This was a quick one night stay. The hostess at reception was very helpful and polite. Our room was very clean and very cool on a hot day, which we appreciated! Our bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. We were very happy with our choice of hotel. The one thing I would add is more parking. I understand there is an adjacent lot, but it is hidden behind a wall. As a traveler to a new city, I want my vehicle parked in the hotel lot in plain view.

This place was awesome! It was super clean and the staff was great! The riverwalk is right outside and they have a wonderful patio to enjoy as well. It's a short walk to the shops and restaurants too. Would definitely stay there again!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The Burger Theory was delicious. Sarah at the bar and Ariel at the restaurant were fantastic!!! Ariel let us eat outside and brought our dinner to us. She didn’t warn us our plates were going to be so big! Food was delicious and more than enough. We could have split one meal. The elevators were a bit slow and noisy but not that big of a deal.

Our stay was nice. Parking is hard. There is very little parking in the Holiday Inn lot. If it is full they tell you to park behind the building near the river but we did not fell our car was secure there

Beds were extremely hard pillows were not comfortable at all bathroom was not clean it was hair everywhere very nasty the room was not dust clean it was hair in the bed as much as you have to pay cleaning detail need to be work on check out time wasn’t until noon but someone knocked on the door at 10am we were still sleep then turn around knocked on the room door again at 11 I felt rushed to hurry to get out the room my drive back home is 4 hours trying to rest before I left but couldn’t because of that need to work on that

The room did have a smell the floors were dirty bed sheets had a stain curtains were torn spider whales behind the chair. Walls were dirty. The floors had hair on it. The shower was nasty.

We took a short trip to Paducah to explore the city. The hotel is on the river, and the river walk can be easily accessed. We were able to walk to the National Quilt Museum and city center. Our room was nice and clean.

We we're here on our 38th anniversary. We checked into one of the rooms on the 5th floor, with a Riverview and found the room to be very comfortable! The only people that could complain about this facility would be ones who are accustomed to spending $1,500 a night. Even most of them wouldn't complain very much! Wonderful stay!

Nice place, but there were some things that folks ought to know about. First, the bed had a deep dent in it, then we couldn't close the blinds all the way. The saddest bit was there was some racial profiling. My partner felt uncomfortable when he came back into the hotel without me and the front desk (who checked us in) said "You look like someone I need to talk to" and demanded his ID. I guess this is expected in rural KY.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is located near the downtown, and I believe there is a trail along the river, so you walk downtown with the view. We did not use the breakfast service, but we deeply appreciated the free coffee since we had a long drive ahead of us. My only disappointment was booking a river view room. The view was mostly the gravel first floor roof and parking lot. We were on the second floor though. Perhaps the river was more visible on the higher floors. I would check I was paying a higher price.

The staff were excellent and kind. Very accommodating! The room as a little dated, the a/c in the bedroom made a loud noise. The ONLY reason I booked this hotel and paid the higher price because I thought we would have a suite on the river. We had a suite viewing a parking lot. Read expedias fine print carefully. You think you book a river view, but you don’t get it. The hotel was out of our way and we didn’t get what we wanted. Disappointed.

Nice hotel, clean. The ac in the room was very noisy so had to use it sparingly to get sleep. The water in the shower for some reason on cold was still scalding hot. Over all clean hotel. I think they give good effort to keep it going. Maybe advertise the parking in the back as is in an alley. Many people did not know about it and was just parking on the curb on the street

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating (down to allowing us to check in early). The rooms were spacious, clean and had every amenity. The restaurant Burger Theory was great and the burger selections were unique and out standing - the service was top notch. This was good because it was the only place open for dinner downtown past 9pm. Our breakfast was the finishing touch. I would definitely stay again. As a matter of fact, this visit has made me consider looking at all Holiday Inn properties for future stays. Good job Paducah Riverfront!

The hotel was wonderful! I will definitely stay again but I won’t eat dinner in the restaurant again. I expected a great burger and got one that tasted like a frozen patty heated in the microwave. Stephanie at the front desk was great!

When we arrived, the parking lot was packed and there was limited parking on the street. It wasn't until the next morning that we realized there is a huge lot behind the property on the other side of the flood wall. It's unmarked but there. The surrounding area has an industrial vibe but it's clear the city is trying to make an entertainment district around the hotel. The property is better than we expected and the staff was very friendly.

Amazing location, short walk to the river front and downtown.to coffee shops, bars, shopping areas, they have a Burger theory restaurant inside and.the.portions are very generous, we booked our breakfast trough expidia and they give you a voucher to redeem, I was expecting coffee and a few items for the price , but they let you order from the Burger Theory menu, amazing! Breakfast was delicious, we had enough leftovers to have another breakfast next morning back home !

The hotel is in good shape as a new building. The breakfast was incredible for a hotel breakfast. One note: City view is not a perk as it's not of a skyline, kinda drab. But, Overall a great experience.

Holiday Inn has lost it's bar and Restaurant menu to fast food. I understand the competion for them but i stay at the full service hoetel so i can eat and drink and never have to Uber somewhere else. The bar menu is basically appetizer menu or burger.

The property is understaffed. Suites with microwaves and refrigerators are not equipped with dishes or silverware. Bedding for sofa bed is not regularly supplied. The staff makes a nice hotel a great hotel. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. We enjoyed being able to have a drink at the bar before we went out for dinner. Hotel is also spotlessly clean. Great place to stay.
