The first two rooms that I tried to check into had been used by smokers the night before. It took the third room to find one that did not smell like smoke. Neither ice machine was working. Decent location, staff tried hard, restaurants close by, Scale of 10, probably a 6.

1 night stay. Nice front desk staff. Clean room and the air conditioner ran quietly all night. Beds and pillows were comfy. Only negatives: All king bed rooms are on second floor and there isn't an elevator, so you have to drag your suitcase up the stairs. Next, only one washcloth. There were plenty of bath towels and hand towels, but only one wash cloth. I read this in other reviews too. There should be AT LEAST 2 wash clothes. I would stay here again.

Very disappointing...our expectations weren't super high for $88 but the room smelled (like funky carpet stink), there was a rattle/noise all night from the bathroom, the microwave didn't work (we tried everything), the shampoo was out in the shower but I didn't realize until I was already in it and all wet, and I didn't have any with me anyway bc I assumed the hotel would have soap, shampoo and conditioner, and the ice machine on our floor wasn't working so I went to 1st floor, and that one wasn't working either. Seems ridiculous to me to not get it repaired and have ice available for your guests. Just a lot of disappointments for what once was a Drury Hotel and was nice as the Peartree Hotel. Also, the staff seemed annoyed when I went to them about the ice machine and microwave and asked if they offered breakfast in the mornings. The bed was pretty comfortable but I would definitely pay a little more and go stay at the Auburn Inn down the road...we've stayed there in the past and had a lovely experience for about $10 more.

The room smelled very very badly of smoke The room also had dirty towels left in the drawers with vomit on them We let the front desk know immediately and all they provided was to take the dirty towel out of the drawer for us No offer of a discount or room change for the horrible smoke smell. Just said sometimes people break the smoke alarm so they can smoke in the room

Stayed here while passing through the area. Just needed a place that was reasonably priced since we were not here but for the night. Hotel is close to restaurants and the interstate. Room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. Will stay here again if passing through.

Clean and comfortable. No frills, but just a good place to stop for the night. Easy access to the interstate. No breakfast at the inn, but for the price, you can easily afford to eat elsewhere, and there are numerous options nearby. We will definitely be staying there again.

The room was not cleaned, the sheets weren’t changed, there were hairs and crumbs everywhere. Skittles on the floor, the phone was covered in grime. the shower had pubic hairs in in. The towels were not changed, there was used soap left there. The ice machine didn’t work. And worst of all the was literal rotting, molding trash in the cabinet and tampon wrappers. Rooms should never be sold unless they were cleaned!! They also refused to clean the room or give a refund or any compensation.

There were positives and not to bad negatives. Positives: room was large and remodeled, smelled clean and the carpet felt clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows, the ac worked great and the furniture was in good condition. The room was quiet even though it was directly across from the ice machine and common entrance door upstairs. Negatives: (And this is just me being picky.) The rooms have been remodeled but outer walk up hallway smelled badly - could use a deep cleaning. The toilet seat was clean but up under the rim needed a good scrubbing with a pumice stone. There was no coffee or tea in the room. So for less than half the price of the other hotels in the area it was great. I would stay again.

Overall it was a good stay. The room was clean and quiet and check-in and check out were easy. However, the wifi didn’t work for me at all. I couldn’t even check my email with it because of how slow it was, and so I wasn’t able to work from my room as planned. Besides that, it was a good spot.

Gentleman at check-in was quick and efficient easy no hassle. Coffee was ready before 5am Room was large, clean and in great condition. Property mostly redone and good condition. Lots of restaurants to choose from, Panera right across parking lot, a gas station and right off freeway. Thank you for one of the best, inexpensive stays we've ever had. We would defunately stay at Mustang Inn and Suites again.

Overall for the price, it wasn't a bad spot to stop for a cross country road trip. The room was clean and the water in the bathroom had lots of pressure and hot water. Air conditioner was a little loud and dirty but stayed cool. Limited on extra blankets, but I've stayed in worse that costed way more.

I made a last minute decision to stop in this area. This hotel was the most affordable of several in the area, but it received great reviews, so I took a chance, and I’m so glad I did. I was so pleasantly surprised at the quality and cleanliness of the room, especially at that price point. And the woman at the front desk was very professional and pleasant. Again, not something I was expecting for that price point, or considering that it was midnight. I would very highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the area.

The room was triple price for the eclipse. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. BUT front desk would not give any extras as conditioner and lotion were not provided in room. Towels and trash were not changed for second night. Steps were covered in trash and not cleaned for days. Had to re-key our key for 2nd night with no apologies. Would never stay again and felt taken advantage of for the $150 night fee. Coffee was provided in morning but NO hot water for tea and no breakfast!! Terrible service.

We used the bathrooms off the lobby when we got there. No toilet paper or paper towels in the men's restroom; no paper towels in the women's. We told the man at the front desk but he didn't seem concerned. We had two rooms reserved and he had to "go check" on the rooms. It smelled like someone had been smoking in our room and the bathroom smelled like urine. There was no shampoo or body wash (only conditioner) and the bottles were supposed to be on the wall of the shower, but the slots didn't even have an empty bottle in them. The Kleenex box was also empty - not even a box in the dispenser. We were told to use the side door to enter/exit and you were supposed to have to use your room key to enter but the door lock was broken so any one could enter. The ice machine beside the door was not working. This hotel looks used and abused. I would never stay here again.

Right across the street from B Dubs, Texas Roadhouse, Cheddars, and Panera. Room was clean and everything worked. That being said, this is an older hotel and it is beginning to show its age. For the money, it is a very good option.

It was a one night stay..the room was clean. Needed a good dusting, otherwise, it was fine. This hotel is in a good area. Shopping, restaurants, and hwy are at its doorstep. You can walk to almost everything. Overall, a good stay.

I really enjoyed the the fact that it was close to many different stores and dining options. Also close to the Interstate. I was disappointed with no continental breakfast in the morning....luckily Panera was across the street. Also, staying two nights and i had to ask for more towels as the cleaning staff did not replenish after the first night. The staff was very accommodating. I was welcomed as soon as i arrived. Also, when i did need bandaids or safety pin, i received them immediately. Overall, i woukd return to this Hotel again for the next Superman Celebration!
