, but not initially offered. Beds were too soft for my taste, but nice. Door lock stuck in lock but was released after several attempts and aggressive manipulation.

Hotel was fine for one night just driving through- the room I booked was non smoking but there was definitely someone smoking in there and my window was left open when I arrived.
